Fortunata Winery Villa #1 Cozy & Charming Getaway

Amazing location we had a wonderful time

SO cute and super comfortable-This was the perfect stay for me, as I came to Denton for a business workshop, and knew I was going to have a fair amount of time where I would actually be at my villa, doing work and preparing for the next day. The villa I stayed in was #1- it was IMACULATE- SUPER clean! I hate having to wear shoes, and the floors and every inch of this villa was amazingly clean! PLUS it was plank flooring so I know it was washed and the rugs placed by the bed and in the bathroom had clearly been washed regularly. So no grossing out- which was such a HUGE bonus for me, as this is a very big ICK point for me. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable and having my own fridge, coffee maker and microwave were very necessary for my stay and feeling comfortable. I could lounge in the morning at the countertop bar, drink my coffee in my PJ's while working and not having to get ready just to get my morning coffee, just like at home! And OMG- the property is AMAZING. I made friends with the turkeys and chickens, and ducks, I sat outside under the beautiful canopy of trees working until dark, enjoying the peace and beauty around me- I arrived super late at night on Monday, and had the place all to myself except for the groundskeeper until Thursday evening when the Winery opened for the weekend-This was terrific because I ordered an amazing pizza and a lovely chilled glass of wine as I wrapped up my stay in Denton!

We had a great time, and it was the perfect location for our reunion.

Villa 1 was clean and comfortable. Better than a hotel room.

Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others.
