Where to start... it took almost 2 hours to get the key as the lock box the key was in would not open. 2 emails and a 40 minute call with expedia customer services to get the management company on the phone to sort it out. Unable to access the pool as the pool key was in the lock box and we were only able to get the studio key. Parking on the street ia for 2 hours only there isnt any other parking options available. There were issues with the unit as well repairs thwt have not been completed. If i were you i would avoid and book somewhere else.

Parking was/is a problem. The ONLY nearby parking is marked “2 hour limit” So you’re literally taking a chance on getting your car towed every night. Open parking a block away. Wanted to extend stay 1 night - host WOULD NOT return call! We are in our mid 50’s and needed help with the extension process bc we did not want to be charged an additional cleaning fee for one additional day. Host refused to call us - thus we moved to another place.

I really really like this place, clean, good size, washer/ dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, beautiful bathroom, comfy bed. Only a couple steps, you're out on the street. My dream apartment! I wish I can afford to rent monthly. Host is supper nice and quick to respond.

The property was great. Not having any parking was the only issue I had. But other than that couldn’t ask for better for a single traveler.

Parking is the only challenge at this location. Everything else is great and the property managers are super responsive. This was a very good location for a business traveler.

Property was perfect for what we needed and the little outdoor patio was a nice amenity. The only downside was the parking wasn’t ideal. The only available parking was street parking and was 2 hour only parking. We parked overnight anyways and didn’t have any issues but still not ideal. Had a great stay overall.

Many things were broken in the unit eg lamp, toilet paper holder, wooden chair had no cushion, (but we had the essentials we needed), and I reached out to them about it, but didn’t hear back. We were also unable to get in when we first arrived. The code was wrong. Also there was no parking and the street signs said 2 hours only (24/7) so it seems like you have to park in a lot or risk a ticket. Aside from that the unit was well located in a cool part of Tempe close to campus but also lots of dining etc to walk to and great hikes nearby (short drive) so that made it worth it for us. Also the kitchen was well stocked eg olive oil, spices, utensils etc.

We were attending a music festival in Tempe that was walking distance and this place was perfectly located. Pretty minimalist, but clean and had laundry. There was no parking, but there was a paylot across the street. Nothing fancy, but clean and modern.

I like the property location. Parking was easy and all the amenities were helpful. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t cleaned for use. I didn’t like the paint was peeling from the door I felt like someone could see through it. A few other things but the price was reasonable so I booked it.

Really clean property and the host was v communicative! I would recommend for a short stay. I appreciated the functional kitchen. Thank you!

Excellent, overall. Bed was very comfortable, though lower to the ground, so could be a factor if you have mobility issues. Very clean and all in working order. Walkable to many different shops and campus. Pool area quiet and serene. Great communication with property manager.

There is no free parking. The ac went out and i ended up having to repair it. The internet is ify sonevtimes its great other times its not. The dust in the apartment is insane is coming from the walls and all over the place..

First off, the buildings were not clearly marked! I walked into another man’s apartment as he was cooking. There were only the cleaners on-site, who spoke very broken English. They weren’t even sure where my rental was! They finally figured it out, but the keys weren’t where they were auto be. I contacted Vince who was no help, then talked to his wife. They finally figured out where I could find a key! Thank goodness the cleaning staff was there or I wouldn’t have found it! Had to use a back up key! If cleaning staff hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have been able to get in! I misplaced my key and was charged $150 for a replacement key! There were 2 keys, but one didn’t work!About $145 more than it cost to replace it! The towels were stained and threadbare, the place was dirty The tv didn’t work at all and I was there for 6 days, and made my complaint known! Do NOT stay here! The place is a nightmare with no support! No one listens! I have been in touch with Vince about the outrageous key fee plus the hassle with the key o. The first place, then the threadbare, dirty towels. This place would get get no stars, but it doesn’t go that low! Please don’t fall for the price! This is worse than a motel 6 on steroids!

I had a terrible experience with the staff in charge of my booking. Initially, they were responsive when I contacted them, but once they realized I wanted to cancel, they started avoiding my calls. A staff member named Elliott even hung up on me as soon as he found out I was canceling. I called more than 13 times during regular business hours, but they deliberately ignored me. When I finally got through using a different phone number, they claimed it was too late to cancel. Additionally, the unit itself was in poor condition—dirty and messy. They require guests to take off their shoes, but walking barefoot quickly left my feet dirty. if you don’t wanna get stressed out, it’s good to avoid this place

Great little apartment if you're looking to stay in Tempe. Communication with this owners was terrific. They sent all the pertinent information and responded quickly if you have a question. The only real downsides are if you're a light sleeper it's very close to the train tracks, and the outside light at the main door is always on and the shades for that door don't block the light very well. Other than that, I had no issues and really enjoyed my stay.

