If you have children or even a bigger person do not stay here. The staff is rude, for two days we were asking for 2 pillows that were not in the room for the pull out couch. They kept saying they had none. The lady in pink at the front desk charged my card for reasons that were not valid. She was never at the desk and instead laying on the couch. Ill mever come back. We felt unwanted and completely anxious

The room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and friendly, too!

No oatmeal for entire 6 day stay. No orange juice for 4 days. No bananas for 4 days.

The bathtubs had to slipped protection with my son, slipped and felt in the bathtub.

Everything was at least at my expectations. The Hilton Honor online check in process made it a very quick checkin for the 12 rooms that I booked.
