This is a beautiful home located a short walk from downtown Seabrook and from the beach. My husband and I especially enjoyed that this home had a private hot tub and many different board games. The hosts were very quick to respond to and questions we had. The check in/out process is very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at otterly relaxed. The home had everything we needed and plenty of space. And the hot tub was an added bonus. And loved the fireplace outside and the fire pit. Hope to come back and stay there again:)

My family and I dearly love Seabrook and my oldest daughter refers to it as ‘my happy place’. For this long weekend getaway, we chose Erin’s house for our rendezvous. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s always fun to get the girls together to visit and go to the beach. The house was large enough for our group. One of my daughters stayed up in the studio above the garage and loved it. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a lovely amenity as well as the provided beach towels. The house is an easy walk to the downtown shops and coffee houses.

Seabrook itself is fabulous and Otterly Relaxed is in a great location - close to town and there is a path directly down to the beach. It has it all - size, amenities, clean bath/kitchen, decks with lots of chairs, ping-pong, guest house, games - but unfortunately needs a little TLC before we would return.*The mattresses in the primary (king) and secondary (queen) bedrooms are SQUEEKY and we - a 60-year-old couple on a romantic vacation - had to move to the bunk beds at 5 am in order to get some sleep.*The heating is either on or off - they don't cycle on/off and you can't set a temperature.*Some fabric chairs and all the carpets are quite stained and in need of a thorough steam cleaning.It is overall a great home for a casual beach getaway for a large group - just needs some attention. The owner was receptive to my suggestions, so I hope/expect some upkeep will be initiated.

We loved our stay here. Our families grew up going to the beach in the winter, so we love a cozy place when it’s windy and rainy. The hot tub and indoor/outdoor fireplace were a perfect fit. The house had everything we could need, and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Erin’s house! Lots of space for adults and kids to spread out, and the double-sided fireplace between living room and outdoor deck was awesome. The interior of the dishwasher was moldy when we arrived, but one quick text to Jaynie got that taken care of right away. Everything else was pretty spotless! The only real bone I have to pick is that as we were renting through VRBO instead of Seabrook itself, we were not allowed to use the pool. It’s not specifically pointed out in the listing, so I just assumed it was included. Apparently it is just not listed in the amenities. I’ve stayed at Seabrook a number of times but always booked through Seabrook. I was excited to find this amazing house at such a fantastic price, but I see now why that was. It wouldn’t be such a huge deal, but we did have kids with us who were looking forward to swimming, and one who is a teen and training for water polo and needed to swim laps every morning. Just something to be aware of. Other than that one thing, the stay was fantastic, with sunny days, a little snow, and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of it all!

Otterly Relaxed suited our 10 person family group so well. With the wonderful outside decks for chatting and eating, the convenient hot tub, the comfortable living/ dining room, the outdoor shower after the beach, and the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, we loved being together there. When we needed help with an electrical issue, the owners responded immediately and the property manager was wonderful. We would definitely return to this amazing house.

The residence needs a thorough cleaning. The dishwasher has been neglected. The Jacuzzi water was murky and we did not use it. The grill needs replacement and actually had a grease fire. It has not been maintained. The carpets are badly stained and need replacement. The hardwood floors need a thorough cleaning as they have left feet and socks dirty. Food was stuck to the hardwood floor. The listing on VRBO needs to specifically indicate that guests will have no access to the community pools. Even though the community pools were not listed as an amenity, if you have ever been to Seabrook before, you assumed that you would have access to the community pools.

We've been coming to Seabrook for nearly 2 decades and love finding new homes to stay in. We traveled with our young adult kids (19-25 years old) and loved the location of this home. We loved that the home had bikes to borrow and lots of games to play. It's an easy location to walk to the beach or the town center or to any of the pools.

The house is clean and stocked, which was great, and it had plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed. We missed the part in the listing that said no pool access, but ended up renting another home that had pool access with another family, so all worked out!

There was some confusion as to when we were arriving. when I called on Sunday to get the code the lady though we were coming on Monday. She said she would have to get a cleaner in there to clean before we could get in. I called at 2 pm and we were scheduled to enter at 4 pm. Check out was supposed to be by 10 am the next day. I really feel like the price is pretty high for less than 24 hours stay! We enjoyed the hot tub! Carpets need cleaning and the washing machine was broken. There is a new one on order :)

Great place for a girls get together. House has great amenities, comfortable beds, hot tub etc. Host was very communicative and let us do an early check in which was greatly appreciated. One thing to note is the cleaning company they are using may not be doing their job well as the house was not as clean as most vrbos. There was dust on most surfaces and dirt on carpet. There was hair on shower walls and food left in the fridge. This isn’t a deal breaker but for the high cleaning Vrbo charges I would expect a clean house. The cleaning company is not paying attention to detail. Also it would be helpful to make the shampoo, conditioner, body soap containers in shower so guests can tell what is what. :) House is in a great location and we loved the hot tub. Overall great stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We noticed the wear and tear over the last year. The fireplace control did not work and had to turn it on and off manually. The toilet paper holder in the adu was broken. Also, the bathtub and sink in the upstairs bathroom drain very slowly. We left a note for the house cleaner so she would know.

