The Farmhouse- Riverfront, Fiber, HotTub, Fish, DogOK, Game Room, Movie Room

We stayed at The Farmhouse with our family of 5 (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 8 year old and 1 infant) plus my 2 parents. This house was perfect for us. There was plenty of separate living and sleeping spaces so we had our own places to relax and play. The outdoor spaces are amazing! My kids loved the hammock by the river, the game room (with secret door entrance), and the giant tv for watching movies. Deer came to the yard each morning and evening, many times for up close visits! Everything in this house is planned for a relaxing and wonderful stay! I choose this house for the game room and movie room for our kids. I also choose this house because there are very few steps required to enjoy the outdoor spaces and listen to the creek. My parents are older and it was wonderful to have a place where everyone had access to enjoy the outdoor spaces. I highly recommend this place! One more thing to add… the host, Brad, is one of the best we’ve ever had when staying through A vacation rental company.

What a beautifully designed home with lots of custom touches, thoughtful decor and colors, and lots of extra details that make it a truly memorable experience. Clear directions for the technology, high end hot tub, bright interior with big picture window views of the river, SUPER comfy beds, radiant floor heating in the master bath! So many things to say, you just have to experience this place for yourself. We had a relaxing time with friends and needed a quiet retreat to escape the noise of regular life, and this is exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back and stay again!!

This is an amazing place. We fed the deer and geese everyday. The whole family enjoyed tubing on the river. We never even left the cabin except for groceries.

Brad the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with, we felt very comfortable booking this Cabin for our vacation from the very beginning. Great communication, wonderful website with guides to the resort along with great recommendations for activities around the area. The cabin was spotless when we arrived, the decor and use of space was really well thought out be the owners. Also, it was nice knowing that they owned all 4 properties along the river bank and that they were all rentals being vetted by Brad and the management company. We really enjoyed the game room, we stayed up all night playing air hockey. Very accommodating to our furry babies, even supplying a crate so we didn't need to bring one. I like to cook and at home I have a robust kitchen, most rentals are missing a lot of what you need to cook meals from scratch. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and then some. Comfortable beds with rooms spread out around the house. Overall this was the best rental we have used and we will absolutely use Elestay properties when in the area in the future.

I've rented many places on VRBO over the years and am an admitted vacation rental snob. I must say hands down this is the best place and experience I've ever had. First, Brad was communicative and accommodating and we lived the wonderful apple pie welcome gift. From the moment we walked into the house we were in love with the modern decor, stunning vaulted ceilings and overall style of the home. The attention to detail and quality of finishes and furnishings exceeded expectations. The home has so many spaces to relax and enjoy that you will feel you are running out of time to use them all! Now let's get to the view of the beautiful tree line and sound of the water rushing down the river. It truly is a slice of heaven!! The property has a nice big side yard and firepit which was great for extending our time outdoors. Finally, one of the best features of the property are the morning and evening visits from 10 to 15 beautiful deer and a geese (I think they were geese anyway:)...and there's no extra charge for those features. ;) (wink). We truly cannot wait to go back.

We wished we could have stayed much longer. We loved Ellijay and this awesome home. Brad is an amazing host and responded within minutes every time!

The secret room was a little warm, but our kids still enjoyed using the seating area. The river was perfect and we tubed down it all week long. My son enjoyed battling the rapids. It was a great finish to many of our days followed by a hot tub dip. It is a bit of a drive once you past the gate to get to the cabin, but the location is well worth jt!

This property is very well-stocked and has no shortage of bedrooms or bathrooms and can comfortably sleep several adults. Older children will enjoy the hidden game room. There is also a sleeping porch directly overlooking the river. The most memorable part of our trip was interacting with the very tame deer that roam the property. They will visit you on the back deck and you will view them as your pets before your trip is over. If you are looking for a relaxing mountain getaway suitable for a family, this place fits the bill.

We were able to trout fish every day without having to drive. A lovely firepit with very nice chairs and a delightful hot tub made our stay So Much Fun! We will definitely stay again when we come to the area. Look no further and book this cabin!

Beautiful views! The host gave us great information, even providing a weather advisory on our day of travel. The description and pictures do not do this place justice! It is gorgeous and pristine and more amenities than you can imagine. Clear instructions for all appliances, electronics, etc. The only complaint was that we weren’t here longer!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary trip. We wanted peace and quiet time together and that’s what we got. As a Realtor who sees a lot of properties I very much appreciated the design and attention to detail in the floor plan and set up. The decor was perfect too! The amenities and thoughtful details from the nightlights throughout, black makeup towels, even body wash and shampoo in the master shower, and the huge apple pie waiting for us in the freezer- just made us feel right at home and welcomed! I loved sitting on the deck each morning with a hot cup of coffee and big ol’ blanket. The stretch of river is ahhhhmazing!! This would be a great place for a family to stay with plenty of room and entertainment but I will say it is perfect for a couple seeking a quiet retreat as well. We didn’t utilize the upstairs other than one night we watched a movie and the movie room is awesome! My only suggestion would be maybe a wall shelf, or bathtub caddy for the soaking tub but literally THAT is the only thing I could think of and that I might use that isn’t there. Super clean, which is my biggest requirement. No evidence of guests before us left behind. Smelled clean the whole time we were there- not just for a few hours after we arrived. Brad was so helpful and informative and the “information book” he shared was TOP NOTCH! We had a great time! All of my friends wanted to know where we stayed because it was so beautiful but I hate to share our secret! Will definitely return if we are traveling without pets. Thanks Brad for excellent hospitality and sharing this gorgeous home with us!!

