Bodde i rom 228 och det är troligtvis hotellets sämsta rum. Mycket oljud från gatan - trafik, folk som skriker och hundar som skäller. Dessutom insyn från fönstret, fick ha gardinen fördragen hela tiden. Inga mörkläggningsgardiner. Poolen är minimal och det finns ca 5 solstolar. Bra frukost och trevlig personal dock.
Bodde i rom 228 och det är troligtvis hotellets sämsta rum. Mycket oljud från gatan - trafik, folk som skriker och hundar som skäller. Dessutom insyn från fönstret, fick ha gardinen fördragen hela tiden. Inga mörkläggningsgardiner. Poolen är minimal och det finns ca 5 solstolar. Bra frukost och trevlig personal dock.

The staff were exceptionally kind, even by Balinese standards. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the location is on a street that’s full of good restaurants but not as busy as some of the others. I’m already looking forward to staying again! (Also, while the massages are a bit pricier than you’ll find elsewhere in Ubud they’re worth it - I had two excellent massages with Tini.)

スタッフの方たちは親切でした。チェックイン時に早く到着してしまったのですが、部屋の準備ができていたため、通してもらえました。 また、フロントにてウェルカムドリンクと美味しいケーキを頂きました。サプライズで嬉しいおもてなしでした。 部屋は清潔でとても機能的。 プールは小さく特に遊ぶものはありませんが、涼む程度でしたら十分です。途中でかなり深くなります。プール用のタオルはプールサイドに置いてあるので申告せずとも使用可能です。 朝食は２泊してまったく同じというわけではなく少し変化がありました。美味しくて冷房の効いた綺麗な部屋でいただけました。ハエがぶんぶんと飛んでこないのでストレスなく過ごせました。 廊下にはウォーターサーバーが設置してあり、自由にいただけるのは大変ありがたかったです。バリ島での宿泊は水の調達が必須なのでこの便利さに感激しました。 ホテル内はロビーから部屋までそれほど遠くなく、エレベーター、廊下なども美しく保たれており、虫が出ないので大変過ごしやすかったです。次回、ウブドに宿泊するときは是非またこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to a lot of the main sights and restaurants. The only negatives were that there were quite a few flies in the bathroom (not sure how they got in), it was quite loud at times and you could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also I didn’t like that the pool and loungers were just outside the restaurant meaning everyone could see you!

The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating to my needs. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and in a good location. The pool is nice but the pool area is small so you would have to go elsewhere if you would like to get sun while you lay by the pool, but there’s plenty of places you could go for a day trip to get some sun so this wasn’t really an issue

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to the main road and all the surrounding areas at the center of Ubud. We stayed here twice. Rooms were quiet, clean and fresh. Good amount of space. Pool was nice. Breakfast had a decent variety. Staff were friendly. Close to everything and easy to walk everywhere from here.

The staff was warm, accommodating and they always had a smile on their face. Just the right amount of attentiveness at all times! Room was clean and well serviced throughout out stay. The spa services were very nice as well and the food and drink options plentiful for those moments when we didn’t want to venture far from the hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself back in Ubud!

Good location to walk in and around Ubud. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice and made eggs to order and fresh coffees on request. The pool is small but just what we needed to dip in after a day out sight seeing. Staff welcoming and always smiling.

I arrived for my last night in Bali on the 14th as I was leaving late the next day and I was shocked at the standard of this hotel. The floor was still wet from where they had cleaned it 5 minutes before my arrival. The door wouldn’t lock and due to the staff knowing instantly what I was on about this must’ve been a recurring problem. The shower had a spiders nest in it with little baby spiders crawling in and out. Must’ve been hundreds. It’s right next to a building sight so I saw stray dogs and a few rats scurrying across not to far away from the hotel. The staff weren’t helpful at all and had no interest in me they more fixed the door as to get me to shut up. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund as they were incredibly unhelpful. The standard was so poor I ended up calling my driver I booked back to the hotel 20 minutes later to take me to the airport straight away as I was able to change my flight. Overall even with the price it’s a unclean, lazy, dusty hotel to stay in and I do not recommend

Komfortables und sehr sauberes Hotel mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbüffet. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen da das Essen sehr gut ist und schön angerichtet sind.

Very clean compared to most other hotels near by. They were very good about keeping insects away to even though they are close to the forest/rice fields. Dedicated would stay again. In fact we tried to extend our stay but they were fully booked!

