There were some reviews on here about unsafe parking etc. and that didn't seem true. Unfortunately the parking spot for the condo is right next to the dumpster so there is that. Those we saw in the complex seemed fine, we nodded and waved to a few, never felt unsafe and didn't worry about car getting broken in to. Looking around some of the people kept their places nice, others looked trashy, welcome to a big, older complex. You drive through a cute neighborhood to get to the buildings but the complex itself feels a bit run down and seedy. The apartment/condo is decent, they covered a lot of old issues up with paint and that is starting to fail. There were paint cracks on the ceiling in the main area, doors and some other areas. Furniture was old and not great, the chairs were a bit rickety. The master bed felt well worn, the others a bit better. The kitchen had a full compliment of modern appliances and the flat screen tv's in each room were nice. You can see where owners put just enough into it so the pics look good but it is not a top of the line place. Master bathroom was small and shower even more so. Icemaker and clock didn't work and shower water didn't get very hot. We could hear every step the people upstairs took no matter what time of day or night. On the upside, it is a good location for NC State access or other Raleigh areas. The host was very responsive and communication was good. All in all it was a decent value for what we paid and where it was.

Great location, safe, and clean. It is an older complex so the unit is definately a little worn but the furniture was nice and the beds are comfortable. However, it is a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you.

Honestly you pay for what you get. It was incredibly loud and the walls are super thin. You could hear the upstairs tenants running around and there’s always people walking by and hanging out. Also the water in the shower stays hot for I kid you not 4 minutes max! It was a terrible shower experience. In addition, for all my women, as a safety concern, I felt uncomfortable that the host had entered the unit 30 min before check out without any communication prior to doing so. No matter the circumstances, that should have NEVER happened. And for that I will never recommend this stay. Book else where.
