This property was over the top! Particularly the back yard patio area. Inside meticulously clean. Beautifully decorated, stocked with much more than the essentials, with comfortable beds and pillows. We loved it!

Wow! What an impressive home! Fully stocked kitchen... Aluminum foil, baggies, cutting boards, sheet pans, measuring cups and spoons and all the spices and condiments you could ever want! The was also wine, bottled water and peanuts left for us. The beds were super comfy and living room had plenty of plush seating. The best part was the Oasis out back! Fire table, fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, volleyball/badminton net, a grill and a sink!! We spent most our time under the covered sitting area with the fire table going. The was also a huge space heater in case it got chilly. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. The house was very clean and we have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay this house again.

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful. It was clean and every amenity you could think of was there. There was not one thing missing that we needed. In fact there were so many amenities we wanted to use and just did not have time to use. The outdoor space was AMAZING!!! We enjoyed it so much. We were able to use the gas fire pit but ran out of time to use the log fire. The only down side which was a very small thing is that the road was a bit loud but everything else made you forget about it.

Wow, What can I say. We were blown away with everything. This was an outstanding, well-kept property that served our family's needs. From the outdoor fenced back yard, the covered back porch, the grill and outdoor fridge, the fire pit, and the kids toys and games. Inside everything was thought out perfectly from the kitchen with items (condiments) in fridge and pantry, K cups for coffee, Laundry soap and irons and ironing boards, board games and even the toilet seats had a built-in seat for toddlers. The host even went so far as to have a pack and play set up for our 1-year-old. We drove in from Northern Indiana, and the host allowed us to check in early (communicating with us all morning) to accommodate our arrival time, and the communication was outstanding from Reyna. I can say that the property is on a busy road, but very safe and inside the house and out back you could NOT hear traffic. Sitting on the front porch was peaceful. We hope to be back soon. Well done Reyna and Thank you for making our trip outstanding and relaxing!!

Staying at the New Hope House was nothing short of amazing. Everything you could ever need and more is provided, from children's toys for inside and outside play, a fully stocked kitchen, speakers, gorgeous outdoor seating, ridiculously comfortable beds and sheets with the pillows and blankets of your dreams, plenty of parking space and room for outdoor fun, a volleyball net, gas and wood firepits, travel toiletries, and the list goes on! Not to mention the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would 1000% stay here again. The location is convenient to most everything Raleigh has to offer and a quick 20 minute drive to the airport.

This property was great! The huge yard and outdoor living space was better than advertised. Our two dogs loved to play and run in the yard while we enjoyed the (mostly) beautiful Carolina weather. House was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely come back again.

The property was perfect! In Raleigh for my son's wedding. Needed a place that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 middle school age children. King, queen beds and a small love seat sofa were perfect. House was clean. Kitchen was awesome for a family breakfast, quick meals. Plus more, if needed. The outside was NICE. Big bonus! At night sat outside around the fire pit and enjoyed the fall weather. Yard was fenced... Very clean, immaculate and secure. I highly recommend this home! The owner was attentive to our needs and right before check in... wanted to ensure she had enough linens and bedding for my family. When back in Raleigh, I definitely will choose this home again for the comfort, cleanliness, etc. Thank you!

We can’t recommend the New Hope House enough. Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Our family of 8 loved the convenient location and great communication. The huge yard, privacy, and incredible back yard space was even better than the pictures. We loved hanging out on the back porch and enjoyed the two fire pits. They’ve thought of everything here (chargers, amenities, kitchen supplies, etc) and the house has been recently remodeled. Absolutely recommend!

My family and I flew in from different parts of the US to spend the weekend with my dad who turned 74 yrs old today! This place is an absolute gem! The house was so clean (like new). The patio and outdoor kitchen was set up and ready to go. Reyna is a great host, very personable and genuine Lots of toys and games for the little ones. Communication was quick and easy! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, blankets. etc.The beds are so comfortable!!!! The photos did not disappoint! If you are visiting the Raleigh Durham this is definitely the place you want to stay. Thank you Reyna for being such a great host!

I highly recommend this house! It was the best place I have ever rented. We were here for my niece’s wedding in Raleigh and needed a place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer for a vacation. I felt at home and everything was beautiful and decorated so nicely. We had enough space for the six of us adults. The mattresses were comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. After the rehearsal dinner we came back and enjoyed the back porch area with the fire pit and tv. I would definitely like to rent again if I am in the area and need a place to stay. If I sent a message, Reyna was quickly to respond. If I could give more stars I would.

