Great service. Helpful, friendly staff. Wonderful garden/lounge area. The shops around the hotel are mainly bathroom/plumbing shops but there several restaurants and bars within a very close walk.

Great location that's 20 min walk to Causeway Bay and 20 min walk to HKCEC. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The shower has amazing water pressure. Great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Private , convenient and beautifully styled hotel . Loved having a cocktail on the terrace . Breakfast was very satisfactory although only had it once . Rooms did not contain much storage / hanging space for two guests with suits etc . Staff very friendly and helpful . Bar fridge didn't allow much room to store refreshments other than one bottle . Conveniently situated close to transport including trains and ferry . Quiet hotel with plenty of privacy if needed .

The Hari Hong Kong deserves excellent ratings. Their staff provided friendly, professional service from the greetings when we first arrived to when we left 13 days later. The entire stay was a good experience. The amenities in the hotel rooms from well-serviced AC, filtered glass bottled waters, to clean marbled showers, etc. were welcomed after long days sightseeing around Hong Kong and day trips into China. The library reception setting allowed for both business and traveler conversations or moments to relax with a cup of tea. It was an enjoyable stay.

Such a great value for a premium experience. 24 hour gym & lounge, breakfast, and Zoku restaurant are all must-tries. I appreciated attention to details in hotel room such as the privacy switch that makes the glass transparent or see-through. Sound proof walls and quality finishes throughout. Even the toiletries were plentiful and wonderfully scented. Looking forward to staying here again.

Based on my experience on the standard king room, the hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in based on the product offering and customer service experience. The room is well appointed for its size, and I describe it as ‘compact luxury’. The materials of the room are high quality, I did find the work desk small though. The bedding is very high quality pillows, mattress and blankets. The fridge is handy, with accompanying safe. The housekeeping service is amazing and the best I have ever experienced as it was always done in timely manner. The lounge café was very good. The bathroom and shower are very well appointed materials, marble and shower head fixtures are excellent, with high quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Daily toothbrush and toothpaste with slippers are a bonus. The staff overall were excellent and I look forward to my next stay. Excellent hotel experience!!!!!!

Amazing location– within walking distance to main areas/MTR. Housekeeping and reception staff were accommodating and nice. However, space for luggage and inside the bathroom/toilet was very very limited compared to other HK hotels we stayed in. Vanity lighting was dim. There were also stains on the toilet door and carpet. Toothbrush amenities also incur extra charge.

5連泊しました。連泊の為でしょうか、部屋の掃除には不満が残りました。掃除機、シーツ交換も一度はされていましたが、あとは微妙。使用済みタオルがシャワールームにそのまま残っていたこともありました。使ったカップは裏返されてそのまま…コーヒーのシミが残っていましたので。2部屋とも同じような感想です。ただ、受付スタッフの方のサービスは良かったです。特にディズニーの予約を手伝って下さった男性スタッフ、ありがとうございました。施設はこじんまりとしていていますが、オシャレ。コインランドリーはありませんが、素敵なジムがあり、家族で楽しめました。朝食は、温かい品をメニューから一つ選びます。卵料理やサーモン、パンケーキもあり、どれも丁寧に作られていました。素材にこだわった軽めのビュッフェも付いていて最高でした。空港からはタクシーで400ドル以内、家族ならMTRよりお勧めです。近くからフェリーで尖沙咀にも行け、トラムも便利、駅へは少し歩きますが、賑わいを見ながらですので猛暑の中でも問題なかったです。周辺に美味しいお店もたくさんあります。総合的に見て、リピートしたいホテルです。朝食を付けることをお勧めします。

The hotel’s location is between 2 MTR stations within 7 minutes walking distance. The shower water pressure is very good. The best among the 6 hotels that I’ve stayed at during my trip. Their tv setup allows mirroring which is great. Customer service was very helpful while being asked for an adapter. The only negative thing I can think of is that the toilet is in a tiny enclosure which may be a challenge for some people. And sound travels from the room next door while in the toilet enclosure.

Great experience! Would have just hoped to have more space to open luggage. Also the space the toilet had, would not fit a larger person than average asian, it was tiny. The room we had was also really made for lovers only, as there’s no privacy for shower etc., the other will see and hear everything. Loved the room service system they had, easy to use if needed!

Everything in this hotel is good except for the bathroom. Don’t expect much privacy for dressing as there are no doors except to the toilet and it is in a room so small it is almost impossible to turn around. I’m sure all hotel rooms in Hong Kong are small, I’m just giving my observation .

