The property was great! Excellent communication. It’s in a great location! Only thing only 1 elevator was working and there was a team of school kids so had to wait quite a bit a few times. But got to have some good conversation with several. Thanks def be doing this again.

We stayed 4 nights here in late June. The condo was cute and has what you need for an affordable and convenient vacation in N Myrtle. The resort location is 2nd to none in the area. The condo common space was clean and offered enough room for 5 of us (2 adults & 3 kids). We used the pullout couch and had no complaints. Convenient location close to elevators on 8th floor. Loved the view. The unit came with beach chairs & umbrella which was very helpful. The only knock on the place was the bathroom. The ceiling panels need cleaned/painted and metal cross bars need to be replaced. The bath tub spigot juts out from the shower lining. Nothing major just not a 10/10 feel. Only part of condo that wasn’t immaculate.The resort makes an effort to keep up the public areas but it struggles a bit. The overhauled pool deck was awesome and the pool/beach bar was really cool. They offered programming during the week to keep the kids busy. The lazy river was a blast, but one pool was consistently dirty. We had one small issue and the owner addressed it within 12 hours (overnight). Her communication was awesome and we would book one of her properties again.

This was great getaway for my birthday .. make sure to check on restaurants & amenities at hotel, they are only open certain days ! Everyone was nice & it was very clean indoor pool & hotub was great and not crowded. Very peaceful on balcony

We had such a lovely stay despite only one pool being open and the elevator being very slow due to improvement construction. This condo is super cute, tiny but functional and the owner has thought of everything, just bring yourself, beach towels and your sunscreen. They have literally everything else you could possibly need down to beach chairs and toys, with a well equipped kitchen. It is within 20 minute drive of Myrtle Beach attractions and Calabash seafood/boat excursions. We so enjoyed our week at this spot and we will definitely be going back once the improvements are complete!

Condo was clean and easy to access. We didn’t encounter any issues. We did not find the beach chairs but were able to rent some chairs on the beach. Currently the lazy river is being remodeled but no big deal for us. We had a great view and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights here in late June. The condo was cute and has what you need for an affordable and convenient vacation in N Myrtle. The resort location is 2nd to none in the area. The condo common space was clean and offered enough room for 5 of us (2 adults & 3 kids). We used the pullout couch and had no complaints. Convenient location close to elevators on 8th floor. Loved the view. The unit came with beach chairs & umbrella which was very helpful. The only knock on the place was the bathroom. The ceiling panels need cleaned/painted and metal cross bars need to be replaced. The bath tub spigot juts out from the shower lining. Nothing major just not a 10/10 feel. Only part of condo that wasn’t immaculate.The resort makes an effort to keep up the public areas but it struggles a bit. The overhauled pool deck was awesome and the pool/beach bar was really cool. We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving at this property! The view from the 8th floor was perfect! The decor of the condo was nice. We enjoyed a couple of hours in the outdoor hot tub which was a highlight! Sarah was awesome with communication. The ONLY thing that prevents me from returning was the bed. It wasn’t comfortable for me and quite squeaky. Beds feel different to different people so you may love it.

Property/condo was excellent. Very clean and had all sorts of accommodating features. Easy access to beach and restaurants in the area. Owner had a very detailed guide as to what to expect when visiting the area and I found it very helpful and informative.

The condo and resort area was a relaxing pit stop for us as we traveled back from our time in FLA. A great spot for shopping, dining and being on the beautiful SC beaches. Our host Sarah was extremely helpful during the booking process, which included extending our stay. She responded to questions in a professional and timely manner. We will definitely consider renting this spot again in the future. .

Absolutely nothing but good things to say. We loved the layout and location was perfect, as was the view. Easy Peasy to gain access with parking on site. We would definitely stay again.

We chose North Myrtle for a more relaxed atmosphere, it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! The sunrise/sunset views from our balcony were amazing as we enjoyed our morning coffee or wine at night. Having the beach, restaurants and shopping at our fingertips was everything we were looking for! We will be back!

Enjoyed a long weekend with my daughter. Condo and beach were awesome! The only downside is we had to hop in the car every time we wanted to go anywhere. Walk score is low.

The condo is well decorated, clean, everything needed is available. Although this is a small condo we never felt crowded. The property is well kept, we enjoyed the hot tub each day. The location close to restaurants and shopping is ideal. We would absolutely stay here again!

I absolutely love this condo. It’s cozy and clean and had everything we needed! Beautiful scenery from the oceanfront balcony. We loved the little tiki bar by the pool area. There are so many places to sit and have a drink or just take in the scenery. Sarah was amazing making sure we knew everything we needed to know and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again!

This was great getaway for my birthday .. make sure to check on restaurants & amenities at hotel, they are only open certain days ! Everyone was nice & it was very clean indoor pool & hotub was great and not crowded. Very peaceful on balcony

Very clean property. Higher end everything from the towels to the decor. Obviously well cared for. Enjoyed the resort also, so much to do. Also loved the music from the bar near the pool.

The condo and resort area was a relaxing pit stop for us as we traveled back from our time in FLA. A great spot for shopping, dining and being on the beautiful SC beaches. Our host Sarah was extremely helpful during the booking process, which included extending our stay. She responded to questions in a professional and timely manner. We will definitely consider renting this spot again in the future. .

We really enjoyed the condo and everything was great. We stayed the beginning of May so obviously it wasn’t 90degrees but the pools are advertised as heated. The pools were clean and beautiful. They were too cold to swim in until the last day and they must have turned on the heat. No one was swimming in pools until our last day. Sarah was great to rent from.
