Tech Terrace Bungalow~Pet Friendly Yard~Walk To TTU Campus!

This is such a charming little get away. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but is still walking distance to some fun spots. It is an older home that has been totally renovated but still has all of the cool characteristics of its time. It is very clean and very well kept. The owner has really cool style and had a lot of fun decorating! There is a dining room table for larger meals or a dinette in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. There is a nice little living room to relax. The beds are comfortable and keep the theme. The backyard is great! It has a great sitting area, and another with a fire pit. You can play horseshoes or just relax with your favorite drinks. There is beautiful live greenery and vines along the fence. The grass is artificial turf so it stays green and beautiful! The owner is very easy to work with and makes your stay so easy! We love this place! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Overall, great location to Tech. Area seemed safe and nice. Only complaint was lack of mirrors, especially a full length mirror.
