Tropical Paradise in Garden Lakes!

Our 3 families had a wonderful stay here. The house was stocked with everything we needed, which we appreciated. Plenty of towels and supplies, a welcome basket was very thoughtful. Martha was very fast to respond with any questions we had. Having a heated pool in March was key for us and it worked out great. Thanks for a great stay!

House was awesome! Tiki Hut was a hit but the pool and spa needed attention, pool was green when we got there, paid extra 375 to heat probably used 3 of the 6 days. Owner did get the pool service out for maintenance just too little too late. Also needed to text owner to start spa for every use which was unusual, the spa never got up to temp. The group I golf with the pool and spa are important especially after a day on the links. The grill in the TiKi hut was great but only 1 propane tank? Ran out of propane once had to finish dinner in the house. Owner did get it refilled the next day.

We chose this property for a girls concert and relaxing fun in sun stay! The accommodations (12 of us) were generous and comfy! The house was gorgeous and very well kept! We planned on spending little time inside with focus on pool, sun and cocktails and the backyard did not disappoint! The bar area along with pool was perfect for what we needed. Neighborhood quiet with zero interruptions! We highly recommend this property for a girls trip or family stay!!

The house had everything we needed; large kitchen, large living room and plenty of space in each bedroom. The backyard was the highlight of our trip. Pool, hot tub, loungers for sun worshipers, gazebo for those who needed shade and we absolutely loved the Tiki Bar. We bellied up to the bar to watch The Masters, grill burgers and blend drinks. Martha was extremely prompt to respond to our questions. Would for sure rent again!!

Lots of activities to keep a group entertained. Corn Hole, Pool, Darts and a Basketball net in the pool we ended up using. The pool area was amazing! The house was spacious, well stocked, very clean and set up perfectly for our group. Martha reached out several times to check up on us, was very easy to communicate with and accommodated a date change. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back!

This was an idea place to have family together for a week of vacation. We used the pool, hot tub and back yard daily. The location allowed us to easily travel to hiking, the zoo and museums in the area.

The house was excellent. Plenty of space to spread out and the amenities (cabana, fire pit, pool table) allowed us to have plenty of fun around work. Thank you for a great experience.

Property/area and house are great. Pool needs to be vacuumed/cleaned on the floor. Hot tub, did not heat up and needs to be cleaned of grime on the side. Owner was really easy to communicate with.

Our family came together for a weekend here from the east & west. Beautiful home, very clean with all the necessary amenities. The only difficulties we experienced were learning how to control the spa & pool with the IPad which was totally discharged when we arrived with no charger in the power strip. Also could use more detailed instructions to operate the TV & receive local channels. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway with friends and/or family. 👍👏

The space and location of the home were amazing for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. That said, it was a huge disappointment that the pool was filthy and had a green slime in the pool and leaves accumulated at the bottom of the pool. The manager was going to have someone come and clean it but that would have been during our family gathering of when we wanted to use it. My husband used the pool skimmer to clean it the best he could so it appeared cleaner and a couple kiddos jumped in and enjoyed it. The security alarm also woke us up at 5:15am when my son in law left for work. Not sure if it was a glitch in the system or was set remotely by owners, we didn’t use the alarm system during our stay

We had a family get together and the home was plenty big enough, with everything we needed. Overall, it’s a nice home with a lovely back yard, but there were a few things that need repair or attention. The host was very responsive and we had a great time.

Everything went amazing. 13 people stayed in the house for a night. When we entered the house, we were all happy how clean and huge it was. There’s a folder at the entrance with all the rules and tips, but whenever we had questions, Martha replied quickly so we felt comfortable staying there. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for a little staycation and honestly it was perfect! My family loved it! the house is very spacious and clean. The outside is amazing with lots of things to do. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. Throughout my stay I encountered no issues, but I felt assured that Martha would respond promptly if any needs arose. We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO house for three nights to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. We had about 13 guests staying overnight and more friends joining us on the day of the ceremony. The house provided ample space and wonderful outdoor areas that made our celebration truly special. Communication with our host, Martha, was excellent. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring everything went smoothly. We couldn't have been happier to celebrate such an important day at this property. It exceeded all of our expectations and left us with wonderful memories. We came from out of town (east coast) to throw my sister a baby shower. There were so many rooms and beds, easily accommodated my large family. Very welcoming the minute we walked in. Maria was very responsive to all our needs. House had just about everything we needed. Pool was refreshing. Really enjoyed our stay. Especially wonderful that it was welcoming to events which can be hard to find.

We came down for a wedding with 11 of us. The rental was spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time in the pool.

The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy some of the provided games and the pool and spa were fantastic. Our host was prompt with any questions or concerns that we had and was accommodating. There are plenty of amenities close by including Fry’s Foods for all our grocery and beverage needs. Very nice place

Great location and very spacious home! I was graduating from GCU and we had family come in from California, Oregon and Utah to celebrate with us. The home had lots of space, plenty of rooms and a fantastic outdoor area with a pool and hot tub.

Our group of 6 couples came in to town to go the the Bengals/Cardinals games and have a relaxing weekend of fun! Tis house was perfect for our group! Every couple had their own bedroom, there was plenty of space, we enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, corn hole, pool table and outdoor area!! The proximity to the stadium worked great too. Our host was VERY responsive to all messages/questions!

The property was very good and we enjoyed our stay. We had issues with the hot tub and the owner came over to help solve the issue. Sometimes all the bells and whistles on the controls leads to more problems.

It's unfortunate that VRBO does not let you post pictures of our experience. It would let people know what this property is truly like. Please do not get fooled by the pictures on line.I could write a book about all this issues as well the over 100 texts messages between the owner and myself.We spent almost 3 hours trying to get into the house on our arrival because Martha did not know we were coming and that was only the beginning of the nightmare.Here is a condense list of the main problems....The first night they ending up sending someone over because there were electrical problems all over the house. The Tiki house never had power the whole time we were there so you couldn't use the TV or Fridge. The sun room AC and light and fans also never worked.The roof leaked during a rain storm. We had to place towels down for 2 day as per her request.Our main issue was the FIRE. We were lucky the place did not burn down. Someone had decided that it would be a good idea to take a BBQ and remove it from its stand and inclosed it in a wooden structure in the TIKI house. This included underneath where the grease trap was. The structure caught on fire. We got lucky because someone went outside and saw it and were able to put it out. It had damaged the structure.There is a lot of subpar work that has been done with the electrical and construction in this house. I would never recommend this place to anyone.There are too many safety issues.

Plenty of room, plenty of activities and the kids never left the pool. The area was great, just a quick drive in any direction and there was plenty to do!