The kitchen came fully stocked with all your cookie essentials, which was nice. We got to meet the host, Brad, who was very attentive and welcoming and provided suggestions on places to visit.If you enjoy wildlife, this is definitely a place to stay. Our kids counted over 100 deers during our 5 day stay.We plan to return here in the future!

Everything either met or surpassed our expectations. Beautiful house with many quality touches throughout. Outside temps were high and humid but inside stayed very cool and comfortable. I don't think anyone could be disappointed with a place like this. I would consider staying here again and would recommend to anyone.

Brad's house on the river was everything we hoped for when booking. Incredibly well maintained with beautiful views of the river. All the essentials were provided including firewood and an absolutely delcious Apple Pie. We saw deer on the property eveyday during our visit as we sat relaxing on the deck and by the firepit. Brad was a terrific host before and during our stay and communication was outstanding. Brad has a beautiful place we highly recommend!!

Fresh remodel on older home, nice lot great view, could use a powerwashing on rear decks, plumbing slow to drain. Temp ac unit helped furniture was kind of worn in living room. But overall was on point for the price range. Lots of long messages from owner and owner was very thoughtful with much added helpful items labels and instructions. The gatehouse personnel could be much more accommodating. The kids enjoyed the place.

Our family were all in agreement that this was this the cleanest, nicest, most well-appointed property we’ve stayed at in some time. A true 5 star experience in every way!

I can't say enough glowing things about this property. The home itself is beautiful with every comfort you could want. But once you hear the soothing sounds of the river outside, you'll likely want to spend most of your time lounging on the ample, comfy deck furniture, just soaking in the setting. I haven't been that relaxed and content in a long time. And Brad is the best host I've ever had the pleasure to work with. His communication style is warm, clear, and above all, he wants to ensure his guests have all the info about the area to make their visit the most fulfilling. The delicious apple pie he left for us to enjoy was so unexpected and appreciated. This place is perfect for any type of getaway - family gathering, friends' trip, couple's anniversary. My husband and I typically reserve a luxury hotel suite in the city for our anniversary each year and leave the kids with my in-laws. This year, we decided to do something a little different and spend the weekend in the mountains. My colleague recommended an "amazing place" that she had taken her family and she just could not stop raving about it. She shared the link along with her personal photos and we were so convinced, we booked our anniversary weekend trip, immediately. We didn’t tell the kids where we were going, opting to surprise them instead. The property is a short drive from our home so they weren\'t in suspense long. When we arrived to the community, they were ecstatic. Although we were a little nervous about driving the winding roads and steep hills, the beauty of the trees and wildlife quickly distracted us. The journey up the mountain was MORE than worth it! The cabin, which sits on the most beautiful stream, is absolute perfection! From the cozy fire pit, to the sprawling deck, multiple patios, carefully appointed furnishings, and thoughtful amenities, we couldn\'t have asked for more. The hosts have thought of everything with this home. There are multiple seating areas, luscious bedding, games and activities for the entire family, and a relaxing hot tub nestled in the most perfect location. Our host was detailed, extremely responsive, and an all-round NICE guy. He recommended places to eat and things to do in the area which was very helpful. We will be back!

Our time spent at Rainbow Riverside Farmhouse was simply amazing! Brad, our host, was extremely accommodating. He was very responsive to our needs. Brad even made sure to give us detailed instructions on how to find the farmhouse with ease which was super helpful. Even still, we were not prepared for the beauty that awaited us when we walked into the house. There is such attention to detail, from the games left for us to play to the pie in the freezer to the keurigs in each room! The view of the river is truly mesmerizing. The "hidden room" just added to the appeal of the cabin. The only complaint we have about out time spent was that it had to end. We definitely plan to book with Brad again!

After searching for the right place for our family, we selected this cabin and it did not disappoint! You can pretty much just bring you and your clothes because the home is equipped with just about everything you can think of. Our family loved fishing from the river, and simply just relaxing on the deck. We had deer Come around us at night and enjoyed the geese during the day always playing in the creek. Neighborhood amenities are nice to have on a down day with kids, but enjoy the winding ride to get to them. Thank you for having us and helping assist with any questions along the way!

