Freundliches Personal, hoher, Sheraton üblicher Standard. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Etwas abgelegen, was durch einen gratis Shuttle und eine gute U-Bahnsanbindung kompensiert wird. Leider ringsum umgeben von Dauerbaustellen. Das Pool war leider permanent geschlossen.

It’s not the properties fault but right next-door. If you have a Bayside section, there is full construction going on another high rise or something and it’s at ground level and a lot of noise. Also, they drain the pool. The second day is there so we could not use it. Other than that everything was good.

Value was ok. Shuttle service convenient. Unfortunately, they close the pool ALL THE TIME. Slightest chance of rain, they close the pool. Might be sunny and dry but if HK has any thunderstorms they close the pool. HK is not that small, most of the time it did not even rain or has any thunderstorm and the pool sat empty and closed.

Although the airport is pretty close you do not hear any airplane in the room. We were located at the back of the building not facing the sea. The breakfast is great and top roof bar offers everything what you want. Excellent stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and the airport. We stayed here during the last leg of our trip. The heated pool is not heated at all, it’s freezing despite being reported at 21c, felt like 2c. The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooms were cleaned regularly however there were parts of the room that need fixing up like the bathroom floor tiles/grout which were turning black. There were regular shuttle buses to the MTR and airport. A few restaurants and a bakery opposite the hotel. There’s also a laundrette opposite the hotel which costs £8 a load (washing and drying).

Friendly and helpful staff throughout.Spotless clean everywhere . Very comfortable bedroom with stunning big sea view .Just a pity outdoor swimming pool close for maintenance as I swim all year round. Easy check in and no problem to keep the room for a few more hours longer on the checkout day by paying an additional half day fee which was reasonable. Beautiful bedroom and beautiful hotel and stunning throughout. Definitely will be back and highly recommended !

Rooms are kinda small, and the phone system is really bad—when you’re talking with someone on the phone, you could hardly talk nor hear what the person is saying—really really bad. Since the hotel caters to international market, employees should understand at least basic English. I requested for toilet paper, the attendant gave me a different one, and some other stuff. We were six people but the accommodation was only for 4.

I enjoyed my experience overall at the Sheraton. The hotel is very nice and the service is great. My room was very nice and the facilities are nice too. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant almost every day. The entire staff, especially Davis, were extremely helpful, kind and attentive. This gave me a positive feeling and I will plan to stay at the Sheraton Tung Chung in the future.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave me a bag of ice for my ankle when I arrived (when they saw that I had twisted ankle) The next day the concierge was amazing! He made sure that I catch the morning bus to the outlets and then he also made sure I got on the bus to airport. Overall a very great experience !!

The Sheraton Hong Kong is a wonderful place to stay either overnight or for a long holiday. The views from our room were outstanding and the room itself was so comfortable and cozy. The staff at the Sheraton are super nice and really accomodating allowing us to check in early and then organising a late check (extra charge) which we really appreciated. It's my new favourite place to stay in Hong Kong

Very nice Hotel with perfect location to Airport and to lot of things on Lantau Island. Very nice and friendly staff, rooms with Airport and Ocean view recommendet. Its worth to book with breakfast included as this is very good as well. Lot of pretty restaurants within Hotelarea and in the surroundings. Unfortunatly there is a huge construction area around the hotel which should be mentioned on the booking page. When they finished the consturctions (could take some more years potetnially) there will be a very nice promenade. Another not mentioned topic is that the whole hotel is non smoking area just one ashtray in fornt of the hotel. If you are a smoker you should consider that there not really areas for it. at least the bars and restauranst at hotel backyard are ok with smoking. snother plus is that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from Airport and the main train station and shopping center

The Sheraton Tung Chung is conveniently located near the Hong Kong Intl Airport and they offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport. The location is quite a distance from Hong Kong and Kowloon and a Taxi will take 30 minutes and cost $265 HKD. The area outside of the hotel offers very limited services and options. I stay here for one night before I fly out in the morning. For that purpose it is perfect. Do not stay here if you intend to tour the sites in central Hong Kong and Kowloon. It is too far away.

An 'upgrade' to a room overlooking the bay was negated by the sound of planes taking off all night.We hardly slept. Thebreakfast lacked a variety of fresh fruit. The dining menu for the evening meal was basic and mediocre as well as assuming rather arrogantly there is no need for hard copy menus. We were expected to use our phones as if all the world is tech savvy.It would have helped to have had tourist information and bus timetables available also in hard copy. Overall the hotel experience was pretentious and mediocre... we have done better for less the price elsewhere in SE Asia.

The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight.
