The location is outstanding, beautiful beach as was the luggage rack, elevator, and amenities in the unit. The negative is the shower barely worked, and the pool was green with mustard allergy making it almost useable.

Property manager was great at communication. Bathroom mirror dirty upon our arrival and toilet seat is cracked. Bed and linens were nice. Swimming pool completely green when we arrived but was clear by the next day. This is an ok rental but I feel it is overpriced. I stayed at a different AMI property last month that was just a little more per night but was nicely updated, clean and very pleasant.

It is everything that you need. The view is awesome. We have been coming here for years. The only disappointment we had was the pool was not as well maintained as their usual standards but when contacted management sent someone over right away and did offer use an alternate pool. Some of the furniture needs a little TLC but served its purpose.

Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Very beachy and cute. The view was the highlight. Sunsets are incredible. The condo was getting a new roof our last 2 days. A construction zone is not what I paid for. It was very noisy and We had to move our car (and parking is at a premium) and find a worker to move their ladder so we could get out. The pool was also inaccessible. We would have appreciated communication from the property manager around this.

This place was just big enough for my family. We loved how the walk to the beach wasn't far, the pool was never overly crowded and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We packed beach towels and our beach chairs because what I read said there were none but, there are both. Just drag the chairs to the beach and bring them back. Overall a great place to stay while on AMI.

The location was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen with exception to the refrigerator so I can't speak to any of those amenities. The shower head was a bit odd but it worked. The only downside was the instructions for leaving regarding linens. It was confusing what was to be done, but that could just be how I interpreted it. It was a bit warm with the air remaining at 78 but the fans were very helpful it making it comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great view and location.For what we paid, I would have expected the following items to be addressed.The refrigerator needs to be replaced, the freezer shelves are rusted, the exterior of the fridge on the side looks rusted.The sliding glass door was dirty and would not lock.The patio furniture and both ceiling fan blades were dirty.The left nightstand drawer knobs are loose.

Great location mid island, you can walk anywhere. Spectacular views from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunset two nights of our stay. The iron in the unit did not work & someone before us had put a note on it. That indicates that housekeeping is not checking things for the owner. Also there were no spare trash bags so we weren’t able to empty trash can during our stay. The tile floors were filthy & appeared to not have been mopped in some time. The patio door lock was also broken. We enjoyed our time on AMI & would consider this location in the future.

Although my stay was very short (1 day), we definitely took advantage of the view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing and the breeze blowing. Studio is roomy and well maintained, but could use a little better cleaning. It wasn't bad, just think some little things need some attention.

Wonderful stay, clean condo and as advertised. Easy check in and out. Beautiful beach view from my balcony. Outside of building could use some fresh landscaping and beach chairs for use would be great. Neither of these things would deter me from renting again though.

We had an amazing time on AMI. Drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings with an awesome view was a highlight for sure. Great location, easy parking, effortless check in. Comfortable king bed and bedding - we didn’t use the 2nd pull down bed. AC was replaced during our stay and was working great the rest of the time. Would stay there again for sure.

Great little place on the beach! Enjoyed our time sitting out on the patio, waking to the sound of the water and taking a morning walk on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. The location was close to everything which was very convenient!

Can’t beat the view of the gulf, and only being two stories it’s easy to walk to beach and back to rental as often as needed. Other guests were kind and considerate. Property is perfectly placed in the middle of the island.