We had a wonderful stay at Otterly Relaxed. The point of our weekend away was to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect.The house was just as described, and I truly was able to relax the whole weekend. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn't get a fire outside. But we do get to use the hot tub, and that was amazing. I would recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay at Otterly Relaxed. The point of our weekend away was to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect.The house was just as described, and I truly was able to relax the whole weekend. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn't get a fire outside. But we do get to use the hot tub, and that was amazing. I would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful but quick weekend at Seabrook! Otterly Relaxed was the perfect house for our family trip with the grandparents. Check in was seamless, communication was easy and the house had everything we needed.

We loved our 3 night stay in Seabrook. This home had plenty of space for us to spread out or come together on the deck to read our books and have coffee. Everything went great except we have a few suggestions for the property manager. 1. We couldn’t tell what the dispensers in the shower were. The body wash/conditioner/shampoo was not labeled so we had to guess. 2. The beds outside the bunk beds did not have much support , memory foam style, as in the bunk beds would be ideal.

I would like to hold up Erin and her husband for AWESOME communication. It was easy to ask about the area how to best accomplish goals we had, how to navigate the Seabrook trails and details of our trip. They were both extremely informative and present. Every detail in the house is tended to from towels to beach chairs to spices and cookware. Expectations are clearly stated which is very helpful. I was able, post knee replacement to navigate the property and our grandchildren at 3-5 loved the space. With two over 60, one 32yo mom and two kids and my 26yo son and his girlfriend, the house configuration was PERFECT allowing each of us our own space within the house. Our women's group really enjoyed our stay in the house. The kitchen was well appointed and there was enough room for us to sleep comfortably. One suggestion: perhaps have a small rice cooker available as well? We are mostly Asians in the group and we missed our rice (haha). There was a storm the weekend we were there and we lost power one night but there were two lamps provided so were able to finish out the night by singing and chatting till we went to bed. The house is located close enough to the town center and the beach. It rained the whole time but some of the ladies were still able to enjoy the hot tub. This is a beautiful home located a short walk from downtown Seabrook and from the beach. My husband and I especially enjoyed that this home had a private hot tub and many different board games. The hosts were very quick to respond to and questions we had. The check in/out process is very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

There was some confusion as to when we were arriving. when I called on Sunday to get the code the lady though we were coming on Monday. She said she would have to get a cleaner in there to clean before we could get in. I called at 2 pm and we were scheduled to enter at 4 pm. Check out was supposed to be by 10 am the next day. I really feel like the price is pretty high for less than 24 hours stay! We enjoyed the hot tub! Carpets need cleaning and the washing machine was broken. There is a new one on order :)

Great place for a girls get together. House has great amenities, comfortable beds, hot tub etc. Host was very communicative and let us do an early check in which was greatly appreciated. One thing to note is the cleaning company they are using may not be doing their job well as the house was not as clean as most vrbos. There was dust on most surfaces and dirt on carpet. There was hair on shower walls and food left in the fridge. This isn’t a deal breaker but for the high cleaning Vrbo charges I would expect a clean house. The cleaning company is not paying attention to detail. Also it would be helpful to make the shampoo, conditioner, body soap containers in shower so guests can tell what is what. :) House is in a great location and we loved the hot tub. Overall great stay.

We loved our stay at Erin’s house! Lots of space for adults and kids to spread out, and the double-sided fireplace between living room and outdoor deck was awesome. The interior of the dishwasher was moldy when we arrived, but one quick text to Jaynie got that taken care of right away. Everything else was pretty spotless! The only real bone I have to pick is that as we were renting through VRBO instead of Seabrook itself, we were not allowed to use the pool. It’s not specifically pointed out in the listing, so I just assumed it was included. Apparently it is just not listed in the amenities. I’ve stayed at Seabrook a number of times but always booked through Seabrook. I was excited to find this amazing house at such a fantastic price, but I see now why that was. It wouldn’t be such a huge deal, but we did have kids with us who were looking forward to swimming, and one who is a teen and training for water polo and needed to swim laps every morning. Just something to be aware of. Other than that one thing, the stay was fantastic, with sunny days, a little snow, and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of it all!

