Absolutely no on-site parking!!!!!! Guests are forced to park two blocks away in a City of Pompano parking garage for $25 daily at their own risk. Neither Hilton nor the city take responsibility for anything. Hotel staff cares about absolutely nothing but they are polite. Based upon my experience, Hilton is garbage.

WiFi was down for a lot longer than it should've been. They should have protocols for emergencies. Overall, it was a heck of a value though. Can't beat the location. Close to everything you want to do in that area.

I give it 2 stars so as not to be too harsh this is not my first time in a Hilton hotel (I was in another one) this one for what I paid left me very disappointed, to begin with, there is no internet, my phone and all the others in the group did not work, the parking against which we had to pay $24 dollars a day is in front of the hotel you have to leave the hotel and cross the street meaning if it rains like it happened to us we got soaked, valet parking is not enough, only for a few cars, you have to wait outside for a parking lot to free up and we even had to wait in a small line to leave the car to check in, the breakfast is not to mention (IT IS USELESS) it has almost nothing and no variety and to top it off it is COLD all the time, the COLD pool, in the reservation says it has heather and it is not true, the chairs and umbrellas have to be paid for and are very expensive (NO BEACH TOWELS) well anyway at least in Pompano Beach I am not going to rent anymore in a Hilton

The Good: parking is very good, the location is excellent, their breakfast has several vegetarian choices which is very nice. I especially liked that they offered unsweetened almond milk. The Bad: while the lobby smells great, the rooms and the hallway smell bad. The floors in the rooms are not very clean. The cleaning in general, at this hotel is done very superficially.If you walk barefoot you will see.. The sheets on the bed are clean but they look very wrinkly. Let’s just say it doesn’t look like a Hilton should. At the breakfast buffet, there is no sign that says that children should be accompanied by an adult to take food. So, as result, sometimes I saw children going there by themselves coughing on food and climbing up the counter to get what the want. The ladies at the buffet are very busy refilling the foods and cleaning the tables, so they can’t watch other people’s children. It’s not their fault at all. However, the hotel management needs to do something about this; not only for their customers sake, but also for their own good. If one of the children falls offf from the counter, guess who the parents are going to blame.

The room was dirty, the room floor wqs sticky and had some food from previous guest. The shower had mold. The ocean view was nice. The only thing convenient was proximity to the beach and the 24/7 coffee. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was the best part of the stay. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very expensive foe what it is and I can’t stay at a dirty room.

My room was dirty when I arrived carpet dirty bathroom dirty with hair in the bathtub sink on the floor and the sheets were smelly and dirty the balcony table was dirty when I addressed this to the front desk they said they would send someone to clean and the person only came with clean towels and cleaned the bathroom with no cleaning products and still left dirty towels in the bathroom I told her the sheets all need to be changed and she kept asking which ones until I had to like motion with my hands take off the sheets and put new ones on . When I addressed this to the front desk staff they said it's a language barrier which is fine but that they would tell her to do a full cleaning I left to go out for a bit thinking they would make sure my room was properly cleaned only to come back to find dirty towels in my room and it was not cleaned with cleaning products I let the front desk know and nothing was done about it als I am Hilton honor member and I was not recognized at all and when I asked for late check out as a courtesy to me for all the trouble they said no I can give you a half hour

There was hair in the shower, sink and floor did not look vacuumed. Toilet paper was not replenished as with towels and paper towels. The staff however were great, very polite. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. As for the parking garage that's understandable but need an easier way to exit when going out instead of a little piece of paper.

This hotel could be so great but our room had not been properly cleaned in the kitchen area with the dishwasher containing dirty dishes and we had no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid or dish cloth or dish towel. The bed linens both looked like they had been already slept in. The duvet cover just has a small section to hold the top of the duvet so is always falling out . Awful. The breakfast was well done and the area clean. The facilities including rooftop bar, snooker table, foosball table and walkability to the pier area are great . Housekeeping needs sorting out and new duvet covers brought in that actually cover the duvet .

The room was amazing and the service was great also and very reassuring and helpful. The beds was very soft. The couch was very soft, which was surprised in the room was very spacious and soundproof to my surprise too. Everyone was friendly in. Nice hotel with large rooms. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, but was disappointed could not check in early when gave 6 hours notice. Rooftop bar is fun and food is good. Upgraded to Ocean View room, but could only see if on deck looking out the corner.

We booked a room with seaview but when we arrived got a room without seaview. Bot until asking at the reception, we were informed that we were downgraded due to lack of room capacity, constructipn work, etc. Got to hear different stories from different people. To be honest we never heard of downgrading just upgrading before. So instead of our family enjoying a quiet nice view, we got parking lots and a loud street and a connection door to another hotel room listening to every word and move the people next door did. We will get a partial refund they said (what we paid extra for the view) but that won‘t save our ruined stay. Just had booked the hotel get a seaview, had several optional, should have taken another hotel from all the options. Streetview and Noise one can get cheaper. It’s very disappointing.

