This home was everything we needed! Location was excellent - close to CU, shopping and hiking. Everything in this property was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had tools needed to make a meal and bathrooms were spotless. We'll definitely rebook here when we return to Boulder!

An amazing comfortable home! Quiet neighborhood close to campus. Everyone slept comfortably in the foam mattress beds. Fully stocked kitchen . We enjoyed the deck and backyard while grilling. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location for everything you will want to do in Boulder and surrounding areas. Quick drive or bike ride to Pearl Street. Boulder Falls is an easy hike! Great views from Betasso Preserve! Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. Stocked with everything you will need. Host was very easy to communicate with, and even gave great recommendations of things to do for day trips. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our week at Jennifers home. Everything was clean and well organized. She had thought of everything! My brother, adult niece and I came to visit my son at CU and explore the area. Jennifer’s home is ideally located for enjoying all Boulder has to offer. The home is completely renovated and was very clean. The pictures and description are entirely accurate. Communication with the host was seamless as well. I would definitely recommend.

I can't believe I took so long to respond to this review. This is a wonderful gem of a house. It is beautiful and comfortable. Our family enjoyed gathering together on the occasion of our nephew's wedding. We had a very restful and pleasant time reuniting and enjoying such a lovely home that is so well decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our host was very thoughtful in designing, decorating and supplying her home with all the essentials for a very relaxing and quiet haven from a busy life and even a busy weekend of wedding events. We are so grateful and hope that we can revisit this home and take in more of the benefits of Boulder. Neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. Thank you again, for your superb hospitality!

Location was a big thing for me as my step daughter lives about 1.5 miles away. House was immaculate and everything up to linens on the beds was top notch. It snowed exactly a beer cans worth on Friday overnight into Saturday, and the walks were shoveled that day. Most everything in Boulder is about fifteen minutes by car.

Came in from Oregon to watch our college team play University of Colorado, perfect location. If you're going to a game, nice house well appointed. Communication with the owners is amazingly awesome. They were there to answer questions and just chit chat back and forth because I'm weird that way. Gave us good recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and places to go. If I come back this way I definitely would stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations!!! We came for a softball tournament and it was centrally located to the fields and other activities. The backyard was so relaxing. We had a great stay with Jennifer, her hospitality and care of her guests is unparalleled, simply fantastic! Snowed while we were in town, and the walkway and sidewalks were shoveled and clean before we knew it. Jennifer knew we were coming in for the holiday and made sure the kitchen had everything we needed to prep for Thanksgiving!! The house is perfectly situated, well appointed and very clean and oh so comfortable. Close to everything you will want to see or do in the Boulder Area. Can’t wait for our return visit!

For our first time ever in Colorado, this property was the best. Very centrally located to all the things. We visited Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver to see a Colorado Rockies game and were within 1.5 miles of the University of Colorado. It snowed exactly a beer cans worth on Friday overnight into Saturday, and the walks were shoveled that day. Most everything in Boulder is about fifteen minutes by car.

The host is a dream! Accommodating, professional, fast responses to the myriad of pre-visit questions and takes really great care of the guests. Great central location. This home was everything we needed! Location was excellent - close to CU, shopping and hiking. Everything in this property was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had tools needed to make a meal and bathrooms were spotless. We'll definitely rebook here when we return to Boulder!

We are a family of four and visited UC Boulder. This home was perfect for my husband and I, and our two teenagers. My son is a runner and this house was close to trails. We loved being walking distance to get breakfast and groceries. The host was responsive. Great stay!

An amazing comfortable home! Quiet neighborhood close to campus. Everyone slept comfortably in the foam mattress beds. Fully stocked kitchen . We enjoyed the deck and backyard while grilling. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our week at Jennifers home. Everything was clean and well organized. She had thought of everything! We liked her quiet neighborhood, and appreciated the convenience to Whole Foods, parks, and quick drive to downtown Boulder. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Perfect location for everything you will want to do in Boulder and surrounding areas. Quick drive or bike ride to Pearl Street. Boulder Falls is an easy hike! Great views from Betasso Preserve! Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. Stocked with everything you will need. Host was very easy to communicate with, and even gave great recommendations of things to do for day trips. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect spot especially if you have to go to Pearl street often. We came in town for a wedding and it was perfect! Super clean & the property was stocked with things we needed. The host was super friendly, will definitely stay again!

Our experince with this property and the host could not have been better. We lovd the home which was spotless and equipped with everything that you'd including welcomed snacks. This is a perfect spot for couples and families alike and its proximity to all of the cites including downtown restaurants and the Flatlands was greatly appreciated. Book and enjoy. Our only negative was with VRBO IT which did not allow us to access our retntal either on our browser or the app. As we result, we could not enter this fine home until AFTER dinner. whihc did not please a membor of our party who wanted to freshen up before the meal. I couldn't blame them as they had just arrived to CO fro the east coast.
