Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. All staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual and breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to get on WiFi. Hard to find switch for backlight behind head board. Pillows too soft. Hand soap dispenser empty. Coffee/tea station not visually inviting. Poor selection of tea, mainly just Lipton. Small, thin towels in bath. Shower head as high as a basketball hoop! Weird, uncomfortable Chaise lounge in room. Convenient back door to parking from elevators. Courteous, understanding staff.

The reason I didn’t give it a five star. We arrived at 4 and our room was not ready. The did give us another suite but didn’t look like the original pic online. It was ok. It definitely could have been cleaner but not horrible.