We booked this stay specifically for the ocean view room that was advertised and confirmed before booking — but there was absolutely no ocean view at all. You couldn’t see the water even if you cut down all the palm trees and removed nearby buildings. It felt very misleading, especially since that was the main reason we chose this property. To make things worse, the room had a broken patio door lock and damaged furniture, which maintenance had to fix right after check-in. The condition didn’t match Hilton standards at all. The only positive was the front desk associate, Diane, who tried her best to move us to a better room, and Stephanie, who later offered a partial rate adjustment. Unfortunately, management handled the situation poorly and dismissed our concerns. Overall, our stay was disappointing and not as advertised. We booked through Orbitz expecting an ocean view and a relaxing beach experience — but received neither.

We had to change rooms at 11 pm because our air conditioner was not working. They tried to fix it but said they might just need to replace it. I had to go ask for a different room. They were just going to leave us in a room with no air for two nights? Also the bathroom door was broken and got stuck in the bathroom … not happy with that.

We loved the hotel and location. Our only complaints were that 1) the dishwasher in room did not work, and 2) the toilet would not flush. We asked the front desk multiple times to have the toilet fixed and it wasn’t done. We had to use the lobby restrooms the five days we were there. But otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location, fun amenities.

Ocean view is not really an ocean view. Its in bold ocean view and then in small case it states semi ocean view which looks out over construction and some water. Save your money and go with a regular room.

Overall a good stay, however the housekeeping staff is very noisy on the blocks. My check in agent was great, as well as one young lady who assisted me on 7/11 at around 3pm with getting a corkscrew which is apparently scarce. A gentleman at the FD attempted to school me on why they are in short supply....innapropriate. Location is great and hotel is clean.

Was told our room was ready for check in . When checking in , it wasn’t ready . They said they called the wrong person. No bedding for sofa bed when called the lobby they said they would be up with towels & beddings , took over 30 mins. Whoever answer the phone had an attitude after it rang over 20 times.

After staying at the worst hotel in Miami, Home2Suites by Hilton on Pompano Beach was a welcome relief. The staff there was exceptional, especially Alton! We had a long day and night after staying in the aforementioned gross hotel and dealing with Miami traffic. It was a welcome relief to be met with kindness and compassion from Alton!

Front desk staff were friendly upon arriving. At the end of the day, they became a little on edge with a slight attitude when we needed some things. We understood they were tired but that was one thing that was upsetting. It put us in a bad mood ourselves. The breakfast area- there’s a couple people who were not friendly that worked down there and had a really bad attitude. No smiles, and looked like he or she hated the world. Half the time the food was all gone. So we had to wait till more was put out. Which by then, people would cut you off in line, grab things right in front of you and were just so disrespectful. The hallway floors have trash and debris. (I don’t think the housekeepers vacuum works well at all.) Where the ice makers are- they did not sweep or vacuume floors.The floors have nasty random filth on the ground, the rooms were fairly nice and stayed cold. The beds were hard on our backs including my 16 year old back. The shower had mold in so many places. Overall, the people down there are all so miserable and rude that it made us so upset that we had a miserable moody time. Not sure why so many folks in Ft. Lauderdale act as if they hate the world. And are all so disrespectful. We stayed for about a week. Roof top bar was good, the guy who works there seemed rude as if he didn’t want to serve us for whatever reason. Ladies were very nice who worked there. Be prepared to spend some money. $$ for one drink was mind blowing. We don’t even pay that in Panama City

Room service was the worst. They were not clean. They would not give you anything that you needed from this. You asked 4 times for towels, you would never get them. You had to call them already mad about it. In order for them to respond horrible customer service in general, there was only one lady at the front that was a little bit kind. And she would try to help, I don't know her name. It might be Stephanie, there's a lot of reviews on her in particular, only her. Terrible to go on vacation and havevto deal with this

Home2Suites Pompano Beach is in the heart of Pompano Beach, located just a half a block from the beach and the Fisher Family Pier. The hotel offers a generous complimentary breakfast with many options and has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very accessible, helpful, and friendly. Parking is available on street (metered) or in the City parking garage located next door (billed to your room at $21/night with unlimited in/out access). The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are located on the 2nd floor, are also very clean, and provide a limited ocean view. We will absolutely stay at Home2Suites Pompano Beach in the future.

It was a beautiful property, rooms were well kept and stocked. The continental breakfast was a let down. Stood in line at 9:20am and by the time my daughter and I even got close to the front it was 10am, the staff began taking everything away even with people waiting in line.

Amazing property with fantastic location. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Every day it was a struggle, little variety, yogurt never stocked, and some (not all) of the breakfast staff was less than pleasant. Everyone else we encountered was AMAZING and super kind.
