First, Carrie was terrific with on time and detailed communication. A couple of things. The beds were great. Having garage access to park and access to garage door openers was great. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. The fridge was a Sub-Zero. The TV was smart and a great size. The sofa was terrific. It had motorized recline. The gas oven was terrific as well. Bathrooms were good. The decorating and finishes were very modern and on trend. Bedding, sheets and towels were all nice quality. The neighborhood felt very safe. Proximity to Frazier was about a three minute drive to all the North Shore has to offer. Overall, it was a great stay and would seek out Yellow Door properties in the future.

The house was great! The beds are big and comfortable. The space is open, bright, and nice. The provided garage door opener made it very easy to get in and out without being exposed too much to the summer heat. The location was great, too!

We stayed at Carri’s house for the Ironman Chattanooga. The location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown and the event. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and comes with all the necessary amenities. It has by far the best kitchen appliances I’ve ever experienced in a location home. The whole process was quite easy. If we return for another IM, Carrie’s house would be our first choice.

My husband and I were in town for a conference at the Chattanooga Convention Center. This home was the perfect place for us to rest in the evenings as well as go through what we had learned that day. Super clean and gorgeous details. Perfect kitchen for eating in if we didn't want to eat out. Lots of steps to get into, but that was clear in the listing. Host is super communicative and we had all the information we needed.

I rented this adorable North Chatt home for my mom and teenage son to stay while we were out of the country so that she could focus on him and not have to watch our dogs. She doesn’t street park well so having the driveway and garage is huge and a rare find in North Chattanooga! The location was perfect and the home was absolutely adorable. She said it was comfortable, cozy and well stocked. She loved walking around the neighborhood and being so convenient to restaurants. I would highly recommend choosing this home for your next visit to Chatt!

We visited Chattanooga for a softball travel tournament. This location was perfect for our family of 3- allowing our daughter her own room and full bathroom plus our own bedroom and bathroom. The main living area is open and spacious. The kitchen appliances are all high end and new. The beds were both comfortable. The owner leaves garage door openers for renters to use during the stay which is super convenient. The street is in a nice residential area and it felt safe and neighborhood was quiet. We felt so lucky to have all the amenities of home while we were back and forth between ball fields all over Chattanooga. We were super close to Warner Park and tons of great restaurants and even when we had to head over to Ooltewah that was only a 30 min drive. Would highly recommend.

This was a terrific house in a great location. Perfect for two couples and beautifully furnished. The two car garage with mechanized openers was a huge plus. Our interaction with the "owner" was always positive with good pre-communications and arrival day information. We would re-book this property without hesitation.

Everything we needed, very clean and nice place. Nice to have 2 garage spaces. Excellent restaurants nearby. There are about 12 stairs to enter the house; I think it would be an improvement to the listing if this fact was noted. Overall a very nice place and we had a good stay; We will go back!

We live in Nashville and had some friends visiting from out of town, so we took them to Chattanooga for a change of pace. Carrie has been amazing from the beginning. She literally responds within minutes for any question you have. The home was spotless and equipped with everything you need. The location was fantastic, just minutes from everything we wanted to do/see and walking distance to a couple of nice neighborhood restaurants. We had two couples staying here (all of us retired and in our 70’s) and the home was just a perfect size. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely a 10. Loved it!!

We had an excellent stay. The house is exactly as described, and very clean. The beds were really comfortable and new. Despite the construction across the street, it was very quiet at night for sleeping, and they didnt start uptill 9. would definitely be back am.

My family stayed here for a few days with my Dad and Stepmother. Having two king size beds was great! There are also tvs in each bedroom and the living room. I loved the location. Just a few minutes from Coolidge park, and just a few more to downtown. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance (The Daily Ration for brunch and a Tavern for dinner).

The house is so modern and cute. Our group was 4 adults so it was wonderful to have 2 master bedrooms. The area was nice including the neighbors. (Especially the neighbors dog). We loved it. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely enjoyed the property, it was accurately listed. Perfect for our group of 3. The kitchen is awesome! Loved cooking on that stove. Carrie was very responsive and gave us great food recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house and neighborhood were beautiful and felt safe. It was the perfect location for my little family. We tried some of the recommended food locations and they did not disappoint. I marked communication as a 4 star because I wanted to let the property owner know a few things we noticed upon arrival. Nothing serious, just things like the lamp in one bedroom did not have a switch so we were not later charged; anyhow I was not able to.message using either the app or email - I do not believe this to be their fault just a glitch. I'd stay here again should we ever go back.

We are so glad we chose this VRBO house, instead of a hotel. We had everything we needed, and plenty of room for our party of four. We were well within range of everything we wanted to visit, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host was very responsive to our messages, and answered our questions in a timely manner. We can definitely highly recommend this home for your next stay in Chattanooga.

We had two couples staying here (all of us retired and in our 70’s) and the home was just a perfect size. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely a 10. Loved it!!

First of all, Carrie really helped us out when a snowstorm came (after the refund date) that rescheduled our event. The dates we were rescheduled to were already booked, so she put us in a different, but similar property for our new dates. Crisis averted! And quite easily at that.I’m not really sure which property this review will end up under, but I’m sure any property from this owner will be clean, comfortable, and accommodating of many needs. There were tons of bits and bobs about the place, cookware, spices, oils, vinegars, coffee, hairdryer… this host clearly thinks about their guests because we had everything we needed, and the space was very comfortable.

The property and neighborhood were beautiful. I came with my parents for my grandson's high school graduation and we were within 2 miles of where it was at in downtown Chattanooga. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We very much enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property!

My family stayed here for a few days with my Dad and Stepmother. Having two king size beds was great! There are also tvs in each bedroom and the living room. I loved the location. Just a few minutes from Coolidge park, and just a few more to downtown. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance (The Daily Ration for brunch and a Tavern for dinner).

This rental was beautiful. Great quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to anywhere you want to go. A nice stroll to nearby places to eat. When we come back to chattanooga we will plan our trip around the availability of this rental.

We stayed at Carri’s house for the Ironman Chattanooga. The location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown and the event. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and comes with all the necessary amenities. It has by far the best kitchen appliances I’ve ever experienced in a location home. The whole process was quite easy. If we return for another IM, Carrie’s house would be our first choice.

Stayed here for the half ironman. It was a great neighborhood. 2 miles from the race (easy drive) and with a lot of restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. House was ideal for two couples. Would stay here again.

We live in Nashville and had some friends visiting from out of town, so we took them to Chattanooga for a change of pace. Carrie has been amazing from the beginning. She literally responds within minutes for any question you have. The home was spotless and equipped with everything you need. The location was fantastic, just minutes from everything we wanted to do/see and walking distance to a couple of nice neighborhood restaurants. Lovely little home to act as home base for downtown Chattanooga. Four friends in our 60s visiting for an event. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate to downtown. Thrift stores, The Daily Ration for breakfast (at the end of the street…could have walked!). Perfect for 4. Stairs up to front door and down to garage.
