St Simons Family Friendly Beachfront Condominium!

The unit was wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the ocean front balcony. It had everything we needed. We were not aware that we needed to walk through knee deep marsh water to get to the beach. We found an alternate path around the dunes to the nearby park that had a floating walkway to the beach.

This condo IS oceanfront. Finding something overlooking the beach can be hard on an island set in the marsh. We went in December 2025. It was sunny and cold. This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

Great location and beautiful view! Unit is aged and needs some work. Towel rack fell off the wall, 2nd bathroom shower door does not shut. There are no hairdryers or shampoo/conditioner (fyi). Kept losing WiFi and xfinity so had to watch college games somewhere else. Communication was amazing, though!

When we first arrived, the beds were in disarray. We contacted housekeeping and they responded immediately, and explained that the pest control company had come to make sure there were no bedbugs and must've left the beds unmade. Within 30 minutes, housekeeping came and provided us with new bedding. I noticed that there was a bar of soap left in the master shower that had hair on it. I asked the housekeeper if the shower had been cleaned and she assured me it had been. Not wanting to disturb her, I grabbed some toilet paper and threw it away. Other than that, the stay was wonderful I appreciate how quickly our concerns were addressed. The view was beautiful and it was in a very nice part of the island.
