I have only written one other poor review. It just seems like they need to take a break & fix the items not workingI appreciate shabby chic, but this was just dirty and in terrible repair. We are really sad because our son lives on the street behind. Note on busy street. Hair in bed- so my daughter slept in another bed. Large stain on rug in main bedroom. Needs to be removed, just too stained. Coffee beans, but no grinder. Water filter doesn't work. Feels empty. Spartan in bedrooms. No bedside lamps and sometimes no bedside tables. French doors from bedroom need bolts at top and bottom- they can be opened just by pushing when locked & shutter broken.Trim hedges on driveway to get more space or let people know only small cars. Trim dead banana branches in backyard. Cracks wall and ceiling of living room. Mirrors in main bath paint peeling. Vent drip and rust master bedroom. Mold shower ceiling. Could not figure out how to get hand shower or main shower to work only. Both ran all the time. Living-room rug small stains. Full mirror in master would be nice. Floor is dirty- son even noticed and didn't want to walk without shoes. Light & fan in guest bath don't work. Toasters no handles to make them work- does it not need one? Pool heat had to be turned on each day- it would switch off. One living room shutter doesn't open. I did like the QR codes & videos. Super helpful. Electric kettle in kitchen was great. Appreciated extra quilts. They were super nice via text.

The house is tidy and the swimming pool is clean The landlord’s reply was very fast. It’s a good choice that I recommend.
