Apartment is a little less than a 10 minute walk to downtown TC. Within a short drive to places along the peninsulas too. The host was responsive to questions we had about the area as well. Only downside was that the free parking is very limited so we had to pay a couple of days. But if you do have to use the paid parking garage, it is right next door. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to TC!

Amazing experience working with Michael. Everything was easy and as advertised and then some. I would highly recommend! It was a quick weekend with my daughter. The check in process, the locks, parking, location,and the amenities made everything so easy. I was able to focus on spending time with my daughter and not worrying about where we are staying. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo.

Great location, easy walk to bars and restaurants, didn't spend much time in the condo, excellent communication. May need to pay for parking in the garage next door because parking lot lacks enough spaces for the complex.

My husband and I recently visited TC and stayed here for 6 days. It is the perfect location, very clean and decorated nicely, and very comfortable bed! Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever dishes you might need, plenty of extra towels and blankets to use, and we loved having the washer/dryer unit available. We had one small issue with the tv, and Michael responded to my messages promptly, and Dustine came right out to fix the issue. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place in a wonderful location. Loved having a washer/dryer unit in unit so we could a bit of laundry prior to our departure. The owners go out of their way to provide the little extra things such as having some spices available, a few games in a closet, and even a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. It made you really feel welcome.

210 was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean, well-accommodated, with easy access and check in/out. Staying just before Christmas, all was quiet and there was plenty of parking behind the building. Great communication from the manager as well. Highly recommended!

Very clean place with responsive owners. Very convenient location and we easily walked to multiple attractions in and around the downtown area. Maybe it could use some sheer curtains in the living space, but not a big deal at all. Our only challenge was the very small parking lot (didn't feel like it had enough spaces to accommodate all the cars for the units) and the spots are small. Thanks again!

The bed was extremely firm & uncomfortable. Everything else with this property was great. Aside from not sleeping well, this condo was clean & very well taken care of. The location was fantastic & we walked to almost everything which is exactly what we wanted. The building was quiet for a busy weekend so this was nice as well.

Easy in and out to everything important to TC area. Location is perfect…next to these perfect accommodations. This condo is clean, bright comfortable and stocked with all of the appliances and necessities to just enjoy your stay. We particularly loved the king size bed! The condo was very nice. We wish they had a TV in the bedroom, but besides that, it was fantastic!! There was a few patches on the walls that needed to be finished and a new doormat is needed. The current one is a tripping hazard. We would recommend anyone to stay here! Two thumbs up!!

We really loved this location! Walkable to everything. Only problem we had was the traffic noise outside the bedroom window. We had to download a fan app and had it on rather loud to be able to sleep.

I stayed with two teen-aged boys who shared the pull-out couch. Everyone slept well and enjoyed all the top-notch linens/towels that were provided. We just regretted that we didn't get to spend more time actually in the condo!

The condo was represented identically to the on-line photos and summary. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo as well as the personal amenities offered such as coffee, extra towels and cleaning supplies. Parking was appreciated and helpful since we were traveling with bicycles. The owners assembled a nice overview of TC in a binder complete with owner contact information and places to visit. The condo set-up was very well thought out and highly organized. Two suggestions to consider. The first is with the quality and quantity of the pillows. Perhaps reducing the number of pillows to only two and ensure that the pillows are sized for a king bed and of strong quality. The second is to consider offering a freshly cleaned comforter for the bet. Perhaps one that is sealed and offered at an upcharge to the unit. We appreciated the condo and would recommend to others without reservation!

This property was very clean and modern, and the host had provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The property was in a prime location to walk anywhere for food or fun. From breakfast on the waterfront to driving across the Mackinac Bridge, I couldn’t have imagined a better “hub” for me to explore northern Michigan and the UP. Owners were very responsive with the couple of questions I had, and I would highly recommend for singles or couples.
