Had a wonderful time at your lovely home. My family enjoyed all the things to do. We enjoyed the beach and its close proximity to the house. Had a nice bonfire and made s'mores. Went to the Fort Ricky Zoo and the Animal Safari, both were alot of fun. Thank you for supplying everything you could possibly think of, you don't find that in many rental homes. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Very clean in a nice neighborhood. Excellent amenities. Everything we needed they had! Very close to the lake and the Brew haus next door is great. The man cave room behind the house was really nice! There were 8 of us and it accommodated all of us with no problems. Three miles from Sylvan Beach. We have already talked about going back next year! Thank you

Close to the Brew Haus, close to Sylvan Beach, close to Flo’s….. great area. Accommodations were great. Well stocked with games, kitchen appliances, and linens. Would definitely stay here in the future

House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome cozy place for gathering.

We enjoyed our stay at the Brew Bungalow in Verona. The property looked as though it had been recently updated. It was modern, and had nice furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Although there were only four of us, this property could accommodate many people due to the several pull out couches, and a she-shed. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms. The yard is large and well kept. We enjoyed the use of the firepit. The home was located close to the beach and the state park. The owners were were very accessible thru email. Would recommend this home if looking for a place close to the lake.

My family had such an amazing stay! This was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could ever ask for and more! The whole house was so thoughtfully put together and having games/toys/plates for the kids made it all so much easier. Fawn also kindly let us check in early so we could get our family settled in easier. Super close to Verona Beach State Park which was great, so clean and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!!!

We found the house to be very clean, well kept, and as pictured. It was easy to find and is in a great location. The owners were very responsive. Several restaurants are just down the road. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. We did find the beds to be softer than we prefer. The main bathroom is very small, but clean and well kept. There is an outside light with a motion sensor as you approach the house, but the light closest to the entry must be turned on from the inside. We found this to be inconvenient when arriving in the dark. Overall, a good place to stay.

Troy’s home is beautifully and recently renovated. It literally *feels* clean, new, spacious and relaxing. It’s an easy house to get away to. The house has I think a single step to get in, (and there is 1 very low step inside) so it’s perfect for anyone who might struggle with stairs. The house is located across the street from the lake. The beautiful sunsets are legendary and quite visible from the house. The house is walking distance to 2 good local restaurants (Gary’s and Brew House.) It’s also walking distance to gorgeous Verona Beach State Park, a great spot for walking trails and picnicking/grilling. The lake at the state park’s beach is very, very shallow - and life guarded. Perfect for families with little kids. We also visited Sylvan Beach, just 2 miles away and were able to easily walk out deep enough to swim. We had 3 days of rain during our week (it’s central NY!) so we did a lot of little excursions. The property manager, Fawn, was super responsive and even gave us some local recommendations when I asked about thrift stores. History buffs will be in their element here as there is SO much to explore in literally every direction! I want to go back to do more!! I can’t think of anything about our stay in this home that was less than exceptional.

We had a lovely stay. Area was quiet and beautiful. House had so many extras and was very clean. We walked to The Brew Hous a couple of times to eat. The large dining table was used frequently to catch up with family. It suited our needs perfectly. The only thing I wish knew about before booking was the step up into the living room/bedroom area. My Mother was worried about forgetting about the step in the middle of the night if she had to use the restroom. She ended up taking the smaller bed off the kitchen to avoid a misstep. She is also in between knee surgeries and couldn’t get up from the king bed. Just something to keep in mind when booking if you have medical issues.

House was perfect for our girls weekend. 5 women and we had a great time. House has plenty of room, is very nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Love the neighborhood. So much to see and do. Short walk to the beach or nextdoor to a nice bar/restaurant with amazing sunsets. Short drive to cute towns with restaurants, shopping, beaches and a casino. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit area. House was very clean and beds are very comfortable. The homeowner and Fawn were very communicative and gave us great tips on things to see and do in the area. Can’t praise them or the house enough. We all highly recommend! Thanks! We will be back 😊

Clean and quiet easy check in process. The queen bed frame squeaks but the mattresses were all soooo comfy. Our medium sized dog really enjoyed the back yard and how quiet the area was after long days out.

The property manager was very communicative and the information was very clear and easy to follow. The house is in an excellent location near the local beaches and walking distance to a brew house. The fire pit in the back was a great addition for the kids to make s’mores! Would definitely stay there again when we’re in the area!

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable, clean, sunlit bungalow! The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable and are extremely responsive! Two items of note: AC is provided by window units in bedrooms and lake access is .6 miles down the road at the state park. Neither are showstoppers but are handy to know when planning.

My family had such an amazing stay! This was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could ever ask for and more! The whole house was so thoughtfully put together and having games/toys/plates for the kids made it all so much easier. Fawn also kindly let us check in early so we could get our family settled in easier. Super close to Verona Beach State Park which was great, so clean and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!!!

House was perfect for our girls weekend. 5 women and we had a great time. House has plenty of room, is very nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Love the neighborhood. So much to see and do. Short walk to the beach or nextdoor to a nice bar/restaurant with amazing sunsets. Short drive to cute towns with restaurants, shopping, beaches and a casino. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit area. House was very clean and beds are very comfortable. The homeowner and Fawn were very communicative and gave us great tips on things to see and do in the area. Can’t praise them or the house enough. We all highly recommend! Thanks! We will be back 😊

Very clean in a nice neighborhood. Excellent amenities. Everything we needed they had! Very close to the lake and the Brew haus next door is great. The man cave room behind the house was really nice! There were 8 of us and it accommodated all of us with no problems. Three miles from Sylvan Beach. We have already talked about going back next year! Thank you

We found the house to be very clean, well kept, and as pictured. It was easy to find and is in a great location. The owners were very responsive. Several restaurants are just down the road. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. We did find the beds to be softer than we prefer. The main bathroom is very small, but clean and well kept. There is an outside light with a motion sensor as you approach the house, but the light closest to the entry must be turned on from the inside. We found this to be inconvenient when arriving in the dark. Overall, a good place to stay.

House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome cozy place for gathering.

We had a lovely stay. Area was quiet and beautiful. House had so many extras and was very clean. We walked to The Brew Hous a couple of times to eat. The large dining table was used frequently to catch up with family. It suited our needs perfectly. The only thing I wish knew about before booking was the step up into the living room/bedroom area. My Mother was worried about forgetting about the step in the middle of the night if she had to use the restroom. She ended up taking the smaller bed off the kitchen to avoid a misstep. She is also in between knee surgeries and couldn’t get up from the king bed. Just something to keep in mind when booking if you have medical issues.
