Excellent family get away property with plenty of space, relaxing beach viewing balconies and comfortable areas to read, play games or watch movies on those days/nights when weather does not cooperate. Thoroughly enjoyed!

We had an incredible stay at this Broadkill Beach home. It was perfect for our group of four couples with kids, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The views were stunning — you can see all the way across the Bay to Lewes — and the short walk over the dune to the beach made every day easy and fun. The house was fully equipped with beach gear, games, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved our time here and would happily return.

Amazing views of the bay. Lots of beach equipment for your use. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Plenty of room for our 3 grown kids with their families. We loved walking the dogs on the beach in the morning. We even had a fire on the beach one night. Highly recommend this place!
