Expansive Ocean Views-Prime Condo at Seascape!

Absolutely beautiful property with a gorgeous ocean view. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay....fully functional kitchen (cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc), outdoor grill, linens/towels, etc. A short walk to everything as well....beach, pool, lobby, market, shops, restaurants, etc. Easy and close parking. Would stay here again!

Loved being so close to the beach but did not like the walk down and up carrying everything was rough. Ask the hotel golf cart drivers if u can pay them a tip for a ride up or down to help ease the trouble. The place was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Bring a fan for days when its really warm, especially upstairs. Did not like that there were NO bathrooms on main floor. For someone that has a hard time with walking up and downstairs this is not the place for you. It was nice with great views. I think the den is just way too small For an adult to stay in . Should have left it a bathroom!

Great 2nd story condo with great view of the ocean. First evening we could stand on the balcony and watch whales spouting offshore. No need to go on a whale watching trip! Since it is located on a bluff, takes a while to get down to the beach but if you are walking limited you can request (hire?) to have a golf cart take you down there. Dinner at the resort was great, a short walk away.

Spacious property with great views right next to the trail down to the beach. Private, with only one shared wall. Lots of room in the bedrooms and living room. Great balcony. The kitchen had enough things to get by, but was low on pantry supplies. There was a coffee maker, toaster oven and kettle, but no sugar. Overall, fantastic stay, would return again!

Beautiful views and beautiful property. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Easy access to pool and hot tub. Nice little hike to and from the beach. The family had a great time

Very spacious, well appointed & updated. Nice layout. Kitchen fully stocked. Great views! Easy parking & easy access to the pool/jacuzzi.

On our first day we had gently moved the TV swivel in the front room and found that the board holding the bolt to TV mount was broke which caused the tv to hang towards the floor. We called Vacasa to report this as a safety hazard and requested maintenance to come out right away as 4 of the guests had to physically hold up the very heavy TV for over an hour so it wouldn't fall. We were assured a local maintenance person would contact me, but they never did. On site maintenance wouldn't help us because the unit was under a property manager. We were able to zip tie the TV so we could try and enjoy our time there, but no one ever came out to assist with it. Carpet was extremely dirty with dark spots everywhere. Railing on staircase was grossly sticky, both screen doors fell off each time we tried to open them,there were no keys to access the pool and no code for front door entry. Beautiful location and some nice upgrades in bathroom and kitchen, but overall I was extremely unsatisfied with my stay and the lack of resolution to the safety issue we had.

We had a perfect vacation in this apartment. The pool was heated, hot tub even warmer so that even the cooler weather in the evening didn’t bother at all. The apartment had everything we needed, even the beach chairs. We set up the fire on the beach and grilled s'mores. I do agree that the master bedroom could have the king size bed but the kiddos slept well in it while there was enough room. The apartment is located in the north side of the resort while the address points to the south part.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and the calming sound of waves just steps away. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of outdoor seating.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and unforgettable beach escape!

Since we have stay at Seascape before we knew pretty what what to expect. However, check-in at 3pm was not available until almost 4pm because they were still cleaning. I understand when people do not leave at 11am but there should be enough cleaning people to have units available at 3pm. We arrived after 3 to find the unit not ready. Then they rushed the cleaning and kitchen counters and cooktop/microwave were wiped down which left everything smeared. The bathrooms mirrors were the same way. Vacuum job not great. This is a very nice unit and I will choose seascape again only next time I hope it is cleaner

We stay at Seascape often, always booking though VRBO. This was one of the most updated beautiful units we’ve stayed in. Very well appointed. Only a couple downfalls, the location of the unit requires having the windows open for cool air because the sun beats in midday, but overlooking the pool, it can get pretty loud throughout the day and night. Also carpets could use a good cleaning. Other than that, this was one of our favorites. Also, property management company is top notch. Easy to work with and very communicative! They also did not have a large list of things to do upon checkout, which is nice since as renters we are already paying a cleaning fee and shouldn’t have to do much upon vacating.

We had a great stay. The beach was very close, with a great view on the balconies. There was an ant issue, but the ant spray provided did the trick. Rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms.We had a great time.

The rental was much darker than the picture. The carpet had stains and dirt on it. The downstairs sliding door window had finger prints all over it. The TV Roku streaming service didn't work even after following the instructions. Smashed shells on the porch balcony. In the master bath the sink one of the knobs didn't function . Only could use hot water, cold water knob was locked( right handle) Soap dispenser contained diluted hand soap. Very watery, a kin to dirty bath water. It would have been nice to locate Kleenex/facial tissue somewhere in the house. There was mold, dirt and dry soap in the shower. Recarding the Ecco Friendly Soap, it was ok but it a potenial of hazard condition of inhaling , getting into eyes and discarding when using in shower. Also there was long black hairs in the bath towels. The master bedroom curtain was broken so we couldn't raise curtain to see the oceanview and we paid extra for that! No locking mechanism on upstairs sliding door to make us secure for locking our valuables. Master bed had smaller bed than the guest room and the beds didn't look freshly made. We tried calling to complain but no one ever picked up the phone. (We have pics and video)I wish we could be compensated for some of these things because it was an expensive vacation, it was a special one at that, my wedding anniversary. It would not of been so bad if they would have just responded to us. Very disappointed with Vacasa.

This condo is a great, upscale, clean property at a great location. We love Seascape and this place is one of the nicest on the cliff.

WONDERFUL - from a lot of space, to comfy beds, to beautiful kitchen and appliances, to chairs for beach, to pool towels (the fact that there is beach and a pool is such a bonus), to balconies - top one has rocking chairs. Did I mention the amazing view ... pool and ocean. This place is a winner! We had the most memorable experience and we are so grateful!!!

A highlight of our trip was enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on the deck watching the whales and taking in the gorgeous views! The condo was even nicer in person with cute decor, plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Beds were so comfortable (1 queen & 1 king). The black out shades on every window and door make it so wonderful for sleeping in. There are no stairs inside of this unit so there’s less worry when the kids were playing inside. Theres 2 pull out couch beds and plenty of room for everyone. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in at SeaScape & we’ve been coming every summer for years.

The view is beautiful and the condo is beautifully decorated and maintained very well. It is clear the owners and property managers think of every detail to provide an enjoyable vacation.

My family and I had a great stay. We've stayed at the Seascape several times but the location of this condo is the best. I wasn't expecting the whales to put on a show but they certainly did and we soaked it all in. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit firm for my liking but not bad enough to make me not go back. The house was fully loaded and the balconies are a definite plus. I promise you can't go wrong by staying here.

Enjoyed this particular unit. Both bedrooms are on same floor (not a two story unit) both bedrooms have a patio. Extra large living room with more seating. We didn’t need to contact management, but email through VRBO was timely and easily accessible.

The condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the weather was very cool with little sunshine so we didn’t fully utilize the resort itself. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The extra large screen made it nice for watching a movie together in the spacious living room. Check in and check out was easy. Jane was responsive to our questions. The unit is one of the closest to the ocean. Just wish it had been clearer weather to enjoy the view more.

This was a much more relaxed location in a beautiful area but still with access to everything. We took day trips up and down the coast but were able to visit local shops, beaches, and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We really loved Aptos and other nearby towns. We stayed here only for a weekend but absolutely loved it. The room was beyond expectation, the views are world class from the balcony. The host was communicative and accommodating and everything was perfect.Looking forward to returning to this property again soon.

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Seascape! The condo was wonderful, the view was breathtaking and we will definitely be booking here again. Such a great location and so much room for the family. We played board games, read books, went on many beautiful walks on the beach and really took in the views!!
