Splash House: Heated Pool | Big Backyard | Game/Arcade Room | Perfect for Groups

What isn't there to love about this property. The host was phenomenal and check in/out was one of the easiest and most convenient I've experienced. Aside from that, the location is about as good as it gets. You travel 10 minutes strait down a road and you are to Tempe (ASU) or go the other way and are in downtown Scottsdale. The house is set in a cul-de-sac but walkable to the grocery or party stores or even coffee. Now onto the house. The house is great enough to where you don't have to leave. I believe we ended up canceling our day plans and hanging out by the pool. We had 11 guys and it never felt cramped. There was ample seating and space that you could honestly fit 15 more people and not feel cramped. I can't say enough for how great and clean the property was. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area!

The place was perfect for us and we had a great time. We did have to reach out to the owner several times about TVs and pools, but he was fairly responsible. Pool heater did not work for the whole visit.

he host greeted us, and check-in was really easy. The home was so accommodating and perfect for a 19-year-old female soccer team from Colorado. Plenty of beds and activities right within the house. The team enjoyed games and movies. Check-out was also very simple. It rained for a bit during our stay. The roof started to leak through the vent. We did not receive a response back regarding next steps used a towel and bowl and rolled with it.

Everything about the property was great. Just as described. Gus was an amazing host, very attentive, quick to bring over more propane when we discovered one of the fire pits was out. The neighbor was no problem — we were respectful, parked in the driveway, and inside by 10 PM quiet hours. This was the perfect location and perfect house and amazing backyard to celebrate my son‘s college graduation.
