Perfect location, on the Hawks Cay property. Very clean, adequate space. East parking. A few downsides: Kitchen not stocked with basics (salt/pepper, coffee filters), very difficult to communicate with property manager, as I tried through VRBO, cell number via text or call. You will not have access to resort amenities like the pools and lagoon, which is one of the best benefits of being on the hawks cay property, so plan to get a room through the hotel if you want to enjoy them. Overall a great location and property but made a bit stressful by the lack of communication.

We did the reservations through v r b o and they did not tell us that we could not use the pool. We tried to communicate with the host Heather, but she did not respond to our email, texts, or snapchat the entire week we were there. If we were not able to use the pool because we're using v r b o the host should have said something while we were booking the trip or have it in the description. If I could give a negative star I would.It was just an awful experience.My kids were so disappointed that couldn't use the pool.

Great location, but I it needs some TLC, don't know of this is truely a 3 bedroom. Bedroom by kitchen has no drawers or closets it was difficult to maneuver in there. Are is great but could not use amenities with this rental. Host very responsive

The location was fantastic however they must have renovated because the floors are not the same as the pictures. We struggled with some of the appliances not working properly and the guest bathroom toilet constantly ran. Also, the townhouse really needs a good clean. The stairs were very dirty. You can tell it’s a rental house. The boat slip that comes included is extremely convenient. Overall we would stay here again solely because of the location and the boat slip.

Upon arrival, we found two cockroaches (one dead, one alive)…that was within the first 10 minutes being inside the house. During our four-day stay, we found seven more live cockroaches; in the towels, under the chairs, crawling up the walls!! There is ZERO regulating the people who stay in the Hawks Cay Rentals. Someone was docked in OUR boat slip the ENTIRE weekend, so we couldn’t use it. The music level on some of the docked boats was deafening. The people staying in other rentals were very loud… into the early morning hours. It was ok. Wouldn’t do it again. We are returning to the keys in four weeks…won’t stay here.

Property is just as described Communication with a host was seamless Property is extremely clean, including outside patio There are enough kitchen, utensils, and glassware for a big group. Keurig coffee was a nice plus. Extremely quiet neighborhood. There is a gym next-door, $75 per week pass was all the necessary equipment. I would love to return!

The location of of the villa on the canal was perfect, and we enjoyed our time spent relaxing on the porch. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We had no issues/problems whatsoever and would highly recommend this villa! :)

Property in Marathon was nice but after we checked in we received no replies from Heather about our concerns. The washer was not working so we could not replenish the bath towels so we used the pool towels and couldn’t do laundry. Nice pool.

Our business had a job on Duck Key. It was convenient to be located near the two job sites. The townhouse was exactly as described and perfect for the number of people. The host was extremely accessible and responded in a timely manner.
