Lovely home, spacious and very well stocked (towels, kitchen basics, board games, etc). Leatha & Ed were very responsive and answered questions right away. We really enjoyed the lake! Had a great time fishing, floating, jet skiing and tubing. The hot tub was perfect and the teens loved the pool table. Would definitely go back!

Our group has stayed at this property several times and keep coming back because it is such a special spot. There is so much to do between the lake itself, the fire pit, hot tub, pool table, and karaoke. We love to cook and the kitchen space is wonderful. We always enjoy our time here. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a perfect weekend at this lakeside cottage! We were in town for our son's graduation from UNH, and needed a home that was large enough for grandparents and ourselves. This was a perfect place for us to relax, unwind, and enjoy some family time! The listing is accurate, and there was nothing extra that we could have wanted. We have stayed at many rental homes in the past, but this is the first time that I can honestly say that all we needed to bring were our clothes and food. There were plenty of towels (both bath towels and beach towels), and an entire closet of extra bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could have needed to cook, and we were surprised with a little snack basket and k-cups for the Keurig. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash were all provided as well. We were able to use the kayaks and paddleboat (plenty of life vests and water shoes were also available to us), and the hot tub, pool table, and karaoke machine kept us plenty busy while it was raining. The host was easy to communicate with both before an during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Even after reading all the 5-star reviews, this stay exceeded our expectations. The home itself was lovely, with so many amenities and all the details attended to, and the location was fantastic. We stayed for a long weekend Spring Break getaway, and enjoyed three days of kayaking, hot tubbing, karaoke-ing, playing pool and board games, and breathing in the peace of the location. The hosts were communicative and responsive, the house was beautiful and well kept, and we could not have enjoyed our time more. Thank you!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time! Ed & Leatha really went above and beyond, left us a personalized note with snacks, texted me to make sure we were settled, and left the house stocked! Plenty of space for sleeping and also multiple living areas for hanging out. Great back yard with lake access and fire pit. Would 100% stay here again :)

We had a wonderful vacation at your lovely lake front home. We were able to keep our boat right at the dock on your property & enjoy the gorgeous lake! All of our married adult children enjoyed a comfortable bedroom, the hot tub was amazing, and the house was super clean with everything we could ever need. We made day trips to Wolfboro and Maine!! We hope to be back soon!!

The house and hosts were amazing. The house had tons to do for both adults(hot tub, firepit, etc.) and kids(Pool table, lots of board games, etc.). The hosts were extremely informative and responsive to all our questions. Was a great weekend!

The house had a generous layout with room to spread out and be comfortable. Sited right on the waterfront, it was a beautiful location. It’s all there - a hot tub, kayaks, pool table. We parked 4 cars too. Owner was responsive to anything that came up - our wayward Amazon package - even reaching out to mail carrier for help. Very accommodating! Would certainly return when we get a chance.

My family and I escaped to Farmington after Christmas from Manhattan. The house was immaculate and absolutely lovely in every way. It had every amenity you could want. The frozen lake was magical. We went out on it at night and saw a sky full of stars. Honestly, it’s my favorite Vrbo ever and I hope we get back there sometime!

The house is beautiful and spotless. So many different sitting areas inside and out. The house has so many amenities that we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests. Looking forward to our next girl’s weekend trip, that I have already rebooked.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend. The house was perfectly clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything. My family and I had a great weekend getaway at this property. It was very clean and they have thought of every little detail to add. House had everything we needed from beach towels to a crockpot. Was stocked with plenty of supplies such a toilet paper, shampoo, soaps and more. Great little getaway, definitely would return.

Found this house on VRBO that really seemed to fit our needs: 4bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, good location. When we arrived the place far exceeded our expectations. We loved it the minute we walked in. So clean and decorated so tastefully. It felt so comfortable and inviting. Just what we wanted after spending 4 days in NYC. We wanted a place to relax and we did. Especially loved the entertainment area. Pool table, Wii, Karaoke, hot tub were all enjoyed by the whole family. Leatha was very easy get a hold of with any questions. We had a hard time leaving and would love to come back when the weather is warmer and can enjoy the wonderful lake and outdoors.

The house is beautiful, I’d love to cook in that kitchen! Maybe I’ll get the chance on another trip. Everything was very clean and user friendly. The hosts were great about contacting us to let us know how to work some of the appliances. The views are incredible, loved waking up to the sunrise on the lake every day.

The place was really warm, bright, clean and fun. The hot tube was great, the back deck area / waters edge was easy to access without 500 steps, Kareoke machine was going the whole time. Kitchen was great, we cooked every meal for the 3 days. Gas pressure is a little low on the cooktop but it all worked just fine. The 2 story sun room is really nice to read in. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. The tub/shower valve is a little counter intuitive but we figured it out. Having a Market basket 12 minutes down the road is great.

My sister and I took our daughter's on a little getaway and this house had everything we needed. We all had our own space and traveling with 3 teens space is important. There's plenty of stuff to do at the house we didnt feel we had to go find something. The hosts were great to communicate with. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

It has everything you could wish for: tremendous views of the lake, a private deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen, tvs in every room, pool table and karaoke, endless amount of towels. The owners answer your questions in nano seconds if you ever have any. It is perfectly located 20 mins from the mountains and 30mins from the ocean. Would certainly come here again and recommend it as a top notch 5 star VRBO property (can we rate more than 5? Let’s give them 6*).

