The Good:Price was great and check in was extremely efficient. Host messaged us almost immediately asking if we need anything to let them know! Location was great if you plan on riding the dragon, and a short trip to the BOTD. Rooms appeared clean, and house inside was tidy. Neighbors also seemed friendly and waved when we seen them. The not so good:We planned to grill out, but the grill was very dirty and heavily abused. There was garbage left inside the grill, and in the fire pit (assuming from prior guests)Coffee pot didn’t work - so we had to pick one up.If you plan to cook, bring a pan/skillet. those provided are also heavily abused and are in very poor condition. Shower has low pressure and seems to need fixed. I’m not a plumber but the majority of water comes out the spigot and not the shower head when turned on.The “not so good” list is all amenity’s that could be easily fixed and make future stays more than good! We will certainly look at this place again, but I do hope they upgrade some of the QOL items.

Owners were nice and quick to call. 2 thingsFirst was tub in bathroom must have just been redone. It was off gassing terrible smell and peeling upKey for front and side door don’t match. We got locked out.
