Directions for garage could be clearer. We had problems with 2 TV’s. We had problems with the showers and hot water. The doors all stick when opening and closing. The sliding glass door off the living room wouldn’t open.

We have stayed at the wharf on numerous occasions. This one 917 is one of the best. So much room, 4 adults and 2 kids stayed and had plenty of space and the kids said the sofa slept wonderful. The Oasis water park is extremely nice except the young teens working there really need to learn some manners, wry rude to people. Luxury Coastal Vacations couldn’t have more accommodating, great service from them.

My daughter and I stayed at this property recently. It was clean, beds were comfortable, we didn’t cook much but kitchen seemed well stocked. There were hardly any people at the pool area which was nice! Very convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Places to eat, the pool, and being able to walk to the amphitheater for a concert are all pluses. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It is in a fun location with shops, restaurants, and bars. The pool is located down the street. This was a little surprising. However, it was nice. The workout facility was consistent with other condos. Not great but enough. The only issue we had was with the internet. The password was provided but not the internet name. There were about 10 to pick from. This was a little stressful because I had to work a few hours a day.

We were there for an event at the Warf. Condo was everything as expected!great to stay somewhere and not have to leave. Food, shopping, entertainment…all at the Warf. We stayed an extra day to enjoy time at the Oasis. Had a great day at the pool! Will stay again. This is actually our 4th stay at the Warf. We plan to return again!

The master bathroom had mold in the shower and the sink was clogged! Called the property manager and they finally came out 24 hours later and fixed the sink but the shower was still disgusting! The silverware and knives in the butcher block set were dirty and rusted! Upon arrival we received several text and emails from Beachball properties regarding arrival instructions but they were very unclear especially since we’ve never been to that area! They told us to park in the west side of the parking, however they could have specified which parking deck bcs they are named! It’s not that difficult to say park in the Blue Heron deck! Then they gave us the gate code but failed to say that’s the same code to get from the parking deck to the condo! There was an envelope open arrival but it just had our parking passes. There was no welcome packet that told us where the pool, fitness center, etc. was located. Despite those issues we had a nice time! The Wharf area has a lot to offer as far as restaurants and shopping and is in close proximity to the beach!

The Wi-Fi nor tv worked. The garage elevator was broken, and only 1 of the 2 condo elevators was working. The key to the condo was bent and difficult to remove from the door. I reported all of these issues. Only the key was replaced. All other issues were ignored.

Room was cleaned very well crumbs left on counter tops and table coffee pot had overflowed and was left sitting in a puddle of coffee. Over all the room needs a good cleaning lots of dust and grime on base boards and other overlooked areas. We had a good trip and we will return and stay again. I just feel like cleaning crews could do a much better job.

We love the Wharf. We go down and stay every year. The sliding glass door on this particular unit appeared to be offline, therefore wouldn’t close all the way and we are fairly certain there may be some sort of water or moisture getting inside the unit. We couldn’t tell if it was from the door or not. Everything just had this wet feel to it and a smell that led us to believe moisture was high. I would suggest getting a dehumidifier in there and getting the door fixed. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Be sure to take (or purchase) a few extra trash bags too.

Overall condo was nice and clean. Did have a musty smell, maybe from being closed up. Biggest complaint was there are no darkening shades or curtains in the guest bedroom. So the sun is blinding when it comes through in the morning.

This was our second time at the Wharf, and for the amount of money, it could have been kept up a whole lot better! Every door sounded like gun shots when you had to open them. The amount of mold in the showers was crazy, even after someone came back and scrubbed them for an hour. The kitchen knives and containers were all broken or didn't have pieces.

We had a really great time. Condo was really nice. We did have a little problem with the water temperature in the showers. We couldn’t figure out how to turn down the temperature. We enjoyed being close to our venue and not having to drive on a holiday.

The condo was beautiful. The location is awesome. We loved being on site for the car show that we were attending. We did have problems with the TV's in the living room and master. The TV in the master bedroom would only pick up 2 channels- if you could get it to connect at all. The TV in the living room was very frustrating to operate. The remote was awful. It probably wouldn't have been an issue but it rained the entire first day of our stay. Also, there are no rugs in the condo. I would have liked to see them beside the bed at least. I just like to wipe my feet before getting into bed…

Nice property, has all the amenities you need, even an ice machine in the kitchen. View was great! A Few things need work however. 1) Shower in master, the water temperature handle was not working properly. Was always burning HOT. 2) A lot of the silverware in the drawer was still dirty, we had to sort through them and wash them to find clean ones 3) One of the beds was so warn that there was a divot in the middle of the mattress, was very uncomfortable. 4) Be aware that these properties only allow for 2 vehicles which may often be enough so if you have more than 2 vehicles you have to park one at least 1/2 mile away.

We enjoyed our stay. We only had 2 concerns/There was only one key for the door and we had 4 of us. The master bathroom shower only had steaming hot water . We could never get it warm. It went from cold to burning hot.

