The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite, and they kindly assisted us with our many pieces of luggage. The housekeeping was excellent, and the apartment was very clean. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The staff also arranged transportation for us, which made everything so easy and convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent service.