Most equipment worked well and were properly maintained Loved the outlet which accommodated multiple times of plugs - no adapter needed. Cons No luggage storage area No nicely appointed sitting area in the lobby Nothing striking - just ordinary Staff were courteous enough, but didn't exude warmth Worn and stained towels, curtains and linens.

The room was spacious with a king bed and very modern. The staff were all gracious and helpful. The breakfast was hit or miss but provided many options. My only suggestion is that this hotel is on the outskirts of the main road. If you do not want to walk, this is not the place for you. They also burn trash across the street, I dont understand why they are not aware this is not a good thing.

We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was very noisy at night till about 11 to 1am. Not realy hotel fault a bar accross road just stayed open late and had loud music. Other rooms on other side of hotel may have been quiter.

The stuff was grate , the hotel overall is nice.location is quite good. The only problem is shower and toilet cabin. It is made from glass and have only curtain not to make it aquarium :) So no you can hear all details what other doing in shower room.

Disappointing, not at all in keeping with expectations of a VIP Access property in terms of service. Cleanliness was fine and good location, but glass bathroom without a curtain make it hard for anyone besides couples and solo travelers to stay here

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to the main road and all the surrounding areas at the center of Ubud. We stayed here twice. Rooms were quiet, clean and fresh. Good amount of space. The absolute worst customer service experience! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Also, bathroom only has glass walls with partial curtain, so no privacy. Chose this place in part because it is a VIP access property and perks include breakfast. When I tried to access this perk, I was told it was not included. I said it should be, but that I was happy to pay if it wasn’t. I was treated like some kind of criminal, asked to immediately leave the dining room to talk to the front desk, instead of just being able to charge it to the room and sort it out at checkout. Frankly, at under $10, I didn’t really care about the money so much as the fact that I was asked to leave, wait in line to explain the situation multiple times, with each person being somewhat accusatory and incompetent saying I had to wait for and talk to someone else. Even though I said I was happy to pay! I just kept being told to wait and talk to someone else. After the third person, it felt pretty ridiculous, and I gave up. I even tried to reach out to a manager by phone before writing this review, but was told they are not available before 10, so good luck ever sorting out a morning issue. The place is in a good location, but there are so many options in the area, spare yourself the useless staff and glass bathrooms

The hotel has 4-star amenities & the staff both at the reception, restaurant & housekeeping were all nice & attended to our needs in prompt & professional manner. There was just a little hiccup with the airport pickup from DPS as the hotel driver left without us. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours, but the driver checked & could not get info about our flight. Still delayed flights are not rare & the driver & hotel should have made sure that we get on the hotel shuttle from DPS to the hotel as arranged because we gave them our flight #. Other than this, we had a nice stay at this hotel.

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The room was spacious with a king bed and very modern. The staff were all gracious and helpful. The breakfast was hit or miss but provided many options. My only suggestion is that this hotel is on the outskirts of the main road. If you do not want to walk, this is not the place for you. They also burn trash across the street, I dont understand why they are not aware this is not a good thing.

I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.

Property was clean and in ok location about 15 minute walk into centre. Staff were polite, and the car service through the hotel was great and safe for solo travel. Was cheaper than what was quoted on the street. Only downside was the food it was terrible at the hotel. This is something that needs to be improved. I sent food back as it wasn’t cook, the didn’t replace it just put in back ok the hob until it was cooked and handed it back.

Likes: Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast with coffee to order and also GF friendly (SO appreciated!), extremely clean, good location. Dislikes: not great soundproofing as we could hear our neighbors late into the evening/early morning, we had the hotel arrange transport to Nusa Penida and we did not have a great experience with that (cramped & full van, late/long drive, no A/C, stops along the way without warning), so I’d recommend booking your own transport to the islands, massages were a bit overpriced and not worth it, we’d recommend going elsewhere for massage Overall though, we’d give the stay a 9/10 and would stay again!

The staff were all beautiful and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Ubud, so very convenient for walking to shopping and restaurants. Only negatives were that it was really noisy, and room walls are paper thin so you can hear other guests talking and moving about in their room, and the meals and drinks were very expensive.

The first night we arrived late and missed dinner, the hotel approached as to see if we would like this to be added as lunch/dinner on the day of checkout instead. Beds were comfortable. My only criticism is that our room was potentially part of an adjoining room. And one evening I could hear my next door neighbour snoring. Soundproofing may not be an issue in other room types.
