This property was all we needed as a family of 5. It was reasonably priced and was in good location. We were able to walk (about 20 mins) to Cranberry and have dinner. My only complaint is the sheets were dirty on the top bunk bed. There were hairs everywhere. My son refused to sleep there until we washed them :( not really what I wanted to do on my first night there. All and all it was worth the cost.

Mostly nice. Not very clean nor well kept. Outside was not even usable......chairs were all covered with spider webs and grass clippings. Outside was not pretty to look at. Plenty of nice looking rentals in the neighborhood.....this wasn't one of them.Would I stay again? Probably not. Would I recommend to friends? Probably not.. Get it cleaned up outside and do some repairs inside and then yes.

This house made for the coziest stay! Perfect size and everything was exactly as is listed, pictures and all . Nice quiet neighborhood. I’ve been to this house before a couple years ago and was impressed. So of course I had to come back. This time my hubby and myself got to enjoy the house. Love the fact of the Roku and DVDs. The couch is beyond comfortable. To the point we took naps constantly there. It’s a great place for a small family. Of course coffee lovers like us was appreciative of the coffee that was kept on hand. My hubby said we could have used a tiny bit more but it’s because that’s really almost the only thing I drink. But I can honestly say I’m loving being that close to the lake and hearing my hubby make plans on coming back. Definitely will be returning with my family.

Nice little house. We had just a small walk to be able to view the fireworks. Also enjoyed the beach, pickle ball and disc golf that were on the other side of the lake ( just a few minute drive).
