Stayed 2 nights

The stay was frustrating from start to finish. Parking was unclear and led to repeated calls and texts the first night. The interior lock was broken, leaving the unit unsecured. A man claiming to be from management showed up unannounced, behaved unprofessionally, and appeared to be under the influence. The listing claimed to sleep six, but I was charged extra for more than four guests—this wasn’t disclosed up front. The upstairs A/C didn’t work, forcing some guests to leave early, and the A/C unit in the primary bedroom couldn’t keep the room cool. The kitchen lacked basics—there was no ice maker or even ice trays in the freezer—and there were no working batteries in any of the six remotes needed to operate the main TV. The listing also included religious materials that some guests found offensive. The pool, advertised as private, turned out to be shared. Overall, poor communication, safety concerns, and misleading details made this a stay I can’t recommend.

Stayed 1 night

Our family was heading home from VA to Texas and we wanted to stop off to explore Ruby Falls and the war museum. We booked very last minute with zero issues. Publix was close for groceries. We loved having a cozy place to sleep after all our exploring!! Relaxing in the hot tub was a bonus! We cooked dinner and breakfast, they had everything we needed to cook! Look forward to coming back in the summer to use the outdoor facilities like the pool and roast marshmallows in the fire-pit! We will stay longer for our next visit! Thanks for a lovely stay!