Perfect place to do absolutely NOTHING!! Just being outside on the deck listening to the river was so relaxing!! Loved the windows to see the river at all times!! Loved that DoorDash was available when I didn’t feel like cooking! The host was very attentive to your needs. We will be back! Oh…. we didn’t know about all the deer!! I can't say enough glowing things about this property. The home itself is beautiful with every comfort you could want. But once you hear the soothing sounds of the river outside, you'll likely want to spend most of your time lounging on the ample, comfy deck furniture, just soaking in the setting. I haven't been that relaxed and content in a long time. And Brad is the best host I've ever had the pleasure to work with. His communication style is warm, clear, and above all, he wants to ensure his guests have all the info about the area to make their visit the most fulfilling. The delicious apple pie he left for us to enjoy was so unexpected and appreciated. This place is perfect for any type of getaway - family gathering, friends' trip, couple's anniversary. We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The sitting room that over looks the river was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee and have family conversations. The kitchen came fully stocked with all your cookie essentials, which was nice. We got to meet the host, Brad, who was very attentive and welcoming and provided suggestions on places to visit.If you enjoy wildlife, this is definitely a place to stay. Our kids counted over 100 deers during our 5 day stay.We plan to return here in the future!

Brad the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with, we felt very comfortable booking this Cabin for our vacation from the very beginning. Great communication, wonderful website with guides to the resort along with great recommendations for activities around the area. The cabin was spotless when we arrived, the decor and use of space was really well thought out be the owners. Also, it was nice knowing that they owned all 4 properties along the river bank and that they were all rentals being vetted by Brad and the management company. We really enjoyed the game room, we stayed up all night playing air hockey. Very accommodating to our furry babies, even supplying a crate so we didn't need to bring one. I like to cook and at home I have a robust kitchen, most rentals are missing a lot of what you need to cook meals from scratch. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and then some. Comfortable beds with rooms spread out around the house. Overall this was the best rental we have used and we will absolutely use Elestay properties when in the area in the future.

Our time spent at Rainbow Riverside Farmhouse was simply amazing! Brad, our host, was extremely accommodating. He was very responsive to our needs. Brad even made sure to give us detailed instructions on how to find the farmhouse with ease which was super helpful. Even still, we were not prepared for the beauty that awaited us when we walked into the house. There is such attention to detail, from the games left for us to play to the pie in the freezer to the keurigs in each room! The view of the river is truly mesmerizing. The "hidden room" just added to the appeal of the cabin. The only complaint we have about out time spent was that it had to end. We definitely plan to book with Brad again!

From the moment we pulled up to the house we knew it was going to be something special. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked and we absolutely loved the apple pie. The backyard - having the bubbling river right outside was so soothing. Our boys (16,14) and our dog loved playing in the water. We were able to use both the hottub and the fire pit during our stay and both added to our wonderful vacation. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in. We wished we could have stayed much longer. We loved Ellijay and this awesome home. Brad is an amazing host and responded within minutes every time!

This house was amazing and a perfect spot for a summer vacation. We had a 4 adults, 1 baby and a 10 and 12 yr old and we were all very comfortable. The house was well stocked with towels, and cooking ware. Everyone had a spot to enjoy their own time. Brad was very friendly and communicative the whole time. The secret room was a little warm, but our kids still enjoyed using the seating area. The river was perfect and we tubed down it all week long. My son enjoyed battling the rapids. It was a great finish to many of our days followed by a hot tub dip. It is a bit of a drive once you past the gate to get to the cabin, but the location is well worth jt!

My family booked this beautiful riverfront farmhouse for a summer vacation. The home is directly adjacent to the Coosawattee River, allowing us to escape the heat by playing in the cool water. We would welcome the chance to return in the fall when we could enjoy all the amenities this property offers, including the hot tub and the gorgeous fire pit. This property is very well-stocked and has no shortage of bedrooms or bathrooms and can comfortably sleep several adults. Older children will enjoy the hidden game room. There is also a sleeping porch directly overlooking the river. The most memorable part of our trip was interacting with the very tame deer that roam the property. They will visit you on the back deck and you will view them as your pets before your trip is over. If you are looking for a relaxing mountain getaway suitable for a family, this place fits the bill.

Brad's house on the river was everything we hoped for when booking. Incredibly well maintained with beautiful views of the river. All the essentials were provided including firewood and an absolutely delcious Apple Pie. We saw deer on the property eveyday during our visit as we sat relaxing on the deck and by the firepit. Brad was a terrific host before and during our stay and communication was outstanding. Brad has a beautiful place we highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough about our Farmhouse Cabin stay. From the start, the communication with Brad, the host, was so thorough and helpful. The cabin was decorated so cute and cozy but large enough to comfortably host 8. The attention to detail was impressive - from the coffee bar in each room to the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal. Big windows offer a fantastic view of the creek and mountainside. We enjoyed seeing many deer and the baby geese. But the icing on the cake was fishing right outside the back door. We were able to trout fish every day without having to drive. A lovely firepit with very nice chairs and a delightful hot tub made our stay So Much Fun! We will definitely stay again when we come to the area. Look no further and book this cabin!
