Great little place! Cozy is accurate, but it doesn't feel cramped in any way. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean, and there were many nice extras/niceties provided: snacks, drinks and glasses, some area- and season-specific books, coffee, soap and shampoo, hangers in the closet, a luggage rack, extra linens and blankets, cleaning products, and more I'm sure I'm forgetting. On top of that, the hosts have put together a very comprehensive guidebook they send you before your stay that helps you easily navigate to the most important info you need to reference, like check-in time, how to get in, wifi info, the hosts' contact info, detailed parking information (with photos, much appreciated!); house rule reminders, and the checkout process. Within the guidebook there's also a great list of places to see nearby catered to different groups (families, couples, etc) and interests (seasonal attractions, hiking, etc), as well as places to eat and drink. Whenever I had a question or concern that wasn't addressed there or that I wanted more clarity on, they replied to my messages very promptly and were super friendly and helpful. The one and only thing I would say is make sure you bring an extension cord or be okay with one person not having their phone charging next to them at night if two share the queen bed. One nightstand has charging ports on the alarm clock; the other did not seem to have an easily accessible way to plug in a charger. Not a huge deal, though.

Owners have done an excellent job putting themselves in the shoes of the guests. Everything needed for a short stay was provided including coffee and sundries. The washer and dryer worked perfectly! Communications were proactive and efficient although once there we did not need anything. All good.

I work in Akron, about 20 minutes away, and decided to get this house instead of a hotel. It was amazing! It was nice to have my own space, cheaper than a hotel, cozier, and in a cute downtown area. Everything was clean and exactly what I was expecting. Comfy bed, I slept great! I will definitely stay here again when I have to travel in!

The house was cute and had what we needed. The only problem was that after a day or so, hordes of tiny ants appeared in the bathroom and kitchen.

We lived in Medina twenty years ago and came to visit old friends. This was the perfect location...easy walk to the beautiful town square and close to all of our friends. The house was small and cozy (just as advertised) and came with everything we desired (including a nice bottle of wine). Check-in/Checkout was easy, and the hosts kept in touch via text throughout our stay. If we ever return to Medina, we'll stay here again.