First time I've stayed and they made it an easy and 5 Star experience. I stayed 3 nights and very pleased. Grocery close by made it easy to cook your own meals at the room with pan, cutting utensils, plates, and full size fridge to keep food. Also washer/dryer in room. Don't cook? Variety of great restaurants, bars, night life, and Metro Light Rail within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. I will definitely stay here again!

Beware of the price shown on hotels.com…it does not include the extra nearly $9x cleaning fee that gets tacked on. Noticed this after booking, but was locked in & couldn’t cancel. The owner was super friendly, despite my frustrations. The place was comfy, cozy, clean & close to most things. It was on a busy(ish) street, a block from train tracks & close to the airport. Unless you sleep like the dead…wouldn’t recommend.

Great big open studio apartment with full kitchenette. Right in the middle of Tempe. Walking distance to everything.

No wifi

This property is a great area. Good food options, But there are different things being stated between website, owner. Parking is street parking. Wi-Fi is in and out not stable. Upper window of front shines the bright light in the room that made it hard to sleep it shine so bright. Front door curtains falls and everyone can see thru. The lamp is hanging so low it is about to touch the floor. Upstairs person is up at 6 am stomping the yard that I was up. So much for a noise times.

This place is absolutely UNSUITABLE for rental. Expect an ABSURD amount of street noise. You will not sleep at all here. My partner and I booked a 3 night stay and only stayed one because of how nosy it is. Worse of all, the host refused to do anything above bring us earplugs! Extremely unhelpful, extreme unprofessional, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very nice property and great location. This was my second stay at this property and will stay there ever time I visit Tempe. The only thing I do not care for is the fact that the guest staying in room cannot control the temperature or I just could not find the thermostat.

The internet connection was terrible and we couldn’t even use the tv to watch streaming services. In addition the “stove” was more like a hot plate that took forever to heat up and would periodically shut off when it got too hot so cooking was obnoxious.

Convenient to public transport, clean room with basic amenities included, but water doesn't get warm from sink, lamp had no batteries, lights crept in from beyond doors, renters come at all hours of night to wrong doors, HVAC vent blows at you heavily in bed, pool was not clean, wall of windows lacks privacy, stove top takes a long time to reach boil, all seating and bed are stiff, no shelves, hooks, or bars in shower, shower blows too high, not reaching legs

I cannot recommend this property. While the Tempe location was convenient, what appears to be a commercial-to-residential conversion was poorly executed. My stay began with confusion due to outdated and misleading signage from its days as a commercial space. The provided Wi-Fi instructions were also outdated and incorrect. I requested a direct phone call from the host via email, but with my Canadian phone on a local AT&T network, email access was unreliable. I eventually received an email reply, but by that time, I had already noticed several issues: An exposed wire protruding from the wall A “shared” stairwell light controlled by upstairs neighbours who frequently smoked weed on their balcony. The noise resonance from them walking in a weed stupor was also horrible. Poor shower drainage A ceiling fan that only operated when the ceiling pot lights were on, making it impossible to have air circulation at night in 100°F+ weather I emailed multiple times asking the host to call me to discuss possible solutions to the fan and lighting issues. The host refused, instead suggesting I “try other networks” with the same incorrect Wi-Fi password. As a visiting REALTOR® from Canada attending a conference, I was shocked by the dismissive and unhelpful responses. This property’s renovation was substandard, and the host’s customer service was unacceptable. Frankly, they should consider another line of work.

Got a large surprise cleaning fee the day before I arrived, that said I couldn't get access until it was paid. They didn't send entry codes even though I had paid so I needed to go through 3 people on support calls before I got my entry codes The lockbox had the wrong key, didn't fit in the door so I had to wait another 15 minutes until I could get someone to give me a code for the other lockbox At 7:30am, while I was waking up, someone started turning the lock on the door to the studio apartment I was staying in. I ran up and re-locked it and yelled that I was in there, and they said "Oh sorry I was just testing the key" Communicated poorly, and the morning incident was creepy and alarming. You shouldn't be doing that while someone is staying there.

Easy to get to via the Tram from the airport and roughly 10 min walk from the stop. Great location for downtown Tempe. Property comes with everything you need. Communication with the host was very good and information provided for check in etc was thorough and easy to follow.

The property was wonderful. In walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment.
