The home was clean and inviting. The kitchen was spacious and met all of our needs. We appreciated the Keurig and pods, etc. Nice living room and eating area. Bedrooms were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. New bathrooms, plenty of bath linens. Location is convenient to restaurants and area activities. The Christmas decor and decorated tree were a nice surprise. Did I mention how clean it was?!

Came to Vermont with my parents and family, needing a place to spend one night together. The listing did not disappoint! The space was large, clean and came with all the things we would need from coffee/coffee maker, utensils, modern appliances, fresh towels etc etc!! We were very pleased and would highly recommend this property to any group looking to stay close to Burlington Vt!

The house is larger than we thought and very clean, beds were all comfortable, it was well stocked and also had nice appliances. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries and seemed happy to help us have a good stay. The huge draw for us is that you can easily walk to the Champlain Valley Fair Grounds. We will definitely be back again!

Very clean house. The house was close to many places including a nice park and neighborhood to walk in. There were amenities we did not expect like a nice Kuerig and a lighted magnifying mirror. The beds were comfortable although I would have liked an extra blanket. We had a very nice time!

This property was clean. Once again, when you have two bathrooms, I wish they would provide two hair blow dryers. I do not remember when booking this property that it stated that one bathroom was in the basement. It worked OK for us but was far from the bedroom that we slept in. Keep this in mind when searching properties if looking for two bathrooms make sure each bathroom is close to the bedrooms. Also, the railings on the steps entering the house were a bit loose.Thank you!

The first thing we noticed was the horrible smell of old cigarette smoke....like in those nasty 1970's road-side motels. In addition to the old smoke smell, there was something unpleasant and moldy-smelling going on in the basement. Other than the overwhelming smells, the house was big; the host responded to our pre-check-in inquiries in a timely manner; and the neighborhood seemed safe. *Property has a tub, which is NOT listed. We got rid of some bath salts before we arrived not knowing there was a tub available. Overall, mainly because of the nasty smells on all floors, we would not stay at this property again in the future nor would we recommend others to stay there.

Had the best beds! After 9 days of travel and poor beds, these beds allowed to catch up on some much needed sleep. House was nice & a quiet neighborhood. Allowed us to relax when we returned from a pilgrimage to Ben and Jerry's. Would stay again.
