Overall a great rental experience. I think the price was very fair for what we got and the location and proximity to the beach and major attractions. I feel a few hundred dollars into the property could really take it to a new level.. for example a laundry basket would of been great to have and just small things like swapping the super cool tempature bulbs in the overhead lights with a warmer tone would do alot as well as updating things like the dated light switches and the shower head and rod are pretty corroded and rusted.. Curtains would also be a nice touch as it was pretty bright up waking up in the mornings. But nothing was terrible by far it was a geeat place to stay and I don't think any would would find them selves regretting it for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and great location.