Well equipped quiet room with a comfortable bed. I asked for a firmer pillow and one was provided very quickly. Great shower but a very small toilet! The room itself was fine for our 3 night stay and a very good location for walking to the harbour. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

My friend and I were excited to stay at this 5-star hotel after reading so many good reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 12pm, were welcomed by the concierge, and were assured more than once that our room would be ready by 3pm with our bags sent up. I even highlighted that we had a 4pm meeting and was told that they would contact me if the room became available earlier. They confirmed that the had my number. When we returned at 3.15pm, the room was still not ready, and there was no message informing us of any delay. The staff asked us to wait in the lobby with no indication of timing, and our bags were still sitting downstairs. After we voiced our frustration, a room was suddenly ready within seconds. The staff were whispering in front of us, which was quite unprofessional. Our bags took a while to arrive and we were nearly late for our meeting. Across our 2-night stay, there was no service recovery, no apology, and no acknowledgement. It felt as if we weren't important maybe simply because we book the most basic room? We asked to speak to the manager at checkout, but she was away. She only approached us when we were waiting for our Uber to the airport. Far too late. It is no doubt a beautiful hotel but the service is really far from 5-star standards.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful..I arrived 3 hrs prior to check in time but they were able to get me into a room right away..I also requested a higher level for my room and that was also honored ..overall a very enjoyable stay..for sure will stay at the hotel whenever I’m in town!!

홍콩을 자주 방문하는 저희부부는 코로나에 오픈한 하리 호텔을 눈여겨보고 있었어요. 홍콩 방문시 홍콩섬쪽에서 자주 숙박을 하는데, 하리 호텔은 스타페리와(완차이 페리 터미널 이용)트램을 이용하기 매우 좋은 위치에 있어요. 또한 이동 방향에 따라 메트로 완차이역 또는 코즈웨이베이역을 이용하기 좋아요.(두 역 중간쯤에 하리 호텔이 위치 해요) 공항에서 AEL 이용해서 홍콩역에 내려 호텔까지 택시타면 5분내외로 도착해요. 저희는 코너룸에 4박을 했으며 코너룸 사이즈가 성인 두명이 이용하기 적당했고 모든 시설은 편안했어요. 조식 또한 예상보다 맛있었어요. 세미 뷔페에 1인당 메인 메뉴 하나씩을 주문하면 바로 만들어주세요.(저희 기준으로는 이것저것 그저그런 메뉴가 많은 큰 뷔페보다는 이게 더 좋았어요) 수영장은 없기 때문에 수영장이 꼭 있어야 한다는 분들은 이점을 꼭 참고 하시면 좋을거 같아요. 그리고 무엇보다 호텔내에서 만나는 모든 직원분들에 매우 친절하세요. 기분 좋은 숙박이었고 다음번에도 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Breakfast was very good. We were cold. A very efficient heater was sent to our room. Easily walkable to the convention centre. The Cityflyer bus stops from and to the airport are nearby. Many local eateries can be found in the neighborhood. Walkable to Star Ferry Wan Chai terminal to and from Kowloon.

If you don’t mind a short 8-10 minute walk to the MTR station and world class shopping, The Hari is a great choice. The rooms were cozy, yet very functional for two people. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Our room included breakfast which provided good variety and quality. I would definitely return here

I love everything about The Hari but i think it's just far from MTR. This place is in the middle of Wan Chai MTR and Causeway Bay MTR so u have to walk around 600m to mtr. But I still recommended to everyone. This place is very lovely.

Such a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and in a great location for for Wan Chai Ferry and walks along the harbour. Plenty of excellent local restaurants in the vicinity too. Breakfast in all honesty were fairly good value and the quality of all the food on offer was exceptional. The staff just couldn’t help enough all along with being polite and courteous constantly. Cannot wait to return here and will be my default d stay now in Hong Kong.

Very nice boutique hotel with a cool ambience and friendly staff. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The Italian restaurant on-site is excellent and the breakfast service in the morning is very good. The location of the hotel is convenient, with trams, metro and a ferry pier close by, plus lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Definitely a hotel I would return to on a future visit to Hong Kong.

Shifted reservations to the Hari at the last minute and am so glad we did. The hotel staff were fantastic - helpful, responsive and friendly. Breakfast each morning featured a nicely prepared buffet of fruits, yogurts, breads and congee. You then ordered eggs, French toast and other main courses individually. You can breakfast in the main restaurant or sitting in the lounge area surrounded by books. The room was clean, spacious, well stocked and comfortable. We had laundry done a couple of times, and it was delivered in the evenings of the same day. The Hari is near lots of shopping and restaurants; is convenient to public transportation; and is within a short walk of the marina. I highly recommend the Hari for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Clean, modern hotel within walking distance of the convention center. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited, and the breakfast area was quite small, but there was a full breakfast menu for ordering. Overall a wonderful hotel and a good value for a luxury property.