This was nothing short of FANTASTIC!! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and friends stayed here for my son's graduation from NC State. The upgrades and decor in this house are awesome. It is very clean. It has the best stock of essentials and nice-to-have items I have ever seen at a rental propert. The outdoor entertaining space was just WOW! WOW! WOW! Although I did not end up grilling, the grill was immaculate. The gas firepit was a nice touch and the wood firepit got some nice use as well (Thank you for all of the firewood!). Communication with Reyna was quick, efficient, and easy. Very accommodating. If I had to pick on one thing, it would be the location. It is a bit farther away from downtown than we normally stay, but the quality and comfort of this home and outdoor space made it well worth it. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

We were there for a few nights to see a concert at Walnut Grove amphitheater. Two couples, and our dogs. This place is spotless, with Careful and thoughtful details throughout. Outdoor area is beautiful, and indoors is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We will stay there again when we come to Raleigh for a long visit or concert.

We came down to spend Easter with our daughter who attends college in Raleigh. The house was spotless and had everything you could think of! The outdoor area for eating and relaxing with family was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

To summarize this was the better than a luxury resort. My family (6 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed EVERYTHING about this home. Reyna’s attention to detail is remarkable. The house was incredibly clean and welcoming. My words cannot do it justice. The back yard…. Uhh please take me back!

This house is so well appointed and our favorite by far! We had everything we needed and more! A completely stocked kitchen and refrigerator including a bottle of wine, fresh bread, and fruit. From the furniture to the comfy beds, all of us continued to praise the owners for such a warm and inviting house. The back patio is gorgeous and we enjoyed a fire in the evenings and with our morning coffee. This home is everything and more than you can imagine. And we WILL return again! Just spectacular. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Wonderful stay at the New Hope house in Raleigh. Came to Raleigh to see my family and this house more than satisfied our needs. It was spacious and beautifully appointed. And the host was gracious. We will definite try to book it again if our travels bring us there.

The house was absolutely perfect for a best friends reunion. Not only did it have plenty of room for the six of us, the host has decorated and appointed this home beautifully. We felt comfortable and pampered and all talked about our desire to stay there again. The outdoor space was delightful as well. The host considered every single detail as she prepared for our stay and did a stellar job! It was a bit of a drive from everything we had planned outside of the house, but we loved being there!!! Five star stay!!!

Beautiful home, was so tastefully decorated. No shortage of anything and everything. From fresh coffee beans to baby feeding needs. Wonderful beds super soft blankets and cloud like pillows. Plenty of towels and the outdoor area was fabulous. We had some travel 12 miles the rest of us traveled 8 hours. After a long road trip nothing better than to find the place your staying to be better than you expected. Thanks for all the special touches. We loved our stay.

We spent Christmas last year at the house and enjoyed every second over there. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. The backyard was huge for the dogs. They played so much that at the end of the day, they were exhausted. The hosts are very good at replying when you try to reach out with questions or for help. Every time we texted, they would reply pretty quickly, and even came to the house to help us with the outdoor heater and firepit. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this house! It was the best place I have ever rented. We were here for my niece’s wedding in Raleigh and needed a place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer for a vacation. I felt at home and everything was beautiful and decorated so nicely. We had enough space for the six of us adults. The mattresses were comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. After the rehearsal dinner we came back and enjoyed the back porch area with the fire pit and tv. I would definitely like to rent again if I am in the area and need a place to stay. If I sent a message, Reyna was quickly to respond. If I could give more stars I would.

Wow, What can I say. We were blown away with everything. This was an outstanding, well-kept property that served our family's needs. From the outdoor fenced back yard, the covered back porch, the grill and outdoor fridge, the fire pit, and the kids toys and games. Inside everything was thought out perfectly from the kitchen with items (condiments) in fridge and pantry, K cups for coffee, Laundry soap and irons and ironing boards, board games and even the toilet seats had a built-in seat for toddlers. The host even went so far as to have a pack and play set up for our 1-year-old. We drove in from Northern Indiana, and the host allowed us to check in early (communicating with us all morning) to accommodate our arrival time, and the communication was outstanding from Reyna. This place was amazing. Exactly as advertised. Only 2 lil issues and they were addressed immediately. I cant say how much my family needed this as we just moved to Raleigh and our home wasnt ready yet. This place had everything (minus a box cheese gater lol) and was so comfy and inviting. Our family spent the weekend at the N New Hope house.There are not enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed this house. Every room was designed with love and comfort. The attention to detail left you wanting for nothing. We enjoyed our gatherings in the family room and the outdoor oasis was breathtaking Everyone slept well in thier own private slice of.heaven. I highly recoomend this house and can't wait to return.

