Our extended family had a great 3-night stay. There was plenty of space to spread out and a huge yard to play in. We loved the indoor games during a rainy day and had a chance to use the fire pit on the last night. The location is perfect for exploring all there is to do in the area. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. We would love to stay again!

We stayed here recently with our large family (10 adults and multiple kids under age of 15) and it was perfect. Lots of space for all of us, both inside and outside Lots of games and activities at the house both inside and outside for everyone ! And so close to so many attractions including Mahoney, SAC museum, Platte river state park, safari park, restaurants and wineries !! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area! Ryan was also very quick to answer any questions we had. Check in and check out was super quick and easy!

What a beautiful property, both inside and out! We gathered here for an 80th Birthday celebration/Family Reunion and all had a wonderful time. Very spacious and comfortable furnishings indoors. Plenty of areas to break off into small groups and play games provided or sit around dining room table playing cards and visiting. Our stay was in the winter, and we would love to come back during summer months to enjoy the outdoor amenities on the property as well as the outdoor activities available in the surrounding area. Thank you, Ryan for being such a wonderful host!

Had a family wedding at Mahoney State park, just a few minutes away. Had plenty of room for everyone and the kids liked the two bedrooms with bunk beds. We all hung out around fire pit the last night. Had a great time and would recommend.

Our family had a great time staying in this home. It was great for sleeping 12 people. Our older kids had a blast with pop-a-shot and carpet ball. We enjoyed the close proximity to Mahoney State Park and were able to do do a bit of site seeing. The house is very well stocked with so many everyday needs. There are loads of towels, extra garbage bags, laundry soap, and even shampoo and conditioner in the showers. We had a great stay!

The home is beautiful and spacious. Close to town and other things to do in the area. The hosts provided lots of games and our favorites were spike ball, shuffle board, and horse shoes. It's hard to find the right words to describe how great this home is for a vacation rental -- you will be very pleased. GENEROUS is the word that keeps coming to mind. Of course there is plenty of room for a family -- inside (with 6 bedrooms) and outside (large yard, firepit, large driveway). We felt so welcome in this home away from home. The owner said they work hard at creating a place to make memories and it shows! Best stocked place we have EVER stayed at. Plenty of cookware, towels, and silverware. (And, good quality toilet paper, lol!) Beautifully decorated. Lots of fun stuff for the kids -- toys and games. Best part of the house -- number of rooms, number of large beds, 2 bunk bed rooms with double beds, one with a trundle.Great location near the charming town of Ashland. Near Mahoney and just down the road from the outlet mall. Convenient to Lincoln or Omaha.Subscriptions to the major streaming services already included -- don't mess around with your own logins. Truly so many thoughtful and generous touches. We really appreciated it!

We stayed at this property to visit the zoo (about half an hour away). It comfortably slept 9 kids under 9 years and 6 adults. We were pleasantly surprised how many items it had to accommodate our kiddos-outdoor toys, indoor toys, yard games, dish wear, high chair, and an indoor basketball game among other things. The manager was very helpful and attentive. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The house was also located near the aerospace museum and safari park. We had a wonderful stay.

This is an amazing place! My whole family, all 16 of us, had a wonderful 3 days here. Plenty of room for all us to sleep and play. We had all ages, 74 yr old aunt to my 10yr old son. From horse shoes to darts, smores and family dinner, it was a great time. There was plenty of room for spending time together, and space to spread out. We all are looking forward to staying again! It was a great added bonus to be close to the SAC, Mahoney, Platte River, and Linoma.

We had such a lovely stay with our extended family at this home! The home is located in the most beautiful country setting. The home was so spacious with plenty of bedrooms and hang out spaces for the kids and teens to gather and play. It was one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in. This is an excellent property. The location is rural but with easy access to Ashland shops and restaurants and other interesting local attractions. The description of the home and amenities were as described. The home was spotless and had many areas for gathering to visit and share a meal. The 3 bedrooms-2 baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms-1 bath downstairs worked well for our group. The owners are very friendly and responsive to reasonable requests. They are diligent about cleaning and taking care of the property to ensure all guests have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this property.

Our families met here for a vacation stay. The home and property were exactly as described, and had Everything a family with multiple age groups could have asked for! The house was extremely clean and very spacious for our two families and one grandma. It was also close to the Omaha zoo, Flex Park water and ride park, and the Air force/Space museum. We had plenty to do. Plus we order takeout pizza from the local pizza place, Breadeaux Pizza in Ashland. Our families will definitely be back! Do not hesitate on renting this property!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and has great decor and furnishings . There are a lot of extras to entertain kids with, which was awesome since it was too cold for them to play outside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location, it was very peaceful and private. It’s a large property with beautiful land. We saw deer every morning in the backyard. Downtown Ashland is an amazing little town with adorable shops. We will definitely be returning here again.

We chose this home for our family. We stayed here because we attended a weekend family reunion at Mahoney State Park. This location ended up being perfect bc it was only 3 min from the park, very convenient. The home was immaculate and well supplied. Everything was very nice. Our grand kids loved being together and were thrilled to have beds, no sleeping on the floor. There was plenty of room to spread out for different activities. It was too cold for us to be outside. This is our first time using a rental. We were very happy with this choice!

We loved staying at this little house. I’ll admit from the outside, you question how it could fit 17 people, but the inside is spacious and plenty of room for our crowd! The house is packed with fun games—perfect for the kids and adults. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for us to create our meals with. We will be more than happy to stay here again!