We had an excellent stay overall. The oasis was amazing and the wharf downtown shopping area was very nice. Parking was convenient and we felt secure and safe in the condo. If they could improve one thing, it would be ensuring floors were clean. We didn’t realize until the day after we checked when we looked at our socks and they were quite dirty. Otherwise very clean. One thing for families with young kids to keep in mind is the parties in the bars below. We were 6 stories up and were unable to sleep well on Saturday night due to a party at the bars below. The music was very loud and my kids had a difficult time sleeping until after 2am when things calmed down. I believe the bars may be violating the noise ordinance I read online, but if the police officers who drove by didn’t see any issue, who am I to complain.

It was a great condo and location. We loved all of it! The customer service was great and they were very helpful from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone. The only thing I would ask for would be having a broom and dustpan in the unit. We needed one to sweep up sand from the beach and didn't have one. Thank you for a great week!!

This location is everything when you have concert tickets at the Wharf - however, this is not our favorite unit. The balcony looks at the toll plaza on the bridge and as cars come across the bridge, they seem to shine their lights directly into the balcony. Lots of road noise due to proximity to the bridge. The unit was clean, nicely furnished. Master bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a strange missing cabinet in the kitchen like maybe a trash compactor or ice machine broke and was just removed leaving a hole. 1 bath towel per person was provided. No beach chairs - although they were available for rent through the manager. Property manager correspondence was good and prompt. We didn't like that we had to download yet another app and couldn't use the VRBO app directly - they had us download "happy stays" because we needed to give them a new credit card for the 2nd payment.

We enjoyed our stay. We only had 2 concerns/There was only one key for the door and we had 4 of us. The master bathroom shower only had steaming hot water . We could never get it warm. It went from cold to burning hot.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It is in a fun location with shops, restaurants, and bars. The pool is located down the street. This was a little surprising. However, it was nice. The workout facility was consistent with other condos. Not great but enough. The only issue we had was with the internet. The password was provided but not the internet name. There were about 10 to pick from. This was a little stressful because I had to work a few hours a day.

The master bathroom had mold in the shower and the sink was clogged! Called the property manager and they finally came out 24 hours later and fixed the sink but the shower was still disgusting! The silverware and knives in the butcher block set were dirty and rusted! Upon arrival we received several text and emails from Beachball properties regarding arrival instructions but they were very unclear especially since we’ve never been to that area! They told us to park in the west side of the parking, however they could have specified which parking deck bcs they are named! It’s not that difficult to say park in the Blue Heron deck! Then they gave us the gate code but failed to say that’s the same code to get from the parking deck to the condo! There was an envelope open arrival but it just had our parking passes. There was no welcome packet that told us where the pool, fitness center, etc. was located. Despite those issues we had a nice time! The Wharf area has a lot to offer as far as restaurants and shopping and is in close proximity to the beach!

The Wi-Fi nor tv worked. The garage elevator was broken, and only 1 of the 2 condo elevators was working. The key to the condo was bent and difficult to remove from the door. I reported all of these issues. Only the key was replaced. All other issues were ignored.

Staying there made working the Wharf boat show much easier than staying somewhere else. The price per night was cheaper than most of the hotels in the area due to spring break, so I went in expecting a "you get what you pay for" experience, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The condo was great, and the check-in/out process was super simple. I will definitely be considering this place in the future.

The condo was beautiful. The location is awesome. We loved being on site for the car show that we were attending. We did have problems with the TV's in the living room and master. The TV in the master bedroom would only pick up 2 channels- if you could get it to connect at all. The TV in the living room was very frustrating to operate. The remote was awful. It probably wouldn't have been an issue but it rained the entire first day of our stay. Also, there are no rugs in the condo. I would have liked to see them beside the bed at least. I just like to wipe my feet before getting into bed…

My daughter and I stayed at this property recently. It was clean, beds were comfortable, we didn’t cook much but kitchen seemed well stocked. There were hardly any people at the pool area which was nice! Very convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay overall. The oasis was amazing and the wharf downtown shopping area was very nice. Parking was convenient and we felt secure and safe in the condo. If they could improve one thing, it would be ensuring floors were clean. We didn’t realize until the day after we checked when we looked at our socks and they were quite dirty. Otherwise very clean. One thing for families with young kids to keep in mind is the parties in the bars below. We were 6 stories up and were unable to sleep well on Saturday night due to a party at the bars below. The music was very loud and my kids had a difficult time sleeping until after 2am when things calmed down. I believe the bars may be violating the noise ordinance I read online, but if the police officers who drove by didn’t see any issue, who am I to complain.

This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Places to eat, the pool, and being able to walk to the amphitheater for a concert are all pluses. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location of The Wharf. So many shops and restaurants right down the street. Even a dolphin cruise excursion within walking distance which was great. There were nightly activities for kids and live music every night which we enjoyed but if you are looking for a nice quiet evening on your deck this will not be the place for you. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and well decorated. However if you are planning on cooking meals there you should know there is absolutely no pantry items. It was disappointing to have to buy everything from salt and pepper to cooking oil and condiments just to throw everything away 3 days later. Overall though we had a great time with family at this condo.