Otterly Relaxed suited our 10 person family group so well. With the wonderful outside decks for chatting and eating, the convenient hot tub, the comfortable living/ dining room, the outdoor shower after the beach, and the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, we loved being together there. When we needed help with an electrical issue, the owners responded immediately and the property manager was wonderful. We would definitely return to this amazing house.

Initially we had a small bump in the road as the cleaning service didn’t know another party was coming into the home the day we were to arrive. Yes initially all of us girls were really disappointed the house was dirty and we were going to have to wait to get into the house for a couple more hours. Let me tell you the owner of the home was right on this and made our day by treating us to dinner and compensating part of our stay. It really made us feel special and important to her that we have a wonderful stay. We all had a great time in this rental, it was clean, well stocked kitchen, and very accommodating. We would go back to this home in a heartbeat.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal quick walk to the beach short walk to town and in between the indoor and outdoor pools. We also enjoyed waking up with a coffee and the hot tub.

Seabrook itself is fabulous and Otterly Relaxed is in a great location - close to town and there is a path directly down to the beach. It has it all - size, amenities, clean bath/kitchen, decks with lots of chairs, ping-pong, guest house, games - but unfortunately needs a little TLC before we would return.*The mattresses in the primary (king) and secondary (queen) bedrooms are SQUEEKY and we - a 60-year-old couple on a romantic vacation - had to move to the bunk beds at 5 am in order to get some sleep.*The heating is either on or off - they don't cycle on/off and you can't set a temperature.*Some fabric chairs and all the carpets are quite stained and in need of a thorough steam cleaning.It is overall a great home for a casual beach getaway for a large group - just needs some attention. The owner was receptive to my suggestions, so I hope/expect some upkeep will be initiated.

Otterly Relaxed is a perfect location and cozy home! We so enjoyed our family Christmas trip at Seabrook. Many wonderful memories! We've been coming to Seabrook for nearly 2 decades and love finding new homes to stay in. We traveled with our young adult kids (19-25 years old) and loved the location of this home. We loved that the home had bikes to borrow and lots of games to play. It's an easy location to walk to the beach or the town center or to any of the pools.

My family and I are we so very impressed with Otterly Relaxed. It was EVERYTHING the listing said it was and much more. The Home is absolutely gorgeous, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family and many options for entertainment. We had a great time playing darts and ping pong, as well as taking bike rides through the SeaBrook area. Relaxing in the Hot Tub was a also HUGE plus. Oh, did I mention the open kitchen and all the amenities needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast? This place is a must to visit! We had an absolutely amazing time and made so many memories that we will treasure forever! Thank you Erin and Gregg

My family and I dearly love Seabrook and my oldest daughter refers to it as ‘my happy place’. For this long weekend getaway, we chose Erin’s house for our rendezvous. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s always fun to get the girls together to visit and go to the beach. The house was large enough for our group. One of my daughters stayed up in the studio above the garage and loved it. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a lovely amenity as well as the provided beach towels. The house is an easy walk to the downtown shops and coffee houses.

With the wonderful outside decks for chatting and eating, the convenient hot tub, the comfortable living/ dining room, the outdoor shower after the beach, and the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, we loved being together there. When we needed help with an electrical issue, the owners responded immediately and the property manager was wonderful. We would definitely return to this amazing house.
Otterly Relaxed suited our 10 person family group so well. Our women's group really enjoyed our stay in the house. The kitchen was well appointed and there was enough room for us to sleep comfortably. One suggestion: perhaps have a small rice cooker available as well? We are mostly Asians in the group and we missed our rice (haha). There was a storm the weekend we were there and we lost power one night but there were two lamps provided so were able to finish out the night by singing and chatting till we went to bed. The house is located close enough to the town center and the beach. It rained the whole time but some of the ladies were still able to enjoy the hot tub. The hosts, Erin and Greg were accommodating and easy to reach. We will consider this place again given the opportunity.

Amazing hosts and house! Perfect for our 4 kids aged 7-14. The garage with the ping pong table was a hit and they loved the hot tub as well. The house is close to everything while also very quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon.

7 of us stayed at this home for 3 nights. The house shows some signs of wear, but is very clean and has everything you may need. We did not use the game room, bbq or the fire pit, but did use the jacuzzi, which also was very clean, and a great temperature. I reached out to the owner a couple of times and she was wonderful, and responded immediately. I would definitely book here again.
