Stayed 3 nights

The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed hanging out in the front yard in the shade after our Mountian bike rides and hanging out in the back yard in the evening and BBQing. It’s a quick walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. It was easy to store and charge our Mountain bikes. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others

The house location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. We've stayed here several times and it always works out nicely for our group. I love sitting on the front porch and saying hi to people passing by.

We (spouse and friends) had a great weekend in Fruita. House is centrally located making it very easy for us to walk to restaurants, festival and small downtown. Great AC, very clean, cute porch to sit on and watch people walk past.

We rented the house for a family Thanksgiving. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great so we did not get to use the outdoor spaces very much but they were well done and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.
