From the moment we walked through the front we were awed and inspired by the incredible fine art and this large, beautifully decorated home. For us three creative, artistic women in Santa Fe to stroll the galleries on Canyon Rd and the Plaza, do a little shopping or whatever just away for an extended long weekend getaway, this home hit the mark! Easy and convenient to get anywhere, but quiet and peaceful. The backyard and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed during our stay as well as the very comforrtable bedding and spaciousness of this home. The Host had many extra little goodies not only in the kitchen, but bathrooms as well which were much appreciated. From the Host's suggestions, we had dinner at Tomasitos one night for Mexican food and Italian at Piccolino's. Both were excellent! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend for an artistic and inspired stay in Santa Fe!

We were awed from the moment we stepped through the front door and loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious home. For us three artistic, creative women who decided on an impromptu trip for an extended weekend getaway, this was perfect! Away from the busy tourist areas and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, it was a quick and easy drive to get to all the places we went. We did some gallery strolling on Canyon Rd and the Plaza, some shopping and the Loretto Chapel and attended a gallery opening. Tomasitos Restaurant for Mexican and Piccolino's for Italian food were excellent! Being surrounded in the comfortable, well appointed home with it's incredible fine art collection definitely was a plus for us. The beautiful, private backyard and the hot tub were enjoyed every evening and morning. Our Host was quick to respond and oblige to our request. Having private bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us and the Host's thoughtful supplies and goodies in both kitchen and baths were hugely appreciated. Each of us thought our beds, bedding and accomodations were extremely comfortableand agreed we would all stay here again when visting Santa Fe. We were truly inspired!

We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe. The house was perfect and we all had plenty of space. Our only issue was the hot tub chemicals were a bit off and a few swimsuits faded. Other than that, a perfect weekend get away.

This was a charming condo. There are steps down from the parking lot to the condo, so if you have limited mobility it may be difficult. We enjoyed the location and how cozy the condo was. It was across from the Cross of the Martyrs, so my husband, daughter and me would go for walks and from there we could catch such a beautiful view of the city. Location was convenient to everything. We would drive down bc it would be an uphill walk back. We found if we parked at one of the public parking lots we could walk all over and then back to the car and the condo was just a few minutes away. The owner responded quickly when we thought we might need an early checkin. The price was great as well. For less then a hotel stay we got a kitchen and bedroom. My daughter liked sitting on the porch to catch the sunrise or on the steps to catch the sunset. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I visited Santa Fe for a long weekend and were happy with our rental. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom, and everything was comfortable and easy. The parking lot for this unit was under construction and we drove around looking for it (the parking lots are labeled by letters and it is in a community with a lot of units and parking lots) for quite a while before the property manager let us know that particular parking lot was under construction and advised us to park on the street close to the unit. Once we had that detail in place it was easy, and there were always spots available. We were right across the street from a park where we were able to catch a sunrise, as well. Overall, a great experience.

My husband and I came for a work conference in Santa Fe. This charming condo was everything we expected! Cleanliness is at the top of my list when looking to stay somewhere! We loved the decor! It was stocked well with everything we needed! They also had eco friendly products, such as Simple Truth and 365 brand soaps, etc. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and easy to find. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. I love that there was a real coffee maker there. If you are not used to the altitude the walk back from old Santa fe would be tough. We found it easy to get to the areas we wanted to see.

This was our second Evolve rental and both have been extremely positive experiences! This Santa Fe condo did not disappoint. The condo was extremely clean and very well maintained. We had plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom - nothing seemed to be missed. The location was also excellent with a close proximity to town (walkable if you’re able to do hills). Fort Marcy park was right across the street with many walking trails - another plus. We did have one minor issue and our guest contact (who I believe was also the condo owner) was very prompt in responding and addressing the issue. In addition to being very prompt, she was very kind and very concerned with our safety and comforts. We were impressed!! Definitely a 5 Star experience!!

The condo was very comfortable and well located for walking to the Plaza and beyond. The owners were very responsive for the several questions I did have. For this time of year it is very important to have excellent AC and this condo did! The only thing that needs improvement would be the WiFi which is spotty.

The added bonus was Fort Marcy Park across the street. This was our first time in SF for our 25th wedding anniversary and we loved it. The condo was size was perfect for 2. It has a very comfortable leather sofa and the king bed with lots of pillows was quite comfortable. We would stay again. Our host - Anne was always attentive and helpful when I reached out to her. TY SF for a good time.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and the accommodations were great for us. The only item that needs to be addressed is hanging curtains in the bedroom. Very bright at night and that made it difficult to sleep. Overall, I would still recommend the stay.

Well appointed condo, perfect for a couple. Everything was as represented. Very quiet, close to Old Santa Fe, walkable if you are in good shape as it is quite a climb back to the condo. Lots to do in Santa Fe and a foodie mecca. Everywhere we ate was excellent. If you have never been to a Flamenco dance show, I highly recommend the El Flamenco show. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This was a charming condo. There are steps down from the parking lot to the condo, so if you have limited mobility it may be difficult. We enjoyed the location and how cozy the condo was. It was across from the Cross of the Martyrs, so my husband, daughter and me would go for walks and from there we could catch such a beautiful view of the city. Location was convenient to everything. We would drive down bc it would be an uphill walk back. We found if we parked at one of the public parking lots we could walk all over and then back to the car and the condo was just a few minutes away. The owner responded quickly when we thought we might need an early checkin. The price was great as well. For less then a hotel stay we got a kitchen and bedroom. My daughter liked sitting on the porch to catch the sunrise or on the steps to catch the sunset. We will definitely be back.

This was our second Evolve rental and both have been extremely positive experiences! This Santa Fe condo did not disappoint. The condo was extremely clean and very well maintained. We had plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom - nothing seemed to be missed. The location was also excellent with a close proximity to town (walkable if you’re able to do hills). Fort Marcy park was right across the street with many walking trails - another plus. We did have one minor issue and our guest contact (who I believe was also the condo owner) was very prompt in responding and addressing the issue. In addition to being very prompt, she was very kind and very concerned with our safety and comforts. We were impressed!! Definitely a 5 Star experience!!

My friend and I visited Santa Fe for a long weekend and were happy with our rental. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom, and everything was comfortable and easy. The parking lot for this unit was under construction and we drove around looking for it (the parking lots are labeled by letters and it is in a community with a lot of units and parking lots) for quite a while before the property manager let us know that particular parking lot was under construction and advised us to park on the street close to the unit. Once we had that detail in place it was easy, and there were always spots available. We were right across the street from a park where we were able to catch a sunrise, as well. Overall, a great experience.

The condo was very comfortable and well located for walking to the Plaza and beyond. The owners were very responsive for the several questions I did have. For this time of year it is very important to have excellent AC and this condo did! The only thing that needs improvement would be the WiFi which is spotty.

Well appointed condo, perfect for a couple. Everything was as represented. Very quiet, close to Old Santa Fe, walkable if you are in good shape as it is quite a climb back to the condo. Lots to do in Santa Fe and a foodie mecca. Everywhere we ate was excellent. If you have never been to a Flamenco dance show, I highly recommend the El Flamenco show. Would definitely recommend this condo.