We can’t recommend the New Hope House enough. Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Our family of 8 loved the convenient location and great communication. The huge yard, privacy, and incredible back yard space was even better than the pictures. We loved hanging out on the back porch and enjoyed the two fire pits. They’ve thought of everything here (chargers, amenities, kitchen supplies, etc) and the house has been recently remodeled. Absolutely recommend!

My family and I flew in from different parts of the US to spend the weekend with my dad who turned 74 yrs old today! This place is an absolute gem! The house was so clean (like new). The patio and outdoor kitchen was set up and ready to go. Reyna is a great host, very personable and genuine Lots of toys and games for the little ones. Communication was quick and easy! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, blankets. etc.The beds are so comfortable!!!! The photos did not disappoint! If you are visiting the Raleigh Durham this is definitely the place you want to stay. Thank you Reyna for being such a great host!

This was nothing short of FANTASTIC!! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and friends stayed here for my son's graduation from NC State. The upgrades and decor in this house are awesome. It is very clean. It has the best stock of essentials and nice-to-have items I have ever seen at a rental propert. The outdoor entertaining space was just WOW! WOW! WOW! Although I did not end up grilling, the grill was immaculate. The gas firepit was a nice touch and the wood firepit got some nice use as well (Thank you for all of the firewood!). Communication with Reyna was quick, efficient, and easy. Very accommodating. If I had to pick on one thing, it would be the location. It is a bit farther away from downtown than we normally stay, but the quality and comfort of this home and outdoor space made it well worth it. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely perfect for a best friends reunion. Not only did it have plenty of room for the six of us, the host has decorated and appointed this home beautifully. We felt comfortable and pampered and all talked about our desire to stay there again. The outdoor space was delightful as well. The host considered every single detail as she prepared for our stay and did a stellar job! It was a bit of a drive from everything we had planned outside of the house, but we loved being there!!! Five star stay!!!

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful. It was clean and every amenity you could think of was there. There was not one thing missing that we needed. In fact there were so many amenities we wanted to use and just did not have time to use. The outdoor space was AMAZING!!! We enjoyed it so much. We were able to use the gas fire pit but ran out of time to use the log fire. The only down side which was a very small thing is that the road was a bit loud but everything else made you forget about it.

From the furniture to the comfy beds, all of us continued to praise the owners for such a warm and inviting house. The back patio is gorgeous and we enjoyed a fire in the evenings and with our morning coffee. This home is everything and more than you can imagine. And we WILL return again! Just spectacular. Words cannot describe the awesomeness of this house. Sooo many extras and extra attention to details throughout the entire property. A welcome fruit tray with apples, bananas,oranges, bagels and a bottle of wine was beautifully placed on the counter. Fully stocked kitchen with condiments and all the dishes and cooking supplies and gadgets are just a few examples of how wonderful this house is. Every bathroom fully stocked with shampoos body washes and shaving gel. Tons of very soft bath towels. We had children with us and the host left out ample toys, books, riding equipment and games. They loved the Holiday Home as they called it. There’s much more that this property offers and we would definitely rent from this host again.

Wow! What an impressive home! Fully stocked kitchen... Aluminum foil, baggies, cutting boards, sheet pans, measuring cups and spoons and all the spices and condiments you could ever want! The was also wine, bottled water and peanuts left for us. The beds were super comfy and living room had plenty of plush seating. The best part was the Oasis out back! Fire table, fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, volleyball/badminton net, a grill and a sink!! We spent most our time under the covered sitting area with the fire table going. The was also a huge space heater in case it got chilly. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. The house was very clean and we have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay this house again.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, blankets. etc.The beds are so comfortable!!!! The photos did not disappoint! If you are visiting the Raleigh Durham this is definitely the place you want to stay. Thank you Reyna for being such a great host!
My family and I flew in from different parts of the US to spend the weekend with my dad who turned 74 yrs old today! This place is an absolute gem! The house was so clean (like new). This house was perfect for our Sistercation weekend. We had plenty of space for all 5 of us to be more than comfortable. We have the perfect spot in the back yard to do a paint and sip and a Sunday morning sister brunch. Reyna was very quick in her responses. I highly recommend this house and will definitely come again!
