This property was really clean. The host was available and responded to requests made during the visit Family friendly neighborhood. Very quiet. The only thing that I would love to have had was a broom and dust pan and a blower to blow the deck off daily. Everyone enjoyed the visit.

The home was beautiful and cozy. The location was perfect for what we had planned. The shower in the primary bathroom was extremely hot and I enjoy a hot shower. The temperature was scorching hot even at the lowest setting. When it finally gets to a good temperature it gets cold. The shower fixture was beautiful and I didn't get to enjoy it. The ceiling fan in the kitchen can use a cleaning. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Beautiful home and great location.

We rented this home to attend Basic Training Graduation at Fort Jackson. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It took approximately 15 minutes to get to the Base and traffic was not an issue.The owner is very friendly and very responsive. Will definitely keep this in my list should we need to be back in the area.

Perfectly located property. Close to downtown restaurants yet in a quiet and historic neighborhood. If I ever decide to move back to Columbia, this is the kind of property I would want. Lots of space to spread out with comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people. Communication with the owner was stellar.

Throughly enjoyed our weekend in Columbia to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Your home was comfortable and inviting. The one floor living made it so easy for our elderly parents to be able to join us. Location was perfect and in close proximity to the University, grocery store and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
