The hotel was very nice but the morning of our last day was terrifying!!!!!!! The fire alarm went off and we were on the 6th floor in a handicapped accessible room. My husband is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. I know you are not supposed to take an elevator if the fire alarm goes off so I asked the cleaning lady what could I do because my husband couldn’t walk, as everyone else was running down the stairs. She looked at me and slugged her shoulder and ran downstairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡 I was panicking because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at guest service and Fire trucks were pulling up!! I just eventually took the elevator and prayed all the way down!! Please, please, please have a better plan for your handicapped accessible people!!!!!!!!

Overall, the most unhelpful and unpleasant staff ever. At check-in, there was nowhere to park and unload and the parking garage was across the street. From the poor appearance of the cars, the staff parks in the spots next to the entrance rather than allowing guests to unload. When asked for a few minutes, we were denied. Reception was on break getting a drink. The room was hot and there were not enough towels. Lastly, there was no coffee provided in the reception area in the morning and the coffee station was closed. The restaurant had 4 ladies standing around who would not oblige to even a cup of hot water. For a conference center, this is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the hotel’s lack of hospitality for over $225 per night.

We used the valet service and when we went down to get our car they went and got it and when they pulled up they had ga e two strangers a ride over in my car without my permission. I reported it and they acted like it wasn’t that big of a deal.

I prepaid for a room months ago and when I got to the hotel at 1 am I was told that the locks for half of the rooms in the hotel were not working so my room was not available. Why didn’t I get a call earlier that day saying my room wasn’t going to be available? I was told by the staff to contact Expedia for changes/refunds because they couldn’t do anything on their end and to try another hotel chain in the area. But when Expedia support called them to verify my claim and get approval for the refund, the staff told them to call back in 30 minutes and refused to talk with support. There were no customers at the check in desk at that time! I was literally left stranded as a female solo traveler with nothing but a sorry from the hotel staff. If my room wasn’t going to be available, someone from the hotel should have called me and all the other stranded travelers (there was a large event in the area) so we could have made other arrangements earlier in the day instead of the surprise of not having anywhere to go in the middle of the night. Worst experience ever.
