Lake house, amazing view, hot tub

This is the perfect place to unwind and escape. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful. The house was spotless and welcoming to pets. Don’t forget to bring binoculars; they’re a must-have for birdwatching.

The property had not been cleaned from prior guests. Attempted to contact host several times during our stay with no communication back. The property was great otherwise with friendly neighborhood dogs!

Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still awaiting a response.

Everything was great! Enjoyed the getaway and scenery.

Listing was accurate. Check-in was easy. Host was responsive to messages. TV didn’t turn on, but we don’t watch much TV. It was cold during our stay, so we didn’t get out on the water. Hot tub was nice, but it’s a little dark down there at night. A bit more lighting would have been nice, but overall a good stay.
