The pool was inoperable and unheated with a spa that wasn't working as well. The pictures all show the systems running and strongly imply they were included in the purchase. I have never experienced this in any of our previous rentals. Unfortunately, this type of deceptive advertising erodes consumer confidence and trust. House was clean and the located in a great neighborhood. Property has lots of potential with the right host!

Check in process was seamless and communication was good. We picked this place because of the amenities, the pool and jacuzzi. We were told that the jacuzzi would be inoperable for our entire stay, this was such a bummer because as previously stated this was a huge deciding factor when booking this particular place. Also, we weren’t notified to a Specturm outage until we checked in so we had no TV for hours. They also have a Bluetooth speaker that has no cords attached and was useless.The host should be a little more upfront when amenities are not working

There were nine of us staying near Dallas to take the introductory class four our masters degrees. We stayed at the Creekside Charm and were very much impressed. I highly recommend this house, especially for larger groups.
