Stayed 4 nights

This was not a comfortable stay for us. Location was great. Arrived to find linens folded on top of bed and thought it was weird we had to make the bed. There are no electric outlets next to the bed, in fact the nearest outlet is across the room about 8 feet from bed. We contacted owner to ask if there was at least an extension cord we could use as we needed an outlet for CPAP. He responded we could go to Walmart and buy one and he would reimburse us. He also said if we had inquired he would have had one available. We did not think ahead to ask if there were electrical outlets by the bed. The bed itself was hard as a rock and crunched when you moved in it. The floors were not clean and were gritty. The kitchen was minimally stocked -a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster stored on a top shelf of a cabinet that we had to use a broom handle to reach and slide out and catch it on the way down. There were no dish towels but a reminder that dishes needed to be washed and put away before leaving so we had to wash by hand so as not to leave them in the dishwasher before we left. The in wall air conditioner is extremely loud. The nicest thing about this very small place was the comfortable chairs and tables on the porch where there were great sunrises in the morning. This is only the fourth place we have stayed through VRBO but we felt it was not even close to the quality of other places we have stayed while on Cape Cod and it was more expensive.

Great location! The complex offered super waterfront amenities, and the condo was very clean and up to date.
