This is our second year staying at the property. Property was clean and communication was good with property manager. Great location, about 100 yards to Magic Carpet Ride so easy walk. Boyne shuttle is available if you don't want to walk. Overall, very happy with property and would stay again.

Great communication. The beds were amazing. The place was clean and cozy. We even had a family of deer stroll through during our morning coffee. There’s games, playing cards, extra comforters, and an adorable upstairs for the kids with its own bathroom. Highly recommend!

I rented this condo as it had bedrooms & beds galore. Three bathrooms getting ready for my grand daughter’s wedding was a blessing. No overcrowding at all. Yes it does sleep 12 but at any one time we only had 5 people staying in this rental. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and did I mention how clean this condo was? Well my room mates can be very judge mental when it comes to cleanliness and it passed their inspection. Would I recommend this rental? You bet I would. It filled the bill for my family and friend that visited us. Plenty of room, near everything at Boyne Resorts. Very near Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and easy roads to drive. The upstairs unit was perfect! Excellent space and just a short walk to the slopes. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor and a 3rd bedroom and bath in the loft, there is plenty of room for guests to relax. Very clean, well decorated and the communication with the host is first class!We’ve stayed here multiple times (upper and lower unit) and look forward to returning!

Very good location for ski in/out but the bathrooms, flooring, etc really need an update. Refridgerator wasn't clean on the inside (some kind of broccoli left over from previous renters) and was dirty on the outside.

We enjoyed our stay with three couples. Our unit was clean and well equipped with amenities.We all had our own bathroom and bedroom so easy getting ready for the day. Very close to downtown Boyne City and close to Lavender Hill Farms for the concert. We also enjoyed the Sky Bridge on the property.

Great location if you're there to ski. We opted for it while heading to Avalanche Bay with kids and it worked out fine, but we wouldn't return. Plenty of beds, but very little seating space for the 7 of us, especially for dining. Bedrooms were great, but the pull out didn't have sheets and had some minor stains that we just took another beds sheet and put over. Pantry and kitchenware is pretty limited. Not that we cared in the least, but the glasses look like they were picked up at 12 different dollar stores. Nothing marched, spectacularly. Biggest gripe is the coffee maker was broken and we had 5 kids ages 11 and under with us.

The condo really was great and spacious, we had zero complaints. Beautiful surroundings , really quiet even with neighbors next door. We would definitely stay here again. That being said technically it's not ski in ski out but maybe 100 yards across the road and through the other condos. No big deal tho. There were just three of us so we had tons of space. If we had filled the condo I would suggest tv's in the two extra bedrooms( the master had its own) and I think another couch instead of the small chair. There just wouldn't be much comfortable seating for a larger group.

Stayed here with 2 other families for a soccer tournament weekend. - Lots of room for everyone to sleep, beds were big and very comfortable - Every bathroom had full amenities which reduced a lot of time each day for everyone to get ready - Kitchen had all the amenities needed for food storage and eating meals in house - Kitchen and living room areas were a little tight with 10-12 people in the house but not a huge issue for us since we were at the tournament majority of our days Would definitely stay at this place again!!

Great condo, great location! Walk to the lodge and restaurants, zip line adventure, and the loft to the suspension bridge. Wonderful in snow season to ski in/ski out, but fun in the summertime too!

This property was absolutely perfect for our annual family ski trip. The condo is not directly on the mountain but it is easily a ski in/ski out as long as there is enough snow. Very clean and equipped with the essentials that you would need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking tools. A very lovely stay!

Great stay, close to the slopes and easy to get around. Host was responsive when we had a mid-week issue and responded immediately. Not a true ski-in/ski-out given location, which is the only imperfect thing - kids got worn out carrying skis, and other condos in disciples village are more accessible to the slopes. Great trip!
Great stay, close to the slopes and easy to get around. Host was responsive when we had a mid-week issue and responded immediately. Not a true ski-in/ski-out given location, which is the only imperfect thing - kids got worn out carrying skis, and other condos in disciples village are more accessible to the slopes. Great trip!

Overall this was a great place to stay for our family. Location to the ski hill was what we were looking for and the short walk across the street was not bad.

We stayed for a weekend and it was in such a fantastic location!! It was a quick walk to the slope and it was awesome being so close to everything. I will definitely be staying here again for a nice long weekend!! Everything was great!