The house is beautiful and spotless. So many different sitting areas inside and out. The house has so many amenities that we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests. Looking forward to our next girl’s weekend trip, that I have already rebooked.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend. The house was perfectly clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything. You can tell the minute you walk in the door that the owners have worked hard to make it comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Even after reading all the 5-star reviews, this stay exceeded our expectations. The home itself was lovely, with so many amenities and all the details attended to, and the location was fantastic. We stayed for a long weekend Spring Break getaway, and enjoyed three days of kayaking, hot tubbing, karaoke-ing, playing pool and board games, and breathing in the peace of the location. The hosts were communicative and responsive, the house was beautiful and well kept, and we could not have enjoyed our time more. Thank you!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time! Ed & Leatha really went above and beyond, left us a personalized note with snacks, texted me to make sure we were settled, and left the house stocked! Plenty of space for sleeping and also multiple living areas for hanging out. Great back yard with lake access and fire pit. Would 100% stay here again :)

The house had a generous layout with room to spread out and be comfortable. Sited right on the waterfront, it was a beautiful location. It’s all there - a hot tub, kayaks, pool table. We parked 4 cars too. Owner was responsive to anything that came up - our wayward Amazon package - even reaching out to mail carrier for help. Very accommodating! Would certainly return when we get a chance.

We had a perfect weekend at this lakeside cottage! We were in town for our son's graduation from UNH, and needed a home that was large enough for grandparents and ourselves. This was a perfect place for us to relax, unwind, and enjoy some family time! The listing is accurate, and there was nothing extra that we could have wanted. We have stayed at many rental homes in the past, but this is the first time that I can honestly say that all we needed to bring were our clothes and food. There were plenty of towels (both bath towels and beach towels), and an entire closet of extra bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could have needed to cook, and we were surprised with a little snack basket and k-cups for the Keurig. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash were all provided as well. We were able to use the kayaks and paddleboat (plenty of life vests and water shoes were also available to us), and the hot tub, pool table, and karaoke machine kept us plenty busy while it was raining. A group of 7 of us went and stayed at this LOVELY lake house for a long weekend in January. Everything was to be expected and more: comfortable beds, working appliances, easy to contact host, etc. After leaving we already starting planning a trip in the summer. There is also grocery stores and a Walmart 15 minutes away. If giving another star on the scale was possible, we would.

We were visiting NH to see my brother. We spent quite a bit of time relaxing at the house and it was wonderful. The views were beautiful and the lake was peaceful although I suspect it would be much busier during the summer season. The hosts were exactly as communicative as desired. We booked this beautiful home to stay 3 days so we could attend my daughters graduation from UNH. This home had everything we needed!!! We had a wonderful vacation at your lovely lake front home. We were able to keep our boat right at the dock on your property & enjoy the gorgeous lake! All of our married adult children enjoyed a comfortable bedroom, the hot tub was amazing, and the house was super clean with everything we could ever need. We made day trips to Wolfboro and Maine!! We hope to be back soon!!

Lovely home, spacious and very well stocked (towels, kitchen basics, board games, etc). Leatha & Ed were very responsive and answered questions right away. We really enjoyed the lake! Had a great time fishing, floating, jet skiing and tubing. The hot tub was perfect and the teens loved the pool table. Would definitely go back!

The place was really warm, bright, clean and fun. The hot tube was great, the back deck area / waters edge was easy to access without 500 steps, Kareoke machine was going the whole time. Kitchen was great, we cooked every meal for the 3 days. Gas pressure is a little low on the cooktop but it all worked just fine. The 2 story sun room is really nice to read in. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. The tub/shower valve is a little counter intuitive but we figured it out. Having a Market basket 12 minutes down the road is great.

We try to get together twice per year now that the kids are grown and out on their own. Ed and Leatha are phenomenal hosts. This place has everything! My husband brought all the ingredients to make his famous family chili but forgot to bring the crock pot- no worries! There was not one but two crock pots! Seriously, all you need to bring is your loved ones and make your memories. We have some great ones from our stay here. Thank you Ed and Leatha :)

Whatever you need in the kitchen is not only there but also of the best quality. That holds true with the towels (in abundance!) as well. Our teens loved playing pool. Our getaway was in November, so we couldn't take advantage of the lake activities. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and highly recommend it for family gatherings of many ages.

Found this house on VRBO that really seemed to fit our needs: 4bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, good location. When we arrived the place far exceeded our expectations. We loved it the minute we walked in. So clean and decorated so tastefully. It felt so comfortable and inviting. Just what we wanted after spending 4 days in NYC. We wanted a place to relax and we did. Especially loved the entertainment area. Pool table, Wii, Karaoke, hot tub were all enjoyed by the whole family. Leatha was very easy get a hold of with any questions. We had a hard time leaving and would love to come back when the weather is warmer and can enjoy the wonderful lake and outdoors.
