This property worked out well for our family of three. The pools were walking distance. It was nice to sit on the patio with a screen and relax. It is located within easy driving distance to Roheboth beach. Tons of restaurants all around.

Communication was amazing with the owner. Turnaround time was within the hour or less for every question we had. Very clean and easy to park, access, and get around. Pool options were close by and facilities there were clean as well. We'd use again in a heartbeat!

We were house hunting and needed a place to stay close to everything. Was perfect location. Clean condo. Had everything you would need in the kitchen and then some! On 3rd floor so keep that in mind if you have bad knees or handicapped but a great experience.

The property was well stocked by very considerate owners. Not sure if we missed something in the listing but we weren’t quite prepared for a third floor condo with no elevator. The grounds are immaculate and plenty of space for walking the dog. We would definitely stay in another condo owned by this couple.

Wonderful property with all the amenities. Excellent communication with the owners and a great guide to condo. Quiet location and close to the trails. Loved the little touches for our dog’s first visit to Lewes. We wished we could have stayed longer. Hope to do so soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The place lived up to all the photos and descriptions. It was super clean and the hosts thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. I will definitely be a repeat visitor. The area is super nice and so close to everything. There are 2 pools and the community has 2 very nice restaurants. The community also has tennis courts. I could not have asked for a better place. The hosts were super nice and very responsive to all your questions and needs. I highly recommend this condo!!!

As advertised short drive to downtown lewes .state park and lewes Beach. Half hour to Rehoboth Beach. Bike path runs through the property. Can walk to pool.arena cafe.fishon restaurant. Diner and supermarket.central ac wifi and tv all work well.Screenporch was nice. Be advised it is a 3 floor walkup no elevator. Cooler and Beach chairs were crucial.

In our many years booking with VRBO, we have not had a host as focused on the customer experience. The property was spacious, clean, and stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. The condo is located in a development that has a nice grocery store and some dining options within a very short walk. Location is at a crossroads providing pretty easy access to nearby beach towns or the interior. Great stay!

Fil and Rich's condo was impeccable. We were attracted by the amenities described and everything about the condo was perfect. While walking up 3 flights was tedious the unit was spotless. We appreciated the fully appointed kitchen. The furniture was comfortable. The location was convenient as we could walk to restaurants and stores. Fil checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure that we had not issues or concerns. Now, if only the weather had cooperated we would have had an ideal mini-vacation.

I didn't realize until fter we arrived what a great central location it was. Close to grocery store, walk to great restaurant, short drive to Rehobeth, and even shorter drive to Lewes which was a new place to explore for me and I loved it's nature parks, bike trails, beach, and ferry. Loved the style, cleanliness, and ease and ammenities of the rental unit. Will be looking to come back again!

This place is VERY nice! We only stay at places Fil and Rich have and would never stay with anyone else. The place is always spotless and just packed with things you can use. They are the nicest people we have rented from for sure!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

Other than the floors not being clean, it was a lovely stay. The information about the area, dining options and attractions provided by hosts was super. We did inform our hosts about the floors was addressed immediately and very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay!

This rental was a perfect for a family gathering weekend. We had many family members in town for the weekend and our beach house was going to be crowded. We rented this property for us and another couple. It was the perfect place to escape to for some peace and quiet. Easy to get to many amenities, including the bike path and the Lewes Dart terminal which we used to avoid traffic going into Rehoboth. The property was exactly how it was described and the owners communicated clearly and answered all questions. We hope to rent again from Fil and Rich.

The property is situated in a great location, surrounded by a neighborhood but within walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. We chose it because it is pet friendly. I was able to walk my dog every day on the trail that surrounds the neighborhood and also did a 5 mile walk on the Georgetown- Lewes trail which was a really nice walk through some historic parts of the area. I watched a movie on my laptop and read a book on the patio to relax. My 3 year old niece was able to walk right across the street to use the playground which was convenient. The pool opened the day we left so we didn't get to try that. The condo has everything you could possibly need and everything is nicely decorated and in good condition, down to a rack with multiple kinds of spices, all the laundry essentials, towels, a business area with a desk and printer, etc. We had no issues at all and would definitely visit again!

The condo has everything you could possibly need and everything is nicely decorated and in good condition, down to a rack with multiple kinds of spices, all the laundry essentials, towels, a business area with a desk and printer, etc. We had no issues at all and would definitely visit again!
The property is situated in a great location, surrounded by a neighborhood but within walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. We chose it because it is pet friendly. I was able to walk my dog every day on the trail that surrounds the neighborhood and also did a 5 mile walk on the Georgetown- Lewes trail which was a really nice walk through some historic parts of the area. I watched a movie on my laptop and read a book on the patio to relax. My 3 year old niece was able to walk right across the street to use the playground which was convenient. The pool opened the day we left so we didn't get to try that. We were house hunting and needed a place to stay close to everything. Was perfect location. Clean condo. Had everything you would need in the kitchen and then some! On 3rd floor so keep that in mind if you have bad knees or handicapped but a great experience.

We had the best time. We were able to bring our elderly dog which is always helpful. Our daughter loved the playground right across the street, she was able to ride her bike all around the neighborhood. We loved walking to eat at a few places and the drive to the beach was short! Our family made great memories and hope to visit again soon.

I didn't realize until fter we arrived what a great central location it was. Close to grocery store, walk to great restaurant, short drive to Rehobeth, and even shorter drive to Lewes which was a new place to explore for me and I loved it's nature parks, bike trails, beach, and ferry. Loved the style, cleanliness, and ease and ammenities of the rental unit. Will be looking to come back again!

As advertised short drive to downtown lewes .state park and lewes Beach. Half hour to Rehoboth Beach. Bike path runs through the property. Can walk to pool.arena cafe.fishon restaurant. Diner and supermarket.central ac wifi and tv all work well.Screenporch was nice. Be advised it is a 3 floor walkup no elevator. Cooler and Beach chairs were crucial.

The apartment is located close to Lewes Beach and walking trails. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Weis shopping center and restaurants, and there's even a bakery close by!! In our many years booking with VRBO, we have not had a host as focused on the customer experience. The property was spacious, clean, and stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. The condo is located in a development that has a nice grocery store and some dining options within a very short walk. Location is at a crossroads providing pretty easy access to nearby beach towns or the interior. Great stay!

This property worked out well for our family of three. The pools were walking distance. It was nice to sit on the patio with a screen and relax. It is located within easy driving distance to Roheboth beach. Tons of restaurants all around.

We had a wonderful stay! The place lived up to all the photos and descriptions. It was super clean and the hosts thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. I will definitely be a repeat visitor. The area is super nice and so close to everything. There are 2 pools and the community has 2 very nice restaurants. The community also has tennis courts. I could not have asked for a better place. The hosts were super nice and very responsive to all your questions and needs. I highly recommend this condo!!!
