Great location, close to everything and lots of bars nearby. The apartment was great and the pool and terrace were perfect for the early evening after a day walking.

Pleasant airy flat. Nice touch to leave a few welcome nibbles and cava. Lift to handle luggage and welcome laundry facilities.Lovely square with good bar to the right hand corner which made wonderful tapas. The restaurant across the square was unwelcoming. Just one minor point. The suite offered to book us a taxi to Santa Justa station for 30 euros. The going rate is 6 euros from the taxi rank 200 metres to the left of the square. They may have misunderstood and quoted to airport. Needless to say we hired our own taxi.

Excellent location - beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. We appreciated the rooftop pool on hot Sevilla afternoons! Their customer service was responsive and timely. If driving, plan on paying to park a car nearby; about 20 Euros/day.

The property was very nicely located, and once you understood the security features with the code it made it very simple to come in and out without having to worry about forgetting your key card. The rooms were spacious. The water in the bathrooms were very good with water pressure And it’s right in front of a beautiful park was a welcome sight every morning. The only thing that you will need to be aware of is that there is very little parking in that area and when arriving via taxi, you are going to need to stop and take out your bags relatively quickly in order to allow traffic to continue to move all the street isn’t as heavily traffic as other primary streets. if you are coming with a car, you will want to reach out to them ahead of time to see about parking the vehicle although I don’t recommend a vehicle in the city of Seville.

We had a great stay. The communication with the staff was easy, location very good for exploring Seville and the pool and terrace was excellent.

Everything was wonderful! Very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the room and lobby nicely decorated. Little touches like the welcome note and bottle of cava were nice as well. The location also can’t be beat. The rooftop pool was a little cold, but my kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this boutique hotel in May 2024 and it was more than you could expect! It was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and all the amenities such as a small kitchenette that include a two burner stove, refrigerator and espresso machine. We had a suite with a separate living area and bedroom. The entire premises was very clean, well maintained and secure. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to all the local attractions and eateries. Highly recommended as we would surely return when we visit Sevilla again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights over NYE while we were in Sevilla. The location of the property was fantastic, with a 10 min walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral and any shopping. We liked exploring the neighborhood and streets and wandering around. The property itself was well-maintained and clean - the only complaint we have is that the first unit we were in on the bottom floor had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom (when the shower was used). But once we moved to a different floor, we did not have this. I'd say communication with the staff was excellent - very responsive throughout. overall, we had a great experience and liked staying at this place for our Sevilla portion of our trip.

There were good and bad parts to our stay. The apartment management and staff were great, but the apartment was only in fair condition. It needed a bit of TLC. Paint was peeling from the shower ceiling and mould and dirt was present in the bottom of the shower tray and in tiled areas. The walls were marked in places and the roof leaked in the corner of the room during torrential rain. This was sorted during our stay. The apartment had a very basic kitchenette area with limited kitchen facilities and a fridge and microwave. We found this useful for making simple breakfasts and lunches. Both beds in the apartment (including the sofa bed) were really comfortable. We booked a pick up from Sevilla airport through the apartment's customer service team. This cost €40 which we later found out was not good value. The rude lady taxi driver held a loud telephone conversation for the entire trip from the airport. Shouting into her phone, not concentrating on the road and sending WhatsApp messages. To put the taxi pick up into context, a Uber we booked to the airport on the day we left was less than €20. I was annoyed that we were ripped off with the pick up cost. The apartment lacked a safe, which meant we had to carry our valuables around with us when out of the apartment, resulting in my backpack being snatched by an opportunist thief. It was a miracle that I ran after the guy, cornered him and got it back. All our passports and valuables were inside! It was scary.

A dehumidifier on wall was running 24/7 so obviously a longstanding problem. Secondly, ground floor location and only one window which faced directly on to street outside meant there was little natural light so place felt like a cellar. Thirdly, shower flooded easily due to poor drainage/design. Another longstanding issue given the door frame was curling off the wall as must have been soaked countless times. Fourth, not sure about the cleaning. We take our shoes off at the door but our socks were always brown after walking around the apartment so floor needs a good mop at the very least. Maybe we just got the very worst apartment in the building but cannot recommend and would not go back.

Our host Miriam was very nice and responded to our requests promptly each time. We were offered to have access to the building and store our luggage after our checkout time. We really enjoyed our stay. Only one suggestion. If you plan to use the sofa bed, it won't hurt to send a reminder for extra blanket/comforter a day before your arrival.

This is a pretty hotel, it’s older but well taken care of. The staff and cleaning staff are alol extremely nice. The biggest issue was that we chose an interior King suite and it felt very claustrophobic. There is no window, only one leading to an interior staircase. I tried to change it when I found out but they said that the hotel was sold out. I didn’t see many other people but maybe that was true… I would not recommend the interior suites. They’re very dark and cramped, especially the studio. I’d spend more money and find a place with a balcony.

A great spacious apartment just a walk away from everything. It was a perfect stay. The only thing we didn't like is the lack of luggage storage. We had to pay for a locker at a nearby facility.

Beautiful place. Has stayed here multiple times and will do again but unfortunately, this time the wifi was off and had a hard time sending work emails.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sevilla! Could not fault anything about the Suite we stayed in & we will definitely be back. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. Super quiet apartment with extremely comfortable beds, even the sofa bed where our children slept was comfy. Communication with the owners/managers was excellent too. Can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed in the Superior apartment with city view and appreciated the doors/windows that opened to the street view for the light. Great sense of space with the high ceilings. Perfect accommodation for a longer stay, with kitchen area and separate bedroom. Would recommend!! Location great also.

Beautiful restored building with lovely rooms with brick walls. We loved the tall glass doors which faced the street and park. The room was tastefully appointed and the kitchen area with breakfast table, living area with couch and lamps, and separate bath area were all nice to have. The bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and good pillows. We would definitely stay here again as it’s in a prime location, close to many attractions including the cathedral and the real alcazar. We walked to eat and to shop. Don’t hesitate to book this fantastic property.

Good location, clean and comfy room. Self check-in no need to interact with stuff but easy to follow instruction. Good stay overall.

When I had arrived to sleep on the night, I couldn't open the door of the room because the the encoder was without batteries. It's very uncomfortable to be in bed and not be able to access your room, and instead of apologizing, the hotel responds that I entered the wrong door code, so why did the maintenance person come in the morning to change the encoder battery? It's not a cheap hotel to give this service and these answer to the customer. Best regards.

Lovely property, as soon as you open the front door and enter the lobby you can see you have hit the jackpot! Apartment just as good and the decor has been sympathetically used with Seville culture and class. Great location near to so many nice restaurants, bars and neighbourhoods

You could not base out of a better location. Keyless entry is very nice. The beds are great, location is surprisingly quiet. Everything historic is easy walk 10-20 minutes.

The property was in a great position, a few minutes walk from the Alfalfa area, which had some great bar and restaurant options. Seville is a very walkable city and the major sights were all within a 20 minute walk. The building was quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed.

We had an amazing time. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the old town, but still in a quiet place ovelooking a green square. There were a lot of tapasbars and restaurants in the neighborhood and walkingdistance to all interesting sites. One night we took take away just to enjoy a meal in the beautiful flat. Next time we will come in summertime so we can enjoy the beautiful roofterrace and pool!