We had a great time at the hideaway! A small issue cropped up out of the owner's control and they made it right without us having to ask. Communication was very quick and the house was beautiful, we've already talked about staying again.

We stayed here recently with our large family (10 adults and multiple kids under age of 15) and it was perfect. Lots of space for all of us, both inside and outside Lots of games and activities at the house both inside and outside for everyone ! And so close to so many attractions including Mahoney, SAC museum, Platte river state park, safari park, restaurants and wineries !! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area! Ryan was also very quick to answer any questions we had. Check in and check out was super quick and easy!

What a beautiful property, both inside and out! We gathered here for an 80th Birthday celebration/Family Reunion and all had a wonderful time. Very spacious and comfortable furnishings indoors. Plenty of areas to break off into small groups and play games provided or sit around dining room table playing cards and visiting. Our stay was in the winter, and we would love to come back during summer months to enjoy the outdoor amenities on the property as well as the outdoor activities available in the surrounding area. The home is beautiful and spacious. Close to town and other things to do in the area. The hosts provided lots of games and our favorites were spike ball, shuffle board, and horse shoes. The hosts replied quickly to all questions. All of our family enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property

It's hard to find the right words to describe how great this home is for a vacation rental -- you will be very pleased. GENEROUS is the word that keeps coming to mind. Of course there is plenty of room for a family -- inside (with 6 bedrooms) and outside (large yard, firepit, large driveway). We felt so welcome in this home away from home. The owner said they work hard at creating a place to make memories and it shows! Best stocked place we have EVER stayed at. Plenty of cookware, towels, and silverware. We stayed at this property to visit the zoo (about half an hour away). It comfortably slept 9 kids under 9 years and 6 adults. We were pleasantly surprised how many items it had to accommodate our kiddos-outdoor toys, indoor toys, yard games, dish wear, high chair, and an indoor basketball game among other things. The manager was very helpful and attentive. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The house was also located near the aerospace museum and safari park. We had a wonderful stay.

This is an excellent property. The location is rural but with easy access to Ashland shops and restaurants and other interesting local attractions. The description of the home and amenities were as described. The home was spotless and had many areas for gathering to visit and share a meal. The 3 bedrooms-2 baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms-1 bath downstairs worked well for our group. The owners are very friendly and responsive to reasonable requests. They are diligent about cleaning and taking care of the property to ensure all guests have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this property.

Our extended family had a great 3-night stay. There was plenty of space to spread out and a huge yard to play in. We loved the indoor games during a rainy day and had a chance to use the fire pit on the last night. The location is perfect for exploring all there is to do in the area. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Our families met here for a vacation stay. The home and property were exactly as described, and had Everything a family with multiple age groups could have asked for! The house was extremely clean and very spacious for our two families and one grandma. It was also close to the Omaha zoo, Flex Park water and ride park, and the Air force/Space museum. We had plenty to do. Plus we order takeout pizza from the local pizza place, Breadeaux Pizza in Ashland. Our families will definitely be back! Do not hesitate on renting this property!

Had a family wedding at Mahoney State park, just a few minutes away. Had plenty of room for everyone and the kids liked the two bedrooms with bunk beds. We all hung out around fire pit the last night. Had a great time and would recommend.

Our family had a great time staying in this home. It was great for sleeping 12 people. Our older kids had a blast with pop-a-shot and carpet ball. We enjoyed the close proximity to Mahoney State Park and were able to do do a bit of site seeing. The house is very well stocked with so many everyday needs. There are loads of towels, extra garbage bags, laundry soap, and even shampoo and conditioner in the showers. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and has great decor and furnishings . There are a lot of extras to entertain kids with, which was awesome since it was too cold for them to play outside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location, it was very peaceful and private. It’s a large property with beautiful land. We saw deer every morning in the backyard. Downtown Ashland is an amazing little town with adorable shops. We will definitely be returning here again.

We chose this home for our family. We stayed here because we attended a weekend family reunion at Mahoney State Park. This location ended up being perfect bc it was only 3 min from the park, very convenient. The home was immaculate and well supplied. The family time we had inside and outside was very spacious and comfortable and fun! We are very thankful and would stay again!

It was a great location. There were a lot of things to do in the area. Very quiet property location to be together in. Very convenient for family to fly in from Omaha and only 40 minutes away. All of the amenities games and things to do were all there and ready to go. When we arrived I had a problem opening the sliding glass door to the deck. I contacted the owner and he responded to immediately and was there within 30 minutes to correct the problem. I recommend this property.

An amazing property..we stayed here with our kids/grandkids and loved it! Location is excellent. Host was awesome to deal with. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Clean and well stocked kitchen, as advertised. Bring your clothes and own food and you'll be set! Very quiet area with minor traffic. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay at the Mahoney Ridge estate. Communication with the property owner was wonderful, property was clean and inviting, and had lots of amenities to keep the youngest to oldest happy during our day. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the property provides ample space for a large family, especially if you have young children. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nebraska.

Property is very nice and well maintained. Kitchen was well supplied with nice cookware and plenty of bowls etc for all your cooking needs.It was a very good choice for our weekend trip with our kids and grandkids to attend a grandsons HS graduation at a nearby town. Our grandkids enjoyed the selection of games to play indoors and the spacious yard for outside play.The one caution is that it isn’t the best choice if someone has a significant mobility issue. The bathrooms upstairs are nice and well appointed but are small and the doors are too narrow to give easy access for someone using a walker. Also, access to the lower level is difficult for a lower mobility person.Overall a very nice and enjoyable place to stay for a larger group.
