The condo was a perfect location for quick access to the beach, area attractions and restaurants. The property had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Parking was easy, and never overcrowded. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Orange Beach.

Condo was quaint, comfortable and as advertised. Plenty of towels, kitchen items and indoor/outdoor seating for everyone. Located on beach and 2 outdoor pools on property with an indoor pool and outdoor courts on adjacent property a few steps away. Perfect getaway not far from our soccer tournament in Foley, AL. Would definitely book again!

Was a great place to relax and unwind. Gorgeous view of the water from the 9th floor balcony. Can be on the private beach within minutes. Indoor pool is an awesome option for cool or rainy days or just to mix it up. Very close to numerous amenities including grocery stores, coffee shops, several restaurants, and souvenir shops. Internet was spotty at times and the work on the exterior back balcony area was a bit loud a couple of mornings (8am-10am ish) but we understood that it had to be done and it was clearly stated in the description of the property…we just underestimated the loudness a bit. Was definitely and enjoyable, relaxing trip and we would most certainly return to this property.

We enjoyed our month at Orange Beach very much and plan to return. Our corner condo was cheerful and well equipped. The view from our balcony was beautiful; overlooking the pool and ocean by day and warmly lit turtle nests with ocean sounds in the evenings. Great restaurants, shopping and activities nearby. The atmosphere of the grounds is mostly quiet and relaxed except for some winter maintenance. Great Stay!

We loved the location, the ease of check-in and communication. The beach was a short walk away and the condo had easy access. Parking was fine, the place was clean and the decor was great. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to stay again. Mrs. Sharon was a great host and was so helpful and responded quickly.

This is a wonderful condo, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. It is conveniently located in Orange Beach near grocery stores, Starbucks, and other shops. The children loved the indoor pool. The beach is a very short walk. The outdoor pool is nice. I would definitely stay here with my family again. We enjoyed every day.

Communication with property manager was next level. Quick, prompt answers to any questions we had. Even checked in on us midway through our stay. The property was as advertised and perfect for our family of 4. Very clean! The extras in our room were a great touch. Board games, beach chairs, etc. We definitely plan on booking again on our next trip to orange beach.

We stayed here for son's baseball tournament. Great Location, close with easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. Sharon the owner was very welcoming. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The condo was very nice for our short stay. It was very clean with plenty of room for our four adults. The two bathrooms came in very handy, especially when trying to get dressed to go out! Everything you would need is there, including lots of things in the kitchen. The owners were very responsive and answered almost immediately with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at this unit! The condo was clean and comfy. It was a great location to my conference and all the activities we had planned. The owner was great with communication. The kitchen was STOCKED! I cannot say enough about all the extras if you plan to cook while at the property. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside. However, I wanted to let you know about some concerns we had. Upon arrival, I noticed one of the outlet covers in the first bedroom on the right was on the floor/broken behind the bed. This would be a concern in general, but mainly if there were children around. Also, in the master bath there was a used, dirty wash cloth still in the shower, hanging from the shower head. Other than those small concerns, we had a great time and thank you for our stay. Sent from my iPhone

We took a little babymoon before welcoming our little one and found this listing. The condo was beautiful and very spacious, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and any kind of cooking utensil you’d need. Was able to see a little of the beach and what color the flag was for the day. Very close walk to the beach and pool. Beds where so soft and let this 9 month pregnant lady get some amazing sleep! Owner was so kind and answered any questions I had and kept in contact to make sure everything was going good! Cannot wait to make another trip and stay here again!

Pictures matched the actual condo conditions which were very good. This is a great unit for eight comfortably higher than that you are out of full bed space for adults anyway. The bottom bunks are big, two kids can share easily. Very minor wear and tear and the mattresses need to be updated. Other than that the refrigerator is a tad small for the size of the unit and the ice maker is slow. So grab a big bag of ice on the way in. Good angled view of the beach but not much privacy on the balcony. The complex is maintained well just not brand new. Don't be afraid to set up in front of the rental chairs. We always had an open spot but plenty of room to set up in front of the rentals that take up most of the beach in front of the condo complex and most nowadays it seems.

The condo was a perfect location for quick access to the beach, area attractions and restaurants. The property had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Parking was easy, and never overcrowded. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Orange Beach.

Everything was great. Only complaint is the queen bed is really high off ground I’m only 5’2and had to run and jump into bed. Needs a step stool or something

The view was absolutely beautiful! The view of the pool, great! The location was perfect and close to grocery and attractions. Beds were comfy. Just a little updating of a few things would make this place a 5 star review. Overall, this condo worked great for me and my family on spring break. Would visit again!
