The house was clean, the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook dinners and we appreciated the hot beverage options provided (KCup variety & tea bags.) The nearby parks were perfect for enjoying the amazing Erie sunsets.

This is a pretty, comfortable home! Kitchen was beautiful with good supplies for cooking. Living space was comfortable with streaming services for the kids during downtime. Only one shower, and the drain was quite slow. Very pleasant backyard with seating area! We didn’t use the grill because we didn’t want to clean it 😞. View of Lake Erie was nice, and the neighbors were kind and pleasant. Our kids were pretty disappointed that the beach had no trace of glass as advertised (they were really looking forward to it!). Overall, a great place!

The house was really nice. Very clean and well decorated. Check in was very easy and owner contacted immediately to confirm details so the house was ready. Location was great. Close to town and wineries. Neighborhood was also very nice. Ample parking in front of house.

This is a beautiful, well- maintained , and immaculate house in a peaceful neighborhood. My husband , daughter , son-in - law , and I were very comfortable .Janelle provided all we needed -many amenities-- above and beyond our expectations. The Blue House was terrific. Janelle was an awesome host. The house was very clean and comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We had some people over for a Mercyhurst graduation celebration and I heard so many compliments about the house, the views, and just the property overall.

Great property, great neighborhood, very nicely done inside. But there’s no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and it was a very warm weekend and the AC had a hard time keeping the upstairs cool. Regardless, we really loved the property. Super clean & had everything we needed.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. We were in Erie for the PMEA All State music festival and it was so nice to have a home base for the weekend. The house was absolutely immaculate, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Janelle was so quick to respond to messages and made terrific suggestions for places to eat in the area. If we are ever in Erie again, we would love to return to the Blue House!

Our team met in Erie during the work week to discuss product changes with a supplier partner. 3 of us stayed at the Blue House and we enjoyed the comfortable setting to gather for morning coffee and again in the evenings to recap /plan for each coming day. The nearby park also was nice to soak up the views at the shoreline. Highly recommended.

We drove from out of town to this location and I was impressed before I even entered the house! Once we entered the house, I was simply amazed how clean and comfortable the home felt it was spacious welcoming, and it was in a good location less than 10 or 12 minutes from a lot of places we went. The host was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. I definitely will be coming back to this location each time I come to Erie!

The house is perfect in every way! Location, cleanliness, privacy, communication with owner, etc. You can wake up every morning and see the lake behind the house across the street. Access to the lake is just a short walk away to the local park. The house is very clean and the owner responds quickly to any questions you have.
