Clean and peaceful home near the Verde River

We did not stay at this property.communications sucked with Sara the owner. people complained about problems with ac six weeks before our stay. the owner did not tell us until the first day of our reservation. we had to scramble for more than an hour to get new accommodations. Vrbo did a great job taking care of us. In the end we were happy with our stay at another place

This house fulfills everything promised, this home is very beautiful. Recommended

One of the best homes I have ever seen

When i arrived we found out the AC was not working, in Arizona in July that is a big issue. After houts of conversation with the host and vrbo.com the host agreed to refund me so I could try and find somewhere else. Vrbo would not help in anyway even though they said they would. I had to pay a lot more to get hotel rooms for my family and after hours of searching found rooms. Vrbo still uas not contacted me or tried to make things right. Host was wonderful this was unfortunate that the AC didn't work. The problem was vrbo 100 percent.
