This property is exactly as expected from photos, if not better. It was impeccably clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and much more space than a hotel plus a full kitchen and living room. I also love the tiny details like an accessible and labeled HDMI port if you want to hook up to the TV, and the little toiletries like qtips and cotton balls/pads, and even a snow scraper/brush by the door since rental cars never have those (thank you!!) The only downside is proximity to a main road and some traffic noise, but it dies down at night and that's also part of the easy access benefit. Hopefully on my next trip the weather will be more conducive to a bike ride!

We absolutely loved our stay! Eric was incredibly kind and accommodating. The house was immaculate, the bed was super comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible. I’d stay again just for the shower Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful little rental for 4 days and it was perfect. The layout is super functional and it felt brand new. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. I loved that it was on the river where I could run in the mornings too. The only thing that could have been improved is that it doesn’t have a washing machine & dryer. Not a big deal but I was just surprised. The owners were lovely and communicated with us throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

This is the cleanest and most comfortable rental I’ve ever stayed at. It’s decorated so nicely, and everything you need is there. It really felt like home. It’s spacious enough for a family. It smells clean when you walk in. You don’t need anything to stay here. They provide you with all the amenities you need, and it’s good stuff. There is a full kitchen!! The road is a little loud sometimes, it’s facing the road, but it didn’t affect my experience. Eric is super nice. If you’re in Lansing and looking for a place to stay, look nowhere else. This is IT.

The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. This was the best Vrbo experience I’ve ever had! The home was exactly as the listing showed. It was spotless, had everything we needed and was in a safe and convenient location. The towels and bedding were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of extras. Eric and Jen were super friendly and helpful and easy to connect with. We hope to stay there whenever we return to Michigan where our daughter goes to college!

Our stay revolved around assisting friends prepare their parents house for sale. While not the most relaxing reason for our visit, our “home base” provided a great start and end to each day. The rental was meticulous clean, cheerfully decorated, comfortable and a welcoming space to relax. We took full advantage of the kitchen. Those in our party that have not utilized a Vrbo rental were amazed that we were able to stay at such a charming, clean and roomy home for the price frequently paid for a hotel room. Eric was great to work with, answering questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

An excellent stay! We have stayed in many short term rentals, and this one is very nice and managed very well.It's a newer home. It's really nice that everything is new. It was very clean too. Spotless.The bottle of wine we found upon arrival is a nice touch.Communication was excellent. I always got a response immediately. He was patient when I asked a knuckleheaded question :-)The shower was amazing. It was probably the best shower I've had any any short term rental. Excellent quality sheets and towels too.The only slight negative I could come up with is the traffic noise during the day. This house is right on a busy road an we heard cars all day long. It was a minor annoyance for us. Traffic was non-existent at night so no one was kept awake when trying to sleep.Overall, may be one of the best STR's we've stayed it in a long while!

Great location to MSU, which is where we needed to go the place is super cute extra nice touches even coffee, which I was totally ill, prepared myself and so thrilled they thought of that to save me in the morning. Comfortable beds and just a great place easy communication with the owners.

Loved the master bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. My associates stayed in very nice second bedroom and foldout sofa (good quality foldout). Was in town on business and the drive was easy and fast to get downtown. Loved proximity to the river. Easy and clear communication. Waverly Road noise is a tad busy, but not enough of an issue to dissapoint our experience. I will stay here in the future.

Stayed here to visit my wife’s dad was convenient for us the street is busy lots of road noise but we were in the master bedroom it was quiet in that room at night. Overall we were satisfied with the place.

Lovely property, very welcoming owners. Fabulous master suite, very clean and nice amenities. My taste in furniture does not go to mid-century modern, while it is very tasteful, not the most comfortable couch. We were in Lansing for the World Horseshoe Tournament, so having a place to stay where we could all have personal space was awesome. Only 5 miles from the Lansing Center so was very convenient. Would highly recommend this property.

The property was clean, neat and well appointed. The Management was friendly and went extra to clean the new snowfall off the car and the driveway. The only problem was that there are two very different places by the same house number and street name, one is road and one is highway so it was confusing at first.

The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. Loved the master bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. My associates stayed in very nice second bedroom and foldout sofa (good quality foldout). Was in town on business and the drive was easy and fast to get downtown. Loved proximity to the river. Easy and clear communication. Waverly Road noise is a tad busy, but not enough of an issue to dissapoint our experience. I will stay here in the future.

We unpacked and visited before heading out for a delicious dinner and concert downtown. My friends and I had ample space and slept well. Stayed here to visit my wife’s dad was convenient for us the street is busy lots of road noise but we were in the master bedroom it was quiet in that room at night. Overall we were satisfied with the place.

This was a wonderful, well-equipped property. We loved being able to walk over to the river walk to see the rowing teams practicing. The guidebook that the property owner put together was very helpful in identifying places to eat and visit. I highly recommend a visit to old town. We were fortunate enough to catch the blues festival while we were there. We will definitely visit Lansing again!

Our stay revolved around assisting friends prepare their parents house for sale. While not the most relaxing reason for our visit, our “home base” provided a great start and end to each day. The rental was meticulous clean, cheerfully decorated, comfortable and a welcoming space to relax. We took full advantage of the kitchen. Those in our party that have not utilized a Vrbo rental were amazed that we were able to stay at such a charming, clean and roomy home for the price frequently paid for a hotel room. Eric was great to work with, answering questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This is the cleanest and most comfortable rental I’ve ever stayed at. It’s decorated so nicely, and everything you need is there. It really felt like home. It’s spacious enough for a family. It smells clean when you walk in. You don’t need anything to stay here. They provide you with all the amenities you need, and it’s good stuff. There is a full kitchen!! The road is a little loud sometimes, it’s facing the road, but it didn’t affect my experience. Eric is super nice. If you’re in Lansing and looking for a place to stay, look nowhere else. This is IT.

This house was really clean and well stocked and nicely decorated. It was a relaxing place to stay and had everything we needed to spend a nice weekend. The hosts gave great instructions for check in and I appreciated that they checked with me to make sure we were comfortable and everything was as expected. I would absolutely choose to stay again because the location was easy to find and the house was lovely.

The house was just what we were looking for! The property was expertly maintained. We had some snow while we were there and every morning someone came and shoveled and put salt down, which was great because we had my mother with us who is a senior citizen and had trouble walking. The house is very well decorated and all the amenities were great! Eric was amazing to deal with. Anytime I had a question, I sent him a message on the app and he replied quickly and helped when we needed it. Absolutely Amazing experience from start to finish, I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you to all involved with this property for everything, you made our stay in Lansing a great experience!
